A strong consulting background in Functional, Technical and Customer Relations Management places Shakeel in the role of conduit between SAP, Duluxgroup IT and the Business with a focus on building Business confidence in C4C. His work range covers project work to implementation to daily support and he especially likes the difficult challenge of unknown issues while assisting SAP bed down the C4C product. Despite the years of experience in various aspects of SAP ERP software, he still likes the fact that every day is an opportunity to learn something new.

    Dr Susan Foster holds higher degree qualifications in a variety of discipline areas such as Psychology and information systems and has a number of SAP solution consultant certificates. Over the past 10 years Dr Foster has been heavily involved in developing SAP related curriculum and consulting across a number of countries. She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

    Andrew is a senior IT executive, change agent and leader who is passionate about achieving strategic outcomes. He is the IT Program Manager at Officeworks and leads the IT Engagement Team including Project Management; Business Analysis; Solution Architecture; Training; Help Desk and IT Provisioning. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across Information Technology within the retail sector. Prior to Officeworks, he has held roles with Coles, Millers Retail, Big W and Toys R Us. Andrew is currently the Chairperson of SAUG.

Prior to his current position as a Global Solution Architect at SAP, Nicholas was a mobile presales consultant at SAP and helped grow the mobile business by working with the local team to deliver the largest mobile payment deployment for one of Australia’s leading banks. Nicholas has also presented various mobile and user experience topics at Cambridge University and other institutions around the world. As a highly respected innovator, Nicholas has published on developing mobile web services, automating the exposure of components as web services which was referenced later within patents filed by Microsoft and more recently published papers and journal articles on adaptive mobile data mining and visualisation.

    DuluxGroup is a multi-brand conglomerate, with a presence in the Asia-Pacific region, Australia being the largest part. It has a diversified portfolio of different products each representing a separate business unit. Maddy's role is to implement & support CRM technology for streamlining & optimising processes for each business units in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing areas. Replacing legacy CRM systems. Maddy has been with Dulux over 1 and half years, and during this time has been involved in implementing eCommerce B2B-B2C WCEM project, Loyalty Management, Campaign Management, Segmentation in CRM on-prem, & Cloud for Customer. He is currently working on formulating the SAP C4C solution as an enterprise-wide solution.

In his spare time, Albere loves surfing huge waves in Australia.

In his role, Paul leads and directs the company’s business operations, drives growth strategies, including Digital Transformation, and provides customer and partner sponsorships across the region. An established business leader, Paul brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and specializes in accelerating new innovations to the market. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Database & Analytics solutions at SAP Asia Pacific Japan. In this role, Paul was instrumental in driving the business strategy and sales execution to meet the Database & Analytics licence revenue goals of the Asia Pacific Japan region, including the successful adoption of the SAP HANA platform. Prior to SAP Asia Pacific Japan, Paul spent more than 10 years at Oracle Corporation driving database and middleware strategy and customer adoption across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Europe. Outside of work, Paul has a keen interest in youth rugby. A qualified rugby coach, Paul is currently coaching the U10 squad at Tanglin Rugby Club, Singapore. Paul is based in Singapore.

He married to Liesl and they have 3 children, Adam, Ella and Lexi. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing Golf.

He also manages sales team on how to articulate their message, ensure consistency and close the deal. Ian is renowned presenter, widely known as the “demo guy”, demonstrating strategic products and concepts. He creates innovative ways to ensure complex information and concepts are presented in understandable and interesting ways, so that it sticks. Typical forums are SAP SapphireNow and SAP Techeds with audiences >10,000.

    Christopher Bousigues is responsible for driving customer adoption of HANA Enterprise Cloud and SAP Cloud Managed Services across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. He has worked in large multinational companies such as Sulzer, Intel and Microsoft as well as in small technology startups. Prior to joining SAP, he founded a cloud computing startup operating as an IaaS platform provider and enterprise application marketplace. Earlier, Christopher also worked as a consultant providing business consultancy services to technology companies in the IoT (Internet of Things) and M2M (Machine to Machine) space. Specialized in supra-national engagements, Christopher possesses a rich international and multi-cultural background. He has lived and worked in 19 countries across such diverse places as Africa, Eastern and Central Europe, Latin America and Asia and is Multi-lingual.

Foodstuffs have a strong reliance on all things SAP and Nic has just lead the latest program where they have migrated their ECC to HANA, upgraded to EHP7 and implemented Simple finance.
