See the workings of the SAUG Association at the upcoming AGM

The SAUG AGM will be held virtually on 22nd April 2021 at 11:00am AEST. This meeting, open to ALL SAUG Ordinary Members, provides an insight into the mechanics of how the SAUG Association runs. As a not for profit Association, the SAP Australian User Group activities are overseen by a Committee. The SAUG Committee comprise of a group of volunteers from the SAP customer base. Any SAUG Ordinary member employee is eligible to become part of the SAUG Committee. The contribution made by our SAUG volunteers is invaluable and we would like to thank ALL who contribute with their time, expertise and effort - we couldnt do it without you.

The agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting will be as follows:


1. Confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 31st October 2019

2. Receive from the Committee, reports on the activities of the Association during the last preceding financial year.

3. Receive and consider the audited statements of:

a) The income and expenditure of the financial year ended;

b) The assets, liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the Association at the close of the year.

4. Elect general members of the Committee of the Association.
