    Jacki Phillips is the SAP Business Intelligence Lead at the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development. She is responsible for the SAP BW reporting and budgeting solutions within the Department. Jacki has over 12 years SAP BW experience, is a CPA and has been the SIG Lead for the SAUG BI Canberra SIG for the past 5 years.
  • Clare Brown

    Learning Services Manager

    Clare has been supporting maintenance departments for a wide range of industries for over 20 years. She has held senior positions relating to planning, scheduling, management practices and solutions, business process definition, and training and development. Her mission is to deliver quality documentation and effective training on business processes and associated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in an environment conducive to adult learning.

    Jocelyn Dart is a User Experience Strategist at SAP Australia and has a special interest in both Fiori and Accessibility. She has been an advocate and promoter for Fiori and great UX over the last 3 years. Jocelyn works with both Federal and State agencies, as well as the private sector. She currently facilitates the Public Sector UX Working Group where Accessibility is a core topic of interest.

  • Lawrence Hosking

    Appointed Director for the Attorney-General's Department in November 2010, Lawrence re-joined the public sector from PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Lawrence is the Department's Chief Accountant responsible for preparation of annual financial statements, taxation matters and other financial projects. Furthermore Lawrence also has responsibility for the management of the department’s property portfolio. Lawrence has extensive experience in government accounting having been involved in a numerous projects including the implementation of accrual accounting at the South Australian Attorney-General’s Department, an award winning chart of accounts project at Defence and more recently the implementation of SAP Disclosure Management at the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department. Lawrence is responsible for providing leadership and management of automation of the Department's Financial Reporting Teams business needs. This includes looking at ways where efficiencies can be implemented by use of technology.

    Andrew Silvers has over 30 years of local and international experience in the IT industry. He was appointed as the Alliances Manager ANZ for the Lenovo Enterprise Business Group in January 2015. In this role he is responsible for Lenovo’s enterprise solutions with its key partners Intel, SAP, Microsoft, Vmware, Nutanix etc. His involvement with SAP extends to working with many customers in ANZ, through to Lenovo’s development labs at SAP headquarters in Waldorf Germany.

    Tim has over 20 years experience in driving digital transformations for customers across the strategy, customer experience and technology domains. He started in the UK working for the likes of York University, BBC, Audi and Travel Inn to Australia where he has worked in government, retail, finance and travel. More recently, Tim has focussed on developing products to help Public Sector organisations deliver citizen engagement benefits quickly, and as the Product Manager for the partner, developed SAP Hybris Citizen Engagement Accelerator. This work has led to him being made CSC’s Global SAP Hybris Leader where he is heading Citizen Engagement initiatives around the world.

  • Glenn Ingham

    SAP Architect - Financial Services Project

    Glenn is the SAP Architect for the Financial Services Project at DFAT. He is responsible for the design and implementation of various improvements for the SAP solution at DFAT including the implementation of Fiori applications. Prior to this role, Glenn was a senior consultant and SAP Architect at Dept of Defence and was involved in the implementation and support of various SAP components including IDM, GRC, New GL and the original 4.0b implementation in 1999.

Sandeep holds a BE degree and is a Certified SAP BW and SAP BO Crystal report Consultant. He has worked extensively in SAP BI, SAP HANA, R/3, SAP-SRM, ABAP Webdynpro and SAP Workflow.
  • Tony Corcoran

    Tony has been running IMA branch since its establishment in June 2009 and in 2012 he was awarded the Public Service Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours List for his outstanding management of the Freedom of Information function in Defence. The branch, of about 30 people, looks after FOI matters, compliance with the Archives Act and classified archival records review, records management policy, administrative policy, enterprise information management governance and web estate governance, including running Defence's internet and intranet homepages. Prior to this, Tony was the Assistant Secretary Ministerial and Executive Support between 2004 and 2009. More recently, Tony acted as FASMECC from March to November 2015. During his tenure at Defence, Tony has completed various secondments including Chief of Staff, Military Justice Implementation Team (2005), Iraq Detainees Fact Finding Team (2004) and the ‘Children Overboard’ Defence Taskforce (2002).
