  • Tim Bryant

    Solution Advisor HCM

    Tim Bryant is a Canberra based SAP solution advisor specialising in the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite, as well as the SAP Education line of products. Tim has over 10 years’ experience within the SAP arena primarily in relation to corporate services. Prior to joining SAP in 2012, Tim worked across a number of roles over a ten year period within the Australian Federal Government from a customer perspective. During his tenure, Tim specialised in Corporate Services IT Strategy, SAP Capability Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Management, and Project Management and support. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Tasmania.
  • Paul Hawking

    Paul is an Associate Professor in Information Systems at Victoria University. He is considered as one of the leading commentators on ERP systems and Business Intelligence and specifically SAP solutions. His knowledge is well respected in both industry and academia and accordingly is often required to assist companies with their SAP strategies and understanding SAP solutions. He has presented at leading SAP and academic conferences around the world. Paul was the first academic on the world to become a SAP Mentor.

    Daniel has over 15 years IS experience and over 10 years SAP Basis Experience for a variety of SAP customers covering mining, business process outsourcing and manufacturing. He has been in SAP Basis roles at Bluescope for 6 years and has been the team lead for the last 3 years.

    Paul leads OSR's BW / HANA / BI technical team. The team has had success in delivering BI solutions for OSR including operational reporting, revenue analytics and identification of additional revenue through improved compliance.
  • Alan Hesketh

    Alan joined Super Retail Group (SRG), a Brisbane based speciality retailer operating across Australia and New Zealand as the General Manager for Group Information Services in 2010. He has a broad base of experience across sectors including 10 years with Unilever, Chief Information Officer for Brisbane City Council and Deputy Director General for the information Directorate, New Zealand Ministry of Health. Alan has been active with SAUG in various roles and is currently Chairperson.
  • Michelle Clyde

    Michelle joined the SuccessFactors team in the Asia Pacific Region in July 2013. The HR Value Engineering Team is working with senior leadership within both current and prospective customers to help identify and provide full business execution solutions that address gaps for realizing strategic business results. Michelle joined SAP from Transfield Services (TSE) where she held the position of Global HRIS Program Director and led the Global HR Payroll SAP and SuccessFactors Cloud based implementation as part of their HR and technology transformation. TSE also won the 2013 SuccessFactors New Customer award for the best “Cloud Vision” for its hybrid model vision; along with the speed in which TSE moved in getting the product up and live. In addition to her success at TSE, Michelle spent over seven years with Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) and concluded her career at CCA as the Solutions Delivery Manager for HRM.
  • Carlo Terribile

    Queensland Department of Education and Training
    Director, SAP Business Support

    Carlo has been with the Queensland Government since April 1985 and has held many senior ICT positions across a number of departments, including Queensland Health, CorpTech and the Department of Housing & Public Works. He first became involved with SAP through the implementation and then management of the SAP solution at Queensland Health which supported approximately 4750 users. He later moved to the State Government’s Shared Services Provider, CorpTech, where he held a number of strategic positions, including Director of the SAP Technology and Infrastructure Team. During this time Carlo was a committee member of the SAP Australian User Group, which included a two year period as Chairperson, a position which he thoroughly enjoyed. He now manages a team of 30 people who look after an SAP Solution which was migrated back into the department from the State Government’s shared Services provider at the end of 2013.
  • Clint Vosloo

    Clint has almost 20 years of SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology experience. Since being actively involved in the first SAP IQ installation in South Africa back in 1997, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience using SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP Data Services and the SAP BusinessObjects suite of products. He has been involved in many large-scale SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology implementations and is a globally-known and renowned speaker who regularly presents at many of the major SAP conferences and local user group events and has sat on various panel discussions. In 2012, Clint was selected as Africa's first ever SAP Mentor. He is currently based in Australia and is the Managing Partner for APJ for EV Technologies, an SAP Partner, SAP Authorized Education Partner and a Software Solutions in the SAP Ecosystem.
  • Kieran O'Hea

    Chief Digital Officer

    Brisbane was the second city in the world (after New York) to appoint a Chief Digital Officer. The position was established as a key priority following consultation with Brisbane businesses in the development of the Economic Development Plan 2012- 2031. Since his appointment Kieran has led the development of the Brisbane Digital Audit and the Digital Brisbane strategy. His experience includes 10 years developing and delivering digital strategies for various Government departments in Ireland, and a further 10 years advising the European Commission in the selection and management of online projects worth €200M (about $AU244M). He has also been a Trustee of the Edward de Bono Foundation, a Senior Research Fellow at the London Institute and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Innovation Value Institute.
  • Steve Mitchell

    Transurban Queensland
    Chief Information Officer

    Steve Mitchell is currently the Chief Information Officer at Queensland Motorways and is responsible for developing and delivering Queensland Motorways’ technology, project management and process improvement capabilities. Stephen has developed a 5 year Strategic roadmap that will significantly enhance the company’s Tolling Systems and capability; positioning Queensland Motorways as an industry leader in the Tolling and Digital Economy landscape. Steve has more than 30 years’ management experience in utilities, software and information technology roles. Previous roles include General Manager Information Technology at ConnectEast, where he played a key role in preparing the organisation for live operations as well as optimising its systems, infrastructure and applications, General Manager at United Energy and 20 years with British Gas PLC in a variety of executive roles.
  • Mark West

    Data and Technology Strategist

    As well as his work on data management at Powerlink, Mark is also currently undertaking doctorial research titled: Data Governance: A Key Enabler for Data Quality exploring empirically the cardinal relationship between data governance and quality in the asset management domain.
  • Michael Shepherd

    Queensland Department of Education and Training
    Manager, SAP Functional Team

    Michael Shepherd has been employed with the Queensland Government since May 1971 and first became involved with SAP in late 1997 when the Department of Education commenced a project to implement SAP V3.1i. In 2003 all Government SAP Support Units were transferred and amalgamated into CorpTech. At CorpTech Michael managed the implementation of the Whole of Government SAP ECC5 instance in four Government agencies between 2005 and 2007, and was involved in a further two implementations of the Whole of Government ECC5 instance. He assisted in the development of the business case for the implementation of an in-house SAP ERP6 system for the Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) and for their move away from the shared service arrangement and Whole of Government system. Currently Michael manages a Functional team of nine staff in the SAP Business Support Unit within the DETE.

    Carol is an experienced HR professional with 20 years experience in various HR related roles in industries including electricity distribution, education, insurance, telecommunications and now travel. Carol joined Corporate Travel Management in 2010 after returning from overseas, where she had worked as HR Project Manager for an international company in Paris and Head of HR for a telecom company in the Channel Islands. Since Carol commenced at CTM, she has managed a number of projects including the implementation of the HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Chris Peck

    Director of Services - Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia

    Chris is the Brisbane-based SAP Services Director specialising in Services Sales Leadership & customer engagement across Australia. Bringing key companies success in Australia by cultivating, co-ordinating & monetising high value customer outcomes. Chris has over 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, initially with Deloitte Consulting before joining SAP Australia in May 2004 as a Technical Architect. With over 10 years SAP development experience and successful customer engagement as an SAP Client Partner, he is now focussed on the promotion of SAP Services in ANZ by educating Partners and Customers of this unique Portfolio. Chris has overall responsibility for this Portfolio and is focused on assisting customers with their SAP Solutions utilising the strength and versatility of the entire range of SAP Services: SAP Consulting, Managed Services, Custom Development, Education and Support.
  • Leon (Liangbi) Ye

    Leon has 20 Years’ experience on MRPII, ERP and 8 years on SAP security and SoD control specifically; initially on the business control side, and then more on the technical side. Leon has been recognised as:• SAP Certified Application Associate—FICO• SAP Certified Technology Consultant—SAP-NetWeaver, SAP- Security• SAP Certified Technology Professional—Security.
  • Anastasia Ellerby

    Anastasia is currently VP of workforce planning and analytics at SuccessFactors, with over 20 years experience as an HR practitioner and consultant. Anastasia was previously a cofounder and managing director of Brisbane based company Infohrm a workforce planning, reporting and analytics cloud based software business. Over the course of 18 years Anastasia led the growth and development of Infohrm, with a focus on Customer Service and Product Management. The organisation grew to 140 staff in 3 Continents, revenues of more than $20 million and more than 150 customers from across the globe. Infohrm was a recognised global leader in Workforce planning and analytics software and was in 2010 acquired by SuccessFactors.
