Innovation in the IT Industry
... more
Whether we are in a full economic recovery or bumping along one of another false start on a long road back to global financial health, technology investment strategies will continue to be under the same intense scrutiny they endured during the downturn. "Innovation", increasingly, is being used to describe a company's cost-containment practices than it is its ability to bring new products and services to market. How can leading firms leverage IT and communications technology trends to competitive advantage, when even the good times come with extremely tight budgets and still pessimistic outlooks on the shape of the recovery?
