11:00AM Is your SAP GRC and Identity Security fit for purpose in the age of AI?
SAP Identity Security & Governance is at a critical inflection point. As organisations accelerate S/4HANA adoption, navigate hybrid landscapes, and contend with the explosive growth of Non-Human Identities (NHI) and AI-driven access, legacy GRC and siloed identity tools are no longer fit for purpose. In this session, we explore how converging IGA, PAM, AI, and NHI governance under a unified platform is redefining the SAP security strategy — and why the cost of standing still is now a strategic liability.
Vijay Chaudhari, Identity Governance Lead - APAC, Saviynt

Delivery, leadership and culture: what actually makes SAP programs succeed
Successful SAP programs are rarely determined by methodology alone. While delivery frameworks and tools matter, program success is often shaped by how leadership, execution discipline, and organisational culture interact throughout the transformation. In this session, we explore how the cultural environment influences SAP delivery outcomes. Drawing on real-world experience across industries and geographies, we examine why programs struggle not because organisations resist change, but because delivery teams, business leaders, and end users operate with different expectations, decision norms, and priorities. What you will learn:

- How leadership behaviour and organisational culture influence SAP program success
- Practical ways to identify and address cultural misalignment early in a transformation
- A simple framework to align teams, improve decision making & strengthen delivery outcomes in complex SAP programs
Scott Vohland, Program Director, Rizing-Wipro
