  • 10:30-10:50 | Thought Leader Keynote: Riding the Third Wave of Digital Transformation
Many organisations have been on transformation journeys, usually starting with problem-led, internally driven projects and then moving through value-led, externally driven projects. But now we are seeing the rise of a third stage 3, which are data-led, AI-driven projects. Our globally renowned thought leader, Professor Michael Rosemann, will leave you inspired with fascinating and unparalleled insights into what this third wave of transformation looks like and how your organisation can benefit by adopting these approaches.
Professor Michael Rosemann, Director Centre for Future Enterprise & Professor for Information Systems, Queensland University of Technology

  • 10:50-11:10 | Expert Session: How to make Data the heart of the new sustainable enterprise
Data is really fueling the business priorities of organisations today. Whether that comes to being more sustainable as a company, creating new user experiences, or getting value from generative AI, it really comes back to data driving that digital transformation. This session will show how to achieve quality data and metadata so that your generative AI use cases are contextual and useful to your customers both internal and external.

  • 11:10-11:30 | Morning Tea

  • 11:30-11:50 | Customer Session: Why are there so many Change Requests just after Go Live?
It is a regular occurrence following transformation projects. The nature of the functionality delivered in the change is irrelevant but – shortly after the excitement of go-live - the change requests start flooding in. Our presenter will share his wide experiences to try and answer, "Why does this happen?" and give his thoughts and insights into how projects are managed. While changes cannot (and should not) be eliminated, they can be pre-planned and likely minimised. This is not just about managing the functionality but also changing mindsets to help the "transformation" run smoother.
Nick Calder, Enterprise Functional Architect, Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese
