With hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud and the Business Data Cloud (BDC), Alwan helps organisations unlock the full potential of their enterprise data. He is particularly interested in simplifying the user experience and driving adoption of smart analytics capabilities that support collaboration and insight generation. Join him for an insightful session exploring the Business Data Catalogue (BDC) and its role in driving data-driven decisions.

Andreas Breitrueck

AI @ SAP Signavio

Andreas Breitrueck accelerates global enterprise transformation as an Innovator and Thought Leader at SAP Signavio. 

The architect of the high-impact "Plug and Gain" methodology, Andreas is an SAP veteran who took a pivotal, AI-driven detour: after falling for the potential of AI in 2017, he left in 2019 to develop real-time AI assistants for preventing critical system issues. He returned in 2022, bringing that cutting-edge expertise to bear on enterprise efficiency. 

A physicist by training (Heidelberg) and a competitive tennis player across Europe, Andreas is also a father of three.

Allan Coulter 

Modern ERP Thought Leader & SAP Service Line Lead ANZat IBM Consulting, Australia  

Allan has been the Global CTO for the SAP Consultancy Services in IBM with more than 25 years experience in the industry. In the last 24 months, he has has been responsible for the SAP Consulting Business in IBM Australia. He has for many years acted as a key advisor for several programs, assuring the delivery program and client teams, supporting the shift to next generation ERP solutions that drive the Business Transformation goals. 

Caroline Efron 

IT Program Manager at Lactalis Pty Ltd 

Caroline is an experienced Program Manager, reporting to CIO at Lactalis and leading large programs including M&A, legal, HR, SAP and digital transformation. At Lactalis Australia, she led the successful technology integration of Jalna Dairy. Caroline also led a team of around 30 to drive the integration of Lactalis Australia into the company’s global technology landscape.

Maria Goltz 

Enterprise Architect at SAP Australia

Maria Goltz is an experienced Enterprise Architect and a key contributor to the SAP Reference Architecture content available on LeanIX and Signavio.  

With years of consulting experience across diverse industries, she has developed a deep expertise in delivering SAP solutions tailored to customer's complex business challenges. Now as an Enterprise Architect at SAP, her passion lies in empowering customers to understand how they could leverage the SAP Reference Architecture content to contextualize how the SAP product portfolio could help them achieve their strategic business objectives and differentiating business capabilities. 

Rik Irons-Mclean

Sector Lead - Manufacturing and Energy at Microsoft

Rik is a future-focused technology leader, with extensive experience driving digital transformation and innovation. He has held multiple worldwide roles in energy, manufacturing and resources, sustainability, IoT, security, and digital transformation in global technology companies.  

Rik has spoken at conferences around the world and is a published author. He has sat on multiple industry boards and standards groups in energy, manufacturing, sustainability, IoT, digital twins and digital skills, and is currently a delegate in the Australian Climate Leaders Coalition. 

Rik has an MBA focused on international leadership, holds the MIEMA and CEnv sustainability accreditations, and is a Gartner Peer Ambassador. He will be speaking about the value of AI.

Shruthi Jayaram 

Senior Product Specialist, Go-to-Market, Application Lifecycle Management at SAP Australia Pty Ltd 


Shruthi is a Senior Product Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, specializing in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions including SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Focused Run. Based in Melbourne, she plays a key role in supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand in adopting SAP Cloud ALM to drive efficient implementation and sustainable operations.00B 
 

Lam Kuen Sang 

Senior Director SAP on Oracle Cloud and Infrastructure Technology at Oracle Corporation 

Lam leads the Global Oracle-SAP presales team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle Database, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technology.   

He has extensive experiences with many of the largest SAP implementations and had started working on SAP R/3 release 1 since 1992.  In the 90’s he was part of the SAP Asia’s Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded “Best BASIS Consultant (Regional)” in 1997.  One area of specialization of his was in the area of Unicode and Multi-National Languages support in SAP systems. 

Gerhard Kuppler

Vice President - Global SAP Alliances at Oracle Corporation

Gerhard has been in Oracle Corporation for over 30 years and has been responsible for the relationship between Oracle and SAP since 1999.  He is based in Germany and frequents the SAP’s Global HQ for “SAP on Oracle” partnership discussions.  He oversees the entire Oracle global operations in the Oracle-SAP Competence Centre which have direct connection to the Oracle development team (DB/OS/HW), which is located right next to SAP developers, and Oracle’s specialized Customer Success Services team for SAP customers. 

Lee Marshall

SAP Welcomes Lee as our new Head of AI for ANZ.  Lee brings with him extensive knowledge and experience from Microsoft and Salesforce. Together with Neel Plahe, he will explore the topic of AI.

Nicholas is a passionate technologist who has been architecting and developing market leading software applications for the past 25 years. During his career, he has been a founder of several start-up companies, worked with several multinational organisations and held numerous roles in development, research and management.02FNicholas regularly presents at universities and conferences on AI, digital transformation and disruptive technologies.02F He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Monash University.

Gia-Thi Nguyen

VP, SAP Business Transformation Management, Field Excellence, APAC at SAP

Gia-Thi Nguyen has been VP, Market Impact of SAP Signavio for Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China, leading the evangelization and awareness of business transformation activities in the region since November 2021.

He is currently based in Singapore where he lives with his family. Prior to joining SAP, Thi has been a former CIO, CFO and Head of Operational Excellence with Siemens AG and Siemens Healthineers for nearly 2 decades working in 5 different countries. Some of his experiences include driving restructuring and divestment activities, implementing ERP systems, new company setups and driving various transformation activities.

Thi has implemented the largest process mining implementation in the Order to Cash realm globally and authored various publications on digital transformation and change management. 

Dr. David Paynter 

Academic Tutor/Lecturer - Supply Chain at Monash Business School

Dr. David Paynter - A widely recognised global expert in Digital Supply Chain Planning, David has published extensively in both academic and corporate literature whilst working globally, across Europe and in Australasia. He has led operational supply chain transformation as a business leader and as a management consultant and lectures at leading Australian universities on the integrative value of digital technologies. The value David brings to organizations is the mix of analytical understanding, strategy and digital transformation, using an integrative cross functional approach to implementation. 

Neel Plahe

Head of Value Advisory (ANZ) at SAP Australia

Neel Plahe is a seasoned transformation leader with 25 years of experience in the technology sector and a chartered accounting background. Her career spans development, consulting, delivery, and executive roles at Oracle and SAP. As Head of ANZ Value Advisory, Neel collaborates with C-level executives to drive strategic change, shape robust business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes. She leads with clarity, creativity, and collaboration—helping SAP customers define and realise the full value of their transformation investments. Together with Lee Marshall, he will explore the topic of AI.

Adam Ridgewell

Adam's session will explore how Simplot (a $13 Billion USD Global Food and Agricultural business) used SAP’s modular cloud applications—SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Central Finance to deliver tangible value well ahead of the core SAP ERP go-live. Simplot will share the challenges and learnings from connecting these tools to non SAP ERPs and the surprising change and engagement upside of leading out with the cloud SAP solutions.

With a career spanning continents and industries, Adam brings deep expertise in SAP transformations, cloud migrations, integration, mobile, and artificial intelligence. As Customer Officer for SAP Customer Innovation Services, he’s passionate about helping companies unlock real value from technology—whether through clean core extensions or practical AI applications that drive measurable outcomes.

Pierre van Rooyen

Pierre is a Senior Domain Advisor for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in the ANZ Solution Advisory team. With more than 19 years of experience across data management, business intelligence, and AI, he started his SAP journey in EMEA during the launch of SAP HANA in 2011 and has remained focused on the value of data-driven insights ever since.  
His session explores the Autonomous Enterprise—SAP’s vision for a fully integrated, intelligent application landscape that operates with minimal human intervention. He’ll show how AI, modern applications, integrated end-to-end processes and real-time analytics work together to automate decisions, optimize operations and enable continuous learning across business functions.  

Jared Yabanci 

SAP Solution Advisor – SAP BTP and Business Data Cloud at SAP ANZ

Jared Yabanci, has been with SAP Australia for nearly 18 Years, starting off as an Implementation Consultant for DataServices and Information Steward at BusinessObjects coming fresh from Germany and then moving to PreSales at SAP advising customers on all things Data, Data Management, Data Migration, Data Quality, Master Data Governance, etc. Jared will speak about SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
