Baber Farooq is the Senior Vice President of Procurement Product Strategy, leading a team focussed on delivering world class procurement solutions driving optimal procurement outcomes for customers today, and into the future. Baber has extensive procurement knowledge, and since joining SAP Ariba in 2006 has worked with customers across the globe, understanding their challenges, procurement transformation goals and their view of success. This customer facing background provides Baber unique insights into procurement organisations and supports the development of a customer centric procurement roadmap for SAP. Baber joined SAP Ariba in 2006 in the United States. Since then he has held various director-level roles in overseeing procurement transformations across the world. Prior to taking on his current role, he served as the General Manager, Customer Value Organisation – APJ and Greater China

Brady Dever, Partner, PwC
Brady is PwC's regional indirect tax technology leader for APAC. He works closely with clients to automate indirect tax compliance processes in the region and implement indirect tax determination and calculation systems, including PwC’s indirect tax compliance reporting solutions, Comply First Time, along with other systems such as Vertex and, of course, SAP S4 HANA. Brady also leads the APAC component of several of our global indirect tax compliance engagements for US and EU multinationals. More recently, Brady has been appointed to the Joint Australia and New Zealand Government Peppol e-invoice adoption working group responsible for the trans-Tasman localisation of the Peppol framework. Brady also has extensive experience advising US multinational clients on AsiaPac and LATAM e-invoicing requirements.

Chris Rae, Founder and Chief Architect, D'alRae Solutions
Chris is a SAP Mentor and career technologist with over 14 years' experience working with SAP products. He has worked with a number of major organisations including retailers, manufacturing and government departments. He has an eye on emerging technologies and specialises in delivering Fiori design, architecture and development to large organisations.

Clint Vosloo, Managing Partner, EV Technologies AU
Clint has almost 20 years of SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology experience. Since being actively involved in the first SAP IQ installation in South Africa back in 1997, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience using SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP Data Services and the SAP BusinessObjects suite of products. He has been involved in many large-scale SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology implementations and is a globally-known and renowned keynote speaker who regularly presents at many of the major SAP conferences and local user group events and has sat on various panel discussions. He is currently based in Australia and is the Managing Partner for APJ for EV Technologies, an SAP Partner and Authorised Education Partner in the SAP Ecosystem.

Damien Bueno,  President & MD, SAP ANZ 
As President and Managing Director for SAP Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Damien Bueno is responsible for all customer operations across the market. He joined SAP in 2007 and has worked with some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest organisations, across multiple industries, driving strategic and meaningful outcomes at SAP and in regional leadership roles prior. Most recently as Vice President for Strategic Industries and Markets, SAP ANZ, where he pioneered a co-investment model with the Australian Government, to better support it with its digital engagement with citizens.

Daniel Parker, Solutions Director - EPI-USE Labs 
With more than 15 years of SAP experience, Daniel Parker specialises in data copy automation and data security. With a strong Basis background Daniel has led technical teams around the SAP Lifecycle of Implementations, Upgrades, Conversions & Migrations. He leads an experienced consulting team and delivers a variety of SAP landscape optimisation solutions to organisations in the Asia Pacific Region

Gordon Donovan, Intelligent Spend Evangelist, SAP Ariba 
Having over 30 years direct procurement experience leading procurement transformations and establishing and improving procurement functions to deliver enterprise wide value, Gordon is recognized as a leader who having qualified with a graduate diploma in 1996 and achieving a master’s in strategic procurement, is both a Fellow of CIPS and a council member of IACCM. He has extensive experience in developing frameworks, processes and governance to ensure world class procurement outcomes achieved internationally and developing and driving discussion around thought leadership specifically within the arenas of high performing teams, diversity and people capability. 

Gordon has also designed and implemented a range of assessment regimes to understand the current and future capability requirements for procurement teams and has also carried out numerous assessments of organisations policies, processes and people in his role as a CIPS certification assessor. He is a sought-after speaker, writer and presenter, and also a licensed SDI ™ facilitator. Within SAP, Gordon’s role as APJ Intelligent Spend Evangelist aims to infuse procurement and finance thought leadership to intelligent spend management.  

Graham Robinson, SAP Mentor, Yelcho Systems Consulting 
Graham is an independent consultant who specialises in delivering practical, innovative and cost-effective solutions to his clients to help them maximise returns on their IT investments.  Graham has led technical teams in the Finance, Public and IT Sectors.  Graham’s expertise, influence and contributions to the SAP ecosystem has been recognised with his nomination and subsequent appointment as an SAP Mentor.


Greg Steel, Chief Information Officer, Xinja
Greg is an experienced architect with a passion for using modern techniques, platforms and tools to outstrip the capabilities of traditional, entrenched organisations. He has worked at many Australian banks, wealth organisations and insurance companies as a software developer, technology leader, solution architect and now as CIO. Greg co-founded Xinja and led the architecture from the outset to establish the vision of a whole new bank, with none of the baggage of older, legacy banking systems and processes.  

Hendrik Luetjohann, Product Expert - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud , SAP
Hendrik is the BTS Principal Business Consultant and Product Expert for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise & Cloud. From 2007, Hendrik specialised in sourcing and contract management and in the last few years he delivered several cloud implementations, as a functional consultant and project lead. Hendrik also managed the Ariba Consulting Team in ANZ (Australia & New Zealand), and more recently focused on guiding SAP customers on their transformation journey and realising the value of SAP cloud solutions, especially the power of the network.


Jocelyn Dart, Solution Architect User Experience at S/4HANA Regional Implementation Group - APJ Region, SAP 
Jocelyn is a SAP Technology Ambassador, and a User Experience Strategist within the SAP S/4HANA Regional Implementation Group - Asia-Pacific Japan and leads the Community of Practice for Fiori and UX. She has been an advocate and promoter for SAP Fiori and great UX over the last 5 years as a blogger on SAP Community, and at local and international conferences.  She is passionate about Software Accessibility, i.e. making sure software works for everyone including those overcoming diversity and inclusion challenges.  Her current focus is delivering on the promise of SAP Fiori in SAP S/4HANA customers locally, regionally and internationally.

Jon Carroll, SAP on Azure Specialist, Microsoft
Jonathon Carroll is a proven IT project leader with over 25 years experience in the business development and IT transformation delivery. Jon has supported some of the most transformational SAP projects in Australia with a track record of deeply understanding customer goals and delivering innovation with IT transformation.

Jon Wilson, Director, Extended Supply Chain & Internet of Things, SAP ANZ
Jon is responsible for the go to market strategy for Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing for SAP in Australia and New Zealand.  SAP Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing encompasses digital business processes for Integrated Business Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Track & Trace, Asset Management, Portfolio & Project Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing and Environment Health and Safety.In this role, Jon engages with customers to identify industry trends and challenges, address strategic opportunities, and promote new solutions.  He is responsible for working with the broader SAP community to define relevant programs and marketing initiatives, to increase awareness and adoption of these solutions. Jon is passionate about leveraging technology to enable transformational change, whether at the individual, business process, organisational or network level.  He is committed to SAP’s vision to help the world run better and improve people’s lives, and has been working with SAP solutions for more than 20 years.

Karl Wood, Director Solution Architects APAC, Tricentis 
Karl is a Senior IT Leader with 15 years' experience across software development, solution architecture and quality assurance within the Finance, Telecommunications, Consulting, Hospitality and Gaming domains. He has been a customer, supplier and consultant across multiple digital transformations, which has given great insight on common hurdles and developing industry agnostic solutions, specifically specialising in complex integration work. 




Keith Harrison, Portfolio Delivery Manager - Supply Chain, Coca Cola Amatil
Keith has spent the better part of 35 years in various roles in Supply Chain. The last 20 years has been in IT delivery roles, delivering various components of SAP and associated systems. More recently, Keith has overseen the supply Chain delivery program of projects at Coca Cola Amatil, which has included implementation of both SAP EWM and SAP TM.

Kevin Flack, Talent Acquisition, NSW Communities & Justice 
Kevin is a highly experienced senior executive with a proven track record leading and managing diverse teams across the HR function. He specialises in change management, HR strategy, design thinking and improving performance in people, firmly believes in developing customer centric HR teams which utilise the latest HR technologies and methodologies to support the achievement of key business goals for their stakeholders. 

Currently leading the Talent Acquisition function for the Department of Communities and Justice in the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including systems and strategy to support the attraction, recruitment and on boarding of employees for the organisation.

Lars Rueter, Product Manager | Head of SAP S/4HANA Regional Implementation Group - Asia Pacific Region, SAP 
Lars drives Co-Innovation with customers and partners for SAP S/4HANA and leads the Regional Implementation Group for SAP S/4HANA in APJ. In his role, Lars closely cooperates with customers and partners to assess market requirements and interweave with SAP´s Cloud Suite Strategy and Portfolio. Before this he was a senior member of the SAP Business Suite Product Management organisation.

Lars’ profound experience in working with clients in different roles as Software Engineer, Solution Architect and IT-Strategist help him to analyse and transfer market and client requirements directly into the solution development process with the goal to help clients achieve competitive advantages based on requirement driven next generation software and services.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and other industry events on SAP S/4HANA, Digital Transformation and Business Transformation strategy. His key expertise areas are Co-Innovation, IT strategy of enterprise processes, SaaS, social and hybrid concepts.

Marcus Scott, Managing Director Director Solution Sales JAPAC, SNP Australia
Marcus Scott has over 30 years of extensive business leadership and consulting experience in developing and offering effective SAP software solutions worldwide. After being the Vice President of all the strategic business units of SNP SE in the APAC region, he is now Managing Director of SNP Australia since March 2019.  


Mathijs ten Tusscher, Solution Consultant – Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, Snow Software
Mathijs ten Tusscher has deep knowledge regarding SAP® License Management and the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software. Mathijs has more than 20 years of SAP experience and has worked directly at SAP for more than 6 years. During that time he had several roles including Sales Leader, PreSales Leader and Account Manager, allowing him to gain extensive experience in the different SAP solutions, license structures, exceptions and possibilities around SAP License Management. 

Mathijs has worked with many global operating companies and supported the optimization of their SAP licenses. Up till today, Mathijs has been successful in more than 30 SAP License Management projects. 

Mike Vorias, Regional Director Office of CFO Solutions APJ, SAP
Mike has extensive knowledge and practical application of finance end-to-end process solutions with demonstrated ability to contribute and apply his experience in varied organisational scenarios at senior levels. He is a highly motivated technology evangelist, with drive and passion to the highest standard. Whilst being energetic, resilient and committed, to ensuring that all people run at their best

Murali Shanmugham, SAP Technology Ambassador & Solutions Advisor, SAP
Murali has over 15 years of experience working with various SAP solutions and has played different roles in various project implementations across ANZ. In his current role as a Cloud Architect, he is focused on helping customers to adopt and use cloud technologies to solve some of their key business challenges. He is passionate about cloud and helps his customers to realise and re-imagine their business processes with emerging technology.

Nicholas Nicoloudis, Global Solution Architect, SAP
Nicholas has been architecting & developing market leading software applications for the past 16 years. Prior to his current position as a Global Solution Architect at SAP, Nicholas was a mobile presales consultant at SAP and helped grow the mobile business by working with the local team to deliver the largest mobile payment deployment for one of Australia’s leading banks.  

Nicholas has also presented various mobile and user experience topics at Cambridge University and other institutions around the world. As a highly respected innovator, Nicholas has published on developing mobile web services, automating the exposure of components as web services which was referenced later within patents filed by Microsoft and more recently published papers and journal articles on adaptive mobile data mining and visualisation.

Oliver Hippel, Data Architect, TasNetworks Pty Ltd
Starting his career as a software developer over 25 years ago, Oliver has moved through a range and of data focussed roles and experiences in the Information Technology and Operational Technology domains. Currently Oliver is tasked with driving the improved governance and accessibility of data as part of the TasNetworks digital transformation strategy.

Patrick Elliott, Vice President , Head of Platform & Technology ANZ, SAP Australia
With over 20 years of Sales Management experience and a strong track record of success, Pat has consistently grown and improved the businesses in which he’s worked. He began his career as a Programmer Analyst then moved into Consulting, Sales, and then Senior Management – regularly encountering SAP solutions and platforms. Pat has held management and leadership roles with Anaplan, Oracle, Yellowfin BI, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, Cognos, and previously SAP ANZ. Today, Pat’s primary focus is the Business Technology Experience, utilising data to help businesses discover valuable insights during times of uncertainty and beyond. Goal oriented and performance driven, Pat works hard to create a collaborative atmosphere while maintaining focus on positive results across the business. Throughout his career he has been successful at either creating new teams and structures, or re-building and re-invigorating existing operations to help businesses run better. Patrick Gan has over 10 years experience across multiple industries working in a variety of Finance roles, from Investor Relations through to Finance Business Partnering. Currently Patrick has been a Projects Lead in the Enterprise Improvement team at BHP, responsible for the executing projects that deliver enterprise wide value.

Paul Candy, Go to Market Specialist, SAP on AWS, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
My role at AWS is to support SAP and enterprise customers across the region to leverage the global leader in the public cloud platform market, to deploy and innovate at scale. Previously, Head of Cloud & Leonardo for Innovative Business Solutions at SAP.

Raja Reddy, Senior Solutions Engineer, APAC, Winshuttle
Raja is an Experienced Winshuttle solution engineer who has helped more than 100 SAP customers in APAC to use Winshuttle. He is based in Singapore and has the experience of working with Winshuttle for more than 8 years. Prior to Winshuttle Raja worked with companies like Dr Reddys Labs, Colgate-Palmolive, Blue Star etc. He is passionate about providing data and process automation solutions to his customers with proven results.

Robin Manherz, Chief Performance Officer and Executive Vice President of the Global Performance Organization, SAP 
A seasoned business and technology executive with over 25 years of proven results globally, Robin Manherz serves as SAP’s Chief Performance Officer and Executive Vice President of the Global Performance Organization, reporting to SAP’s CEO. In this role, she has responsibility for operationalizing the company’s strategy through industry-leading pricing practices and commercial models, simplification and optimization of core business processes along the value chain, and delivery of world-class experiences informed by SAP’s customers, employees, products, and brand. She also leads SAP’s internal transformation to the Intelligent Enterprise through delivery of large-scale, cross-enterprise initiatives spanning people, processes, data, and systems.

Since joining SAP in 2007, Robin has held an array of leadership positions. Her contributions and influence have extended throughout the enterprise in key areas including capital allocation investment strategy and portfolio planning, industry value engineering, channel management, strategic planning and execution, sales operations, and finance. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer of SAP SuccessFactors, with accountability for the day-to-day operations of the end-to-end business along with all sales support and commercial finance activities. Robin has also held roles leading SAP Commercial Operations as well as Global Business Operations and Strategy for North America. Prior to SAP, Robin successfully held professional and leadership roles with both JD Edwards and QAD.

Sherry Yu, Global Director of Cloud Success Architect - SAP, SUSE
Sherry has worked over a decade in SAP solutions and is a trusted advisor in solutions building and reference architecture for key SAP products like SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Netweaver, Data Intelligence, etc. Sherry is currently working at SUSE to help customers with migration to SAP HANA and on the Public Cloud.

Siddhartha Jain, Territory Manager, APAC, Winshuttle
Siddhartha is the Territory Manager for Winshuttle APAC. Previously he has worked for SAP and other technology companies including EMC, Brocade and Kodak.

Steven Wong, Lead Solution Engineer, Basis Technologies
Steven is currently the Lead Solution Engineer for Basis Technologies in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. He comes with more than 20 years of experience in the software industry and has exposure in various roles ranging from software developer to test automation engineer, consulting and Presales. Starting his career during the heydays of waterfall software delivery, Steven has seen how technology has enabled the tremendous shift to agile and DevOps and is now helping teams embrace this new model of delivery in the SAP world.

Sue Hawker, Program Director, HR Systems, NSW Communities & Justice
Sue joined what was Family & Community Services (FACS) at the time in December 2017 as the HCM Program Director leading the implementation of SuccessFactors.   Her role soon expanded to include the implementation of a Work Health & Safety system – SafetySuite.

Sue has an extensive HCMS background and acted as the HCM Project Lead at the Public Service Commission for two and half years but started working in this space more than 20 years ago with a technology vendor. 

Over this time she has worn many hats including Solutions Manager, Professional Services Manager, Account Manager Asia-Pacific, Project / Program Manager and Consultant.

Sunjoo Kim, Renowned Innovation Strategist
Sunjoo is a visionary Thought Leader, astute Strategist and hands-on Executioner in Technology Innovation, Digital Transformation, and UX improvements.

With over 20 years of experience in IT as a SAP practitioner, Enterprise Mobility/ IoT/ Wearable technology Specialist, Head of Digital Innovation and a User Experience Strategist, Sunjoo has been working with a range of international and Australian companies in public and private sectors. Sunjoo believes and participates in creating a better life for people, enabled by Human Centered Design-led business success in this time of ‘Digitisation of Everything’.

Susan Fisher, Head of Strategy, SAP SuccessFactors ANZ
Susan has over a decade of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors as a customer, implementation consultant, solutions consultant and leader. In her current role as Head of Strategy, Susan works with the SAP SuccessFactors leadership team to define and deliver on the go to market strategy.  She works closely with marketing, sales, support and implementation teams at SAP to deliver successful customer outcomes. Susan is a passionate and collaborative leader with particular interests in diversity and sustainability in the workplace.  She is a certified professional coach with a focus on mindfulness and professional development.


Theo van Dijk, Principal Solution Architect, DXC Technology
Theo is a passionate technologist with more than 20 years of experience in SAP architecture. He’s a thought leader in ERP and Agile practices such as Scrum and DevOps with a focus on focus on innovation and strategy realisation to gain competitive advantage. He developed and delivered technology strategies, architectures and roadmaps for many organisations including Thomas Cook, Shell, Sabic, Philips, Fisher & Paykel, LIC, FrieslandCampina, Sanoma and several government agencies.

Tony de Thomasis, SAP Mentor, SAPworks 
A well-known figure in the SAP community, Tony has over 20 years industry related experience. In his capacity as an SAP Mentor, Tony has presented at several SAP events, authored several weblogs, and recently written an SAP Press book about managing SAP Custom Code. Tony also lectures 5th year SAP ERP Masters students at the Victoria University of Technology.

Vijayakumar S Kulageri, Head of SAP Solutions Asia Pacific, Lenovo Data Center Group 
Vijayakumar S Kulageri is an IT versatilist with more than 16 years of experience in SAP ecosystem, specialised on multi-platofmr business continuity solutions such as High Availability & Disaster Recovery on Linux/Unix. He currently leads the SAP solutions business for Lenovo Data Center Group in Asia Pacific and is part of the Lenovo Global Centre of Competence for SAP Solutions.
