Nick has worked his way through consulting, integration and solution design within the SAP / SuccessFactors space for 25 years in a variety of sectors including government, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and education. Prior to that Nick worked within dedicated HR and Payroll business spaces. For the last ten+ years Nick has worked to bring something unique and passionate to each design challenge he embarks on.

Stuart Clark, RISE Success Team Lead, ANZ SAP CSS

Stuart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as a transformation practitioner across three continents. He has over ten years of employment with SAP as a member of the Business Transformation Services Team

As the RISE Success Lead, he has been instrumental in the adoption of a new operating model within SAP as well as advising customers on operating models for their RISE journey.

Toni Jackson, Head of SAP Fieldglass - APAC, SAP Fieldglass

Toni is a seasoned leader and expert in the field of external workforce and Services management solutions, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. As the Regional Director of SAP Fieldglass APJ, she leads a team of professionals who help organisations across various sectors optimise their external workforce programs and achieve workforce management excellence.

Toni has a deep understanding of the APAC market, its unique challenges and opportunities, and the evolving needs of the digital age. She leverages her extensive knowledge and skills to provide tailored solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance for clients. Nik Kwiatkowski, Industry Business Architect, SAP

Nickolas Kwiatkowski is an Open Group Certified Distinguished Chief IT Architect. His loves working with customers and developing inventive solutions; as well as technical management and leadership of projects. He has led large commercial bids and proposals, and with equal resourcefulness led dedicated teams of specialists responding to client Critical Situations. His career has spanned IT strategy, design and technical management of complex system integration projects in the industrial, utilities, public sector and telecommunications industries. He has been working in the Defence industry for the last nine years.

Nickolas is passionate about professional development and has served as a member of the Certification Review Boards in A/NZ for the Architect and Consultant disciplines with The Open Group. He has previously been a member on the industry advisory board for Information Technology & Multimedia Design at the University of Queensland.

Cathy McGurk, Head of Solution Engineering - Business Technology Platform, SAP

Cathy has been working in the technology space for over 25 years – starting out as a technician in the aerospace industry. Working in presales, consulting, and training she has supported customers in multiple industries.  Now as a team leader, Cathy believes in paying it forward and in investing in young talent to give them the opportunities that were once given to her as a young women in tech. 

Phil McLoughlin, Enterprise Data & Analytics Office Team Leader, Powerlink Queensland

Phil McLoughlin is passionate data and analytics professional with a range of experience in strategy, project and operational roles in the utilities, banking and retail industries.

Currently Phil is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Data & Analytics Office at Powerlink Queensland. Powerlink is a high voltage electricity transmission network operator central to the Queensland Energy & Jobs Plan that is establishing a new Super Grid as part of a pathway to a clean, reliable and affordable energy system to provide power for generations.

In his role at Powerlink, Phil has led the Strategic Data Program an enterprise multi-year project to centralise data & analytics environments into a single cloud & data analytics platform which includes an Azure hosted Cloud Warehouse and Data Lake. This program also established new organisational data governance and an operating model that has led to a significant improvement in Enterprise Business Intelligence with mature domain specific analytics capabilities across the organisation.

Nicole Narbeshuber, Strategic Delivery Lead, OCM Lead for EmployeeConnect, Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese

A passionate Program Manager, Nicole is focused on solutions that deliver strong outcomes for people and organisations. With experience in the finance, insurance, manufacturing, and education sectors in the UK and Australia, Nicole is an energetic leader adept at developing strong networks based on trust, understanding, and collaboration. With excellent communication skills and the experience and discernment to draw uncommon insights, Nicole's ability to read people and bring out their best enables her to build high-performing teams that result in successful delivery.

Adrian Stagg, Head of Technology and Digital, McGrathNicol

Adrian is an IT executive with over 30 years experience across all facets of the ICT industry. As a driver for digitalisation and modernisation, his expertise includes organisational change, strategic planning, Centre’s of Excellence establishment, ERP product selection and program direction, Data and Analytics, application development and rollout, outsource negotiation, infrastructure management and change management.

Robert Wolf, SAP Team Leader, Powerlink Queensland

Robert Wolf is a senior technical leader with extensive experience in specialist roles focusing on SAP, environment & system integration as well as roles designing and building enterprise systems in the utilities and energy industry.

Currently Robert is responsible for overseeing SAP services at Powerlink Queensland a Government Owned Corporation that owns, develops, operates and maintains the high voltage electricity transmission network in Queensland. At Powerlink Robert and his team have led and implemented major SAP modernisation and transformation as part of the organisation’s highly success multi-year SAP program or work.

Since moving to S/4, Robert and his team have been leveraging the opportunities of their new environment to implement enterprise-wide critical financial operating model improvements and new end-user efficiencies through deployments of Fiori, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud including SAC planning and the SAP Sustainability Control Tower platform.

Karen Zwissler, CEO, SAP Australian User Group
Karen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with technology, industry, governments, security, and defence organisations. She is passionate about helping organisations embrace and thrive with their technology experiences by delivering seamless and consistent results.
After 25 years of working with SAP globally, Karen took on the CEO role for SAP Australian User Group in 2022, leveraging her expertise in business development to lead customers and governments through their digital transformations and bringing global technology and business capabilities.
In 2020 Karen was appointed to the board of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce. In this function Karen plays a key role in facilitating and nurturing dialogue between government bodies, policy makers and industry in both countries. She takes pride in promoting sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, and creating powerful collaboration models to drive positive outcomes for all. In addition, Karen has been recognized for her outstanding commitment to mentor young talent and the development of upcoming female leaders.
Karen holds a Master’s Degree in International History and English Literature from Ruperto Carola University in Heidelberg, Germany, and has a bachelor’s degree in publishing.
