  • Simon Dale

    SAP Asia Pacific Japan
    Head of Innovation Sales, SAP Asia Pacific Japan

    Simon Dale leads a new business area for SAP in APJ focused on our latest innovations. Simon has the responsibility to establish and scale the business for several new strategic solutions and cloud services for SAP in the region, building on the success of the HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC). His portfolio encompasses HEC, S4HANA, the HANA Cloud Platform (HCP), and other emerging cloud solutions. Simon has worked extensively across Asia Pacific for the last thirteen years, introducing new products and services to market. For the past 18 months Simon launched and led the HEC business in APJ, building a dedicated sales and presales team. In 2014, the HEC business contributed 15% of the total cloud business to SAP APJ, with nearly 40 customers using the service in 7 countries. Simon had worked at several companies and start-ups in Europe for twelve years prior to being part of an acquisition by SAP in 2001. A veteran of 25 years in the IT industry, Simon holds a BSc in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, UK, and is currently studying his Masters in Sales Management and Sales Transformation from the University of Middlesex, UK. Simon resides in Singapore, sits on the advisory boards of both the Singapore Management University School of Information Systems as well as the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT, and is an active mentor and occasional angel investor in several startup accelerator programmes.
  • Grahame Reynolds

    Qenos Pty Ltd

    Grahame Reynolds has played a significant role in the SAP User Group Executive Network having represented SAUG for the past two years at several meetings and lead the SUGEN Upgrades Charter Team. Grahame was also the SAUG Chairman for three years and prior to that he held the position of Treasurer and has been responsible for Special Interest Groups. Prior to joining the SAUG Committee Grahame was the leader of the Upgrades SIG. Grahame holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Elect, Honours) and a Master of Engineering Management Degree and has 30 years’ experience in the food and petrochemical industries. Grahame has significant project management experience having worked in the SAP area for nearly 14 years. Grahame has managed several system upgrades and implementations and is an SAP Certified Consultant in Plant Maintenance. Grahame currently works for Qenos Pty Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst.

  • Olaf Pietschner

    Origin Energy
    General Manager Business Transformation & Technology

    Olaf Pietschner, General Manager Business Transformation & Technology, is responsible for an enterprise-wide change program to reduce complexity and simplify processes and he heads the Information Technology team. Olaf joined Origin in March 2009 as CIO to implement the transformational strategy and new enterprise-wide technology function.His experience includes systems deployment and organisational change in Europe, Asia and the United States. Immediately prior to joining Origin, Olaf held a range of executive roles at News Corporation. Olaf holds a Bachelor of Business degree and post graduate studies include ongoing work with MIT in leveraging technology for business value. He is a member of a number of Technology Advisory Boards which bring leading CIOs from around the world together.

  • Tobias Hoppe-Boeken

    SAP SE

    Tobias Hoppe-Boeken joined SAP over 20 years ago and is currently the Chief Product Owner for hybris Marketing, a solution that enables marketers to engage throughout the whole customer journey in all channels. He manages the product portfolio and drives planning and execution across Labs and locations. In this role he was speaker at events regarding Marketing in America, Europe, China and Australia. Prior he was Chief Development Architect and Director of SAP Supplier Relationship Management leading teams in India, Germany and the USA for a product with more than 1000 medium and large enterprise customers. Tobias spent over two years in Palo Alto, USA to launch a reverse auction internet platform. He holds many patents and contributed to the book “Predictive Analysis with SAP”.

  • Graham Jackson

    SAP ANZ
    Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China hybris & SAP CEC

    Working closely with his Senior Management Team as well as the SAP Market Unit Leaders and Regional Presidents of APJ and of China, Graham is successfully expanding hybris SAP’s presence in these markets and, through driving the adoption of products across the full CEC portfolio, leading businesses to engage better with their customers and take them into the era of omni-channel commerce. Graham joined hybris in June 2012 as Managing Director of hybris Australia. In this role, he was in charge of running hybris’ operations in the APJ region, overseeing sales, marketing, partner relationships, professional services, recruitment and setting the strategic direction for the company. He brings to the business over 15 years of achievement and demonstrated success in both IT Sales and Advertising Sales, driving multimillion-dollar sales growth while providing award-winning sales leadership in highly competitive markets. Prior to joining hybris, he was MD, Australia & New Zealand for leading social software and data analytics company Bazaarvoice.

  • Adaire Fox-Martin

    SAP Asia Pacific Japan
    President SAP Asia Pacific Japan

    Adaire Fox-Martin oversees SAP’s business in the APJ region, excluding Greater China. She is responsible for all activities spanning APJ sales and operations, as well as SAP's expansion and growth in APJ. Fox-Martin provides leadership and direction to SAP APJ’s multi-functional organizations to help customers, partners, and governments realize value from SAP’s innovations. She has vast knowledge of the 25 industries and 17 verticals that SAP supports, having been responsible for defining the strategy for SAP’s long-term Industry Investment and the Industry Go-To-Market for APJ. Fox-Martin has worked in the APJ region for over 15 years. Her career spans over 23 years’ experience in the IT sector, including leadership positions in sales, business development, consulting and education, across APJ and Europe. Fox-Martin is a respected thought leader and a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences including the World Economic Forum. She is regularly featured and quoted in numerous publications throughout the region. Fox-Martin’s media appearances include CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Channel NewsAsia, Nikkei Asian Review, and many others.
