SAUG BTP Hackathon 2025 (AI Edition)

Following the great success of last year’s Hackathon, we are thrilled to invite you to the SAUG BTP Hackathon 2025 (AI Edition), proudly brought to you by the SAUG BTP SIG, in collaboration with SAP.
 
This Hackathon offers SAUG members a unique opportunity to:
  • Gain unique knowledge and hands-on experience through dedicated SAP BTP Enablement Sessions for your self and your oganisation
  • Build a working prototype based on your business use case
  • Learn directly from SAP experts with guided support throughout your journey
 
SAUG and SAP will help you to work with SAP BTP and also help you build a working prototype for your business use cases. SAP’s team of global BTP experts will enable participating teams on the nuances of the implementation / usage of SAP BTP and will share SAP’s experience and knowledge. There will be 6 enablement webinars which will be deep dives of various BTP technologies and applications. During the Build phase, participating teams will also receive mentorship support from SAP experts to help you with implementation and bringing your use case to life.  
 
Finalists will be invited to show off their projects in a Demo Jam at the SAUG National Summit in September. The winners will receive recognition and rewards and the whole community will benefit with outstanding learnings from real use cases.
 
How to participate:
1. Complete the Submission Form (found in the Resources Folder below)
2. Send your submission to; BTPGeniusDirect@sap.com 
 

All use cases must demonstrate how SAP BTP capabilities are used to address the business use case within the following three themes: 

  • Innovations built on top of existing Business AI solutions 
  • Use cases leveraging Joule Studio (Assuming Joule Studio is GA)  
  • Custom Apps leveraging Business AI

As part of the 2025 SAUG BTP Hackathon, we are excited to invite all members to a series of unique and specially created SAP BTP Enablement Sessions—designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to build impactful solutions on SAP BTP. These sessions are tailored exclusively for SAUG members participating in the Hackathon and will offer:

  • Deep dives into core BTP technologies 
  • Implementation insights and best practices 
  • Guidance from SAP experts to help in your use case journey 

 

There will be six interactive sessions covering a range of topics essential for your Hackathon journey. Below is the list of enablement sessions which will be covered (please mark in your calendars);

6. Build AI use cases and applications with SAP BTP (Part 2) - 13th June 2025

Whether you're finalizing your use case or preparing to build your prototype later in the Hackathon journey, these sessions will be a crucial role in setting you up for success.
