Venkat Rao Bhamidipathi is a Senior Architecture Advisor specialising in SAP-enabled transformation across the Australian Public Sector. With over 18 years at SAP, he partners with senior executives to shape strategy, define cloud-ready architecture visions and guide organisations through complex decisions on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), data platforms and modern operating models.

Major General Sue Graham

Major General Sue Graham joined the Australian Army in 1990, initially within the Army Reserve, before transferring to the full time force after completing her degree and officer training at Sydney University Regiment. MAJGEN Graham commenced as Head Business Transformation in July 2022, responsible to drive the adoption of standardised and integrated ways of working across Defence, enabled by the delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.

Peter Maier is SVP, Strategic Customer Engagements. In his role, Peter works closely with the Board and ensures that strategic customer engagements result in tangible business results for his customers and in 
long-term partnerships with SAP. Peter is passionately driving innovation that makes his customers more successful and he frequently shares his strategy and insights with customers, SAP partners, press, and analysts. He is regularly invited to deliver keynote speeches and to moderate panel discussions.

Suhayb Faran Mir

Suhayb graduated from QUT in August of 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with majors in Computer and Software Systems & Finance. He has been working with TMR since November 2024 on their AI Graduate program. His job revolves around helping the implementation of AI tools in TMR.

Her work spans citizen service delivery, corporate services and shared service environments, with a focus on reducing operational risk, improving integrity and enabling consistent, high-quality outcomes across agencies.

Neel Plahe is a seasoned transformation leader with 25 years of experience in the technology sector and a chartered accounting background. Her career spans development, consulting, delivery, and executive roles at Oracle and SAP. As Head of ANZ Value Advisory, Neel collaborates with C-level executives to drive strategic change, shape robust business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Dinesh Ramasundara

Dinesh Ramasundara is an executive leader specialising in technology strategy, program management, business process improvement and ERP modernisation. He leads the Program Governance, Capability and Innovation section for the Innovative Ways of Working Program, a major SAP S/4HANA transition.

Abu Barkat Ullah (Barkat) 
Associate professor and Program Director of Cyber security

Dr Abu Barkat Ullah is an Associate Professor in Cyber Security and Program Director of Cyber Security at the University of Canberra. He has built a career spanning academic research, education leadership, and industry collaboration in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. His work focuses on predictive threat intelligence, adaptive cyber defence, and risk governance for modern digital ecosystems, with particular emphasis on strengthening resilience for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Ryan van Leent 
Vice President, Global Public Services

Ryan is Vice President of SAP’s Global Public Services team. He brings experiences from government implementations around the world to our Australian government customers. Ryan’s area of focus is Business AI, and he’s currently working closely with SAP Product Development on the roadmap for Generative AI in Public Services.
