The CRM/Customer Sales Group will focus on Customer Relationship Management solutions within the mySAP Business Suite. The group will cover:

• Key CRM-related product developments in mySAP CRM and the rest of the mySAP Business Suite

• Customer experiences and learnings

• Best Practices and Next Generation CRM from industry leaders and subject matter experts

This group will be scheduling a launch meeting in Sydney soon.
