Current SAP End-to-End (E2E) survey underway:


To help customers managing their SAP-centric solutions, SAP provides a comprehensive and complete solution which consists of an organizational model, a set of SAP End-to-End (E2E) Solution Operations standards, SAP Solution Manager, and implementation methodologies. These best practices are aligned with ITIL Service Management and Application Management principles and are based on more than 30 years of experience in supporting customers running their IT solutions.

This survey will allow participants to understand the different levels of maturity a CCC/COE typically passes through on its way to SAP operational excellence. Through the evaluation of the practices and processes of your SAP solution operations and support, it enables you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, in comparison with these SAP standards and best practices. As a basis for continuous improvement, it provides a baseline of your current operational maturity level as well as objective evidence for monitoring progress against SAP End-to-End Solution Operation objectives. In addition, the report will highlight the benefits when moving from one maturity level to the next.

With more than 300 survey participants expected globally, the summary report will provide the international CCC community valuable insights around best practice adoption and the maturity of CCCs. Participants will receive individual results highlight key findings and aggregate survey results. These results can be used to assess where your organization excels and determine areas for improvement in order to take your organization to the next level.
