With 2 very successful parallel careers, Jonathan is an experienced Television Host with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry and also skilled in Business Process, SAP Implementation, Requirements Analysis, Business Process Design and Enterprise Architecture.

Mark Pozdena, General Manager, Business IT, Powerlink Queensland

Mark is an outcomes-focused executive leader with extensive background in the delivery of complex digital programs and projects, ICT operations, employee engagement and cultural improvement, innovation and cyber security.

Vicki Hlinovsky, Business Process Lead, Sunwater

Vicki is an experienced Systems Analyst and Business Process Lead for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) at Sunwater. She has demonstrated expertise working in Asset Management systems in the utilities industry for over 20 years. With a background in master data maintenance and system enhancements, she now oversees continuous improvement of all SAP EAM systems and processes.

Adam Reece, Relationship Manager, Australian Taxation Office

Adam leads the government’s large business engagement agenda for Peppol eInvoicing adoption. He works with business, industry and technology partners to find ways to facilitate and accelerate economy-wide adoption and use of the Peppol network and standard.

Kynan Jones, Cloud Architect - BTP, SAP

With over 25 years of SAP technical experience, Kynan is a proud techie at heart. Focusing on process automation and integration, SAP Business Technology Platform is where you will find Kynan: demonstrating the possibilities and the opportunities to SAP customers.

Dr Ida Asadi Someh, Senior Lecturer, University of Queensland Business School

Besides being a senior lecturer, Ida is a research affiliate at the Centre for Information Systems Research (CISR), MIT Sloan School of Management, US. Her research focuses on organisational and societal impact of data, analytics and artificial intelligence. She completed her PhD in 2015 at The University of Melbourne and was awarded the best PhD thesis in Melbourne School of Engineering, and the Vice Chancellor's PhD Prize at The University of Melbourne.

Dr Tapani Rinta-Kahila, Lecturer in Information Systems, University of Queensland Business School

Besides being a lecturer, Tapani holds a doctoral degree from Aalto University School of Business, where he wrote an award-winning dissertation on the decommissioning of organisational information systems. His research focuses on issues around the implementation and management of artificial intelligence (AI) systems in organisations, unintended consequences of technology use, and replacement of organisational information systems (IS). He strives to understand how contemporary technologies such as AI affect the way in which people learn and organise, and how the negative consequences of such technologies can be managed.

Laura Burge, Future Pathway Manager, CS Energy

Laura is the Future Pathway Manager for CS Energy and has over 20 years’ experience in the HR industry. During her career she has been involved in four major SuccessFactors implementations and is here today to share how CS Energy are utilising SuccessFactors to support a number of strategic people projects.

John Martinez, Manager of Resourcing Operations, Energy Queensland

John is a dedicated professional serving as the Manager of Resourcing Operations within the Digital Division at Energy Queensland. In this role, he oversees and manages recruitment, allocation and utilisation of all professional services contractors within his division. With his extensive experience and expertise, John plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the right time to support the Digital Division capital program of work and operational support objectives. Through his strong leadership and effective management, he contributes to the smooth functioning and success of Digital Division's resourcing operations.

Felicity Rudd, IT Portfolio Learning Specialist, Powerlink Queensland

As a digital delivery enabler, Felicity Rudd is passionate about helping others with their digital transformation. She believes that by providing the right support and tools, everyone can thrive in the ever-changing digital landscape and being able to assist others in their journey is what drives her every day. With over 15 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering systems & projects training for complex IT programs, Felicity has worked with numerous energy entities across Australia. Currently at Powerlink Queensland, Felicity oversees and supports all learning across a complex IT Portfolio of programs and projects to ensure the people of Powerlink are ready and feel equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Adrian Stagg, Head of Technology and Digital, McGrathNicol

Adrian is an IT executive with over 30 years experience across all facets of the ICT industry. As a driver for digitalisation and modernisation, his expertise includes organisational change, strategic planning, Centres of Excellence establishment, ERP product selection and program direction, Data and Analytics, application development and rollout, outsource negotiation, infrastructure management and change management. He has a strong track record of successfully aligning the digital technology requirements of organisational transformations with core business value propositions such as increasing revenue, lowering costs and boosting productivity. Adrian has worked in a diverse range of industry sectors including professional services, energy, health, manufacturing and distribution, construction, logistics, not-for-profit, finance and insurance.

Alistair Barros, Head of School, Information Systems, Faculty of Science, Queensland University of Technology

Alistair has IT leadership experience in academic, local industry and technology vendor roles, including being Global Research Leader at SAP AG. His focus is on the interoperability and optimisation of enterprise systems in cyber-physical settings through Edge, IoT and Blockchain platforms. He has over 170 articles in international conferences and journals, has 17 filed US patents and secured over $26m in research funding. His key impacts include contributions to SAP Netweaver technologies, co-author of the BPMN 2.0 process modelling standard, and consultancies on large transformation projects like Department of Human Services Welfare Payment Infrastructure Payment.

Katherine Love, Executive General Manager, Queensland, SAP

As Executive General Manager for Queensland, Katherine leads the Sales teams throughout the region, and is responsible for the driving customer value and adoption across Queensland customers. Additionally, Katherine holds responsibility for developing and executing the market-focused strategy for the Queensland business.

With a background in program delivery, Katherine has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation programs that harness data and innovation to deliver tangible results for organisations. Katherine is passionate about supporting customers in realising long term transformational change and value across their SAP solutions.

Jolyon Keegan, Director Critical Infrastructure Protection, SAP

Jolyon works within the Office of the CEO with responsibilities to ensure effective implementation, across the Asia Pacific Japan region, of classified information management and critical infrastructure obligations to governments and customers. Following an Australian Defence Force career, Jolyon worked across government and industry in operational intelligence, policy development, and program management functions before joining SAP in 2015 as an industry adviser for operational defence and security in Australia and New Zealand. He moved into his regional regulatory function in 2019, and from 2020 was heavily involved in government-industry co-design for the inclusion of the new Critical Data Storage or Processing Sector in the reformed Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. He is now coordinating SAP’s global response to the regulatory demands.

Tony Thorpe, Solution Advisor, SAP

Tony is passionate about data, analytics and helping organisations drive increased business performance by gaining insights into their information assets to make evidence-based decisions. His background has been in business intelligence, data warehousing and advanced analytics as a consultant and solution adviser to business and government in Europe and Australia.

Cathy McGurk, Head of Solution Engineering, SAP ANZ

Cathy has been working in the technology space for over 25 years – starting out as a technician in the aerospace industry. Working in presales, consulting, and training she has supported customers in multiple industries. Now as a team leader, Cathy believes in paying it forward and in investing in young talent to give them the opportunities that were once given to her as a young women in tech.

Liam Mischevski, Innovation Architect, SAP

Liam's curiosity drives his passion to get in and tinker with new technology as a frontrunner and evangelist, helping him share the art of the possible with the rest of the world in moving us all towards a better future. His background spans over a decade in and around the innovation ecosystem across all 3 horizons, from working in and leading projects on emerging technology to providing strategic advice on how best to apply new solutions to business challenges.

Victor Ho, Director of RISE CoE - ANZ, SAP

Victor is a technology transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem. He currently heads the Centre of Excellence for RISE with SAP in the ANZ region, where he helps businesses leverage RISE to achieve their digital transformation goals. Victor has a proven track record in solution engineering and ERP implementation. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in program management, solution architecture, and functional solution integration for large-scale ERP transformation programs. He has consistently led teams to deliver successful go-lives and adoption, realising value for customers.

Andrew Dyer, ERP Superintendent, PanAust

Andrew has been in the IT industry for over 20 years, spending all that time working with ERP systems. He has worked for a wide range of organisations across all levels of government, and in the private sector. Andrew spent the first part of his career implementing and supporting Oracle systems, and has spent the past 10 years working with SAP solutions. Andrew’s last role was technical lead for Ariba implementation and support. Now with PanAust, Andrew is leading the organisation’s ERP systems and strategy.

Harry Dunn, Solution Advisor, SAP

Prior to joining SAP in 2022, Harry worked as a Chartered Accountant in public practice accounting, as well as working as a financial controller for a startup. Now working as a Finance Solution Advisor, he helps support public sector and enterprise teams on navigating the SAP landscapes and ensuring appropriate solutions are used to meet business requirements.

Kevin Annfield, Senior Solution Advisor, SAP

Kevin Annfield is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in architecting and advising on enterprise solutions. Currently serving as the ANZ CX Solution Advisor Team Leader at SAP, Kevin leads a dynamic team dedicated to empowering enterprise and mid-market customers with innovative strategies aimed at revenue growth, heightened customer satisfaction, and enhanced competitiveness within their respective segments.

Tim Wilkes, CEO & Chief Storysmith, Pathos Services

Karen Zwissler, CEO, SAP Australian User Group
 
Karen has over 25 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem working with technology, industry, governments, security and defence organisations. She is passionate about helping organisations embrace and thrive with their technology experiences by delivering seamless and consistent results. As a board member of the German-Australian Chamber of Commerce, Karen plays a key role in facilitating and nurturing dialogue between government bodies, policy makers and industry in both countries. She takes pride in promoting sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, and creating powerful collaboration models to drive positive outcomes for all. In addition, Karen has been recognised for her outstanding commitment to mentor young talent and the development of upcoming female leaders.
