Major General Sue Graham joined the Australian Army in 1990, initially within the Army Reserve, before transferring to the full time force after completing her degree and officer training at Sydney University Regiment. MAJGEN Graham commenced as Head Business Transformation in July 2022, responsible to drive the adoption of standardised and integrated ways of working across Defence, enabled by the delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.

His work focuses on predictive threat intelligence, adaptive cyber defence, and risk governance for modern digital ecosystems, with particular emphasis on strengthening resilience for small and medium-sized enterprises.
