- 2:50 - 3:20pm: Customer Insights: A journey in empowering our people with an optimised mobility solution - Tom Birdseye, Asset Management Systems Engineer & Sara Camarinha, IT Portfolio Manager, SA Power Networks. With an aging field inspection tool, the opportunity arose to research the market and select a replacement solution. Key priorities were an improved user experience through streamlined data entry, increased efficiency and reliability across the inspection process. - 3:20 - 3:40pm: Regulatory Update: eInvoicing Implications for Organisations & Suppliers - Glenn Dawson, Government Lead, eInvoicing Adoption, Australian Taxation Office. Glenn will give us an update on e-invoicing, including the requirements for all organisations especially Utilities and all levels of government, including benefits such as mitigating risks with cybersecurity and easier reporting.
- 3:40 - 4:10pm: Customer Insights: How Hydro Tasmania is creating excellence in SAP - Troy Goldner, SAP Delivery Lead, Hydro Tasmania & SIG Lead, SAUG Utilities SIG. Hydro Tasmania is Australia’s largest generator of clean, renewable energy. Troy will give an update on their business transformation journey, innovation and transition to S/4HANA and the Cloud, as well as their overall strategic planning.
