    Manager - IS Solutions Delivery

    Mark is Manager for IS Solutions Delivery at CITIC Pacific Mining, owner of the Sino Iron project in the Pilbara, WA. He implemented and leads a successful ICT PMO conducting projects in the corporate and operational domains, as well as support and development of CPM's Operational Technology infrastructure.
  • Travers Stow

    Medibank Private
    Program Director

    Travers Stow is the Program Director for Medibank's transformational Finance and ERP systems upgrade and integration program. Prior to Medibank, he was General Manager Retail IT at Energy Australia where he designed and managed the stabilisation of Energy Australia's 2012 billing system implementation then re-structured and project directed the successful migration of 1.7M customers from Ausgrid to Energy Australia. Travers was also the CIO of Transurban where he managed the successful delivery of Transurban's new back office tolling technology platform.

    Denis Browne is Senior Vice President, Head of SAP Imagineering and SAP Screen Personas. SAP Imagineering works with SAP customers to explore disruptive technologies, business models, and market opportunities across cloud computing, mobility, user experience, as well as new markets that SAP may serve in the future. Through his leadership and vision, SAP Imagineering collaborates with customers and partners to accelerate technology adoption. Denis brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role as an entrepreneur, inventor, and business leader.

    With experience across APAC, Europe and the US, Rohit leads SAP's Platform Business for APJ and works with customers on their Digital Transformation agendas. As well as his expertise in turn around strategies, innovation and business model evaluation, Rohit's specialities include Platform as a Service, Big Data, SAP HANA and Change/ Transition Management.
  • Colin Brookes

    As COO, Colin Brookes is responsible for leading SAP ANZ’s sales-support infrastructure and the operationalisation of its strategy, enabling SAP to deliver on its role; the innovation partner, helping its customers digitise and grow. Brookes brings to the role over 20 years of executive experience in the IT sector. He joins from SAP United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI), where he served as COO for two years. Here he drove sales and operational excellence, enabling SAP UKI to deliver maximum value to its customers. Prior to that role, Brookes held executive leadership roles across the globe – including at Software AG Australia and New Zealand, FormScape Software, Knowledge Support Systems and CA Technologies.
  • Mark Ferrer

    Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Global Customer Organisation

    Mark J. Ferrer is chief operating officer (COO) and executive vice president of SAP Global Customer Operations. In this capacity, Mark works closely with the company’s five sales regions to ensure consistent execution of global sales and operational processes. As part of his expansive scope, Mark is responsible for customer go-to-market initiatives, private equity, solutions, and preselling activities, as well as the GCO University program. GCO University is the learning and skill development unit for all customer-facing roles. Mark is a direct report to Robert Enslin, member of the SAP Executive Board and president of Global Customer Operations. He has been instrumental in providing both strategic direction and consistency across the company’s field organization. Mark joined SAP in 2011 from Hewlett-Packard, where he most recently served as vice president of the Americas Communications, Media and Entertainment (CME) industry. In this role, Mark had overall accountability for the CME sales organization in the Americas, including profitability and revenue targets, operational structure, and go-to-market strategy. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, solution development, and general management gained through nearly 30 years of experience in the software and services industry. Prior to his career at HP, Mark was the CEO and chairman of Critical Path, Inc., recently acquired by Openwave Messaging, Inc., which provides consumer content and messaging solutions to large telecommunications providers worldwide. Before Critical Path, he was the president and CEO of Vastera, Inc. (now JPMorgan Chase Vastera, Inc.), a leader in global trade management software and managed services solutions. In addition, he served as president of Baan Americas (later acquired by Infor), and as COO of Aurum Software (a Baan company). Prior to Baan, Mark held numerous executive sales and marketing positions during his 16 years at IBM.
  • John Karagozian

    Global Strategic Alliance lead, SAP

    As the Global SAP Alliance Lead, at Pure Storage, John Karagozian is responsible for all areas of Pure’s SAP program, managing the alliance between Pure and SAP, working with the field in SAP opportunities and building partnership with Key System Integrators. John also works closely with Product Marketing and Engineering, to help shape new solutions and SAP centric applications. His career has focused on helping enterprise companies optimise their SAP solutions. With over 25 years in the technology space, John has helped thousands of organisations lower TCO, improve efficiencies and performance from enterprise applications. Prior to joining Pure, John built and led the SAP group for NetApp Inc, building an eight year program that was instrumental in driving storage solution into over 2500 SAP users. John also worked for SAP America as the National Director of Alliances, managing relationships with Global System Integrators, including Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, WIPRO and others.
