SAUG says 'Thank You' to the following speakers for supporting the SAUG Canberra Conference 2023;

	Brendan Dalton, Chief Information Officer and CISO, CSIRO Brendan has been CSIRO’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) since July 2015. At CSIRO he manages CSIRO’s cyber security, research data, enterprise digital platform and scientific computing capability including one of the largest computational and simulation science teams in Australia. Brendan also works across the research sector on the development of policy and a national approach to research data and technology.
	Chris Gill, SAP Cloud – Customer Transformation Advisor, SAP Australia Chris is a qualified CPA, who has been with SAP for over 12 years and has held a variety of Transformation Consulting roles, including Executive Engagement, Programme Governance, Business Case development and implementation of strategic and operational change management measures. He is currently working in the SAP Cloud – Customer Transformation Advisory team, who are responsible for engaging and supporting key clients, and aligning with key partners in the development of clients SAP Cloud value proposition for ERP capabilities.
	Chris Rae, Chief Architect & Founder, DalRae Solutions As an SAP Mentor Chris is passionate about driving business change through technology and sees the introduction of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as a game changer in enabling customers to achieve this.
	Clare Hebda, HXM Account Executive, Federal Government and Canberra, SAP Australia With over 14 years of HR experience with the Australian Federal Government, Clare now works at SAP assisting public sector agencies in driving strategic transformation of the their HXM technologies
	Des Fisher, Managing Director, DalRae Solutions With 15 years of SAP experience, Des is well-versed in SAP and more recently in the SAP Business Technology Platform. As Managing Director, Des is responsible for DalRae Solutions being the best it can be for its valuable customers. He has been solving business problems with technology, creatively, and in teams that have fun while they're doing it for more than 25 years. He has been fortunate to have done many roles for only a small number of recognisable organisations in the IT industry. Some of these have been technical, some advisory and some sales related. Des can see things from a variety of angles, and appreciate, or have empathy for, the positions of many.
	Greg Carino, BTP – Cloud Solution Architect, SAP Australia Greg is a developer at heart and has delivered countless complex development projects and innovations on SAP Business Technology Platform. At SAP, he helps customers understand the value of BTP and how it can be leveraged to solve their business problems.
	James Mouat, APJ Cybersecurity Specialist, SAP Australia As an APJ Cyber Security Advisor for SAP, James specialises in customer-focused cyber security strategy and customer enablement for commonwealth entities and regulated industry. As such James is also an Australian government regulations subject matter expert, and is the lead facilitator for SAP’s Cloud Security Assessment programme executed under IRAP. James is a recognised cyber security industry veteran that has worked in the Australian Government Cyber Security sector for a range of government, defence and commercial entities. James is also an Australian Government Information Security Specialist who focuses on information security strategy, governance and threat management. As part of his community engagement he maintains a range of community tools, and has enjoyed sessional teaching at both ANU and UC prior to joining SAP
	Johann Lubbe, Director Pre Sales & Value Engineering, Syniti Johann has an Information Technology background and consulted on projects in various industries. He has extensive experience in complex data initiatives (15+ years) - with a broad spectrum of technical expertise, project management experience and a proven track record of successful implementations. His last 6 years has been with Syniti - helping large organisations solve their Enterprise Data Management challenges.
	Jolyon Keegan, Director Critical Infrastructure Protection, SAP Australia Jolyon works within the Office of the CEO with responsibilities to ensure effective implementation, across the Asia Pacific Japan region, of classified information management and critical infrastructure obligations to governments and customers. Following an Australian Defence Force career, Jolyon worked across government and industry in operational intelligence, policy development, and program management functions before joining SAP in 2015 as an industry adviser for operational defence and security in Australia and New Zealand. He moved into his regional regulatory function in 2019, and from 2020 was heavily involved in government-industry co-design for the inclusion of the new Critical Data Storage or Processing Sector in the reformed Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. He is now coordinating SAP’s global response to the regulatory demands.
	Karen Zwissler, Chief Executive Officer, SAP Australian User Group Karen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with technology, industry, governments, security, and defence organisations. She is passionate about helping organisations embrace and thrive with their technology experiences by delivering seamless and consistent results. After 25 years of working with SAP globally, Karen took on the CEO role for SAP Australian User Group in 2022, leveraging her expertise in business development to lead customers and governments through their digital transformations and bringing global technology and business capabilities. In 2020 Karen was appointed to the board of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce. In this function Karen plays a key role in facilitating and nurturing dialogue between government bodies, policy makers and industry in both countries. She takes pride in promoting sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, and creating powerful collaboration models to drive positive outcomes for all. In addition, Karen has been recognized for her outstanding commitment to mentor young talent and the development of upcoming female leaders. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in International History and English Literature from Ruperto Carola University in Heidelberg, Germany, and has a bachelor’s degree in publishing.
	Kylie Watson, Partner, Cybersecurity and Digital Trust - Cyber Threat Services, PwC Kylie is a Partner in the PwC Cybersecurity and Digital Trust team focussing on Cyber Threat Services, including advisory on the security risks when converging people and emerging technologies such as quantum, AI and most recently Chat GPT. She’s been a key part of leading teams and advising organisations in cyber incident responses across government and critical infrastructure, and in providing threat intelligence and advisory on risk and compliance. Before Kylie moved into cybersecurity she was a leader in SAP technology implementations working with SAP in Australia and APJ. She is a Cyber Sociologist and is a specialist in cyber criminal behaviours.
	Lachlan Hope, Data & Operations Technology Partner, Ausgrid Lachlan has been in Leadership, Technical Program Management and Pre-Sales for 10+ years across multiple Industrial and Technology businesses including General Electric, Baker Hughes and AGL. At Ausgrid, Lachlan has led multiple initiatives in App Development, Data Analytics and SAP. Current SAP focus includes migration to RISE and deployment of Data Intelligence to integrate with Ausgrid’s Data Lake.
	Laura Burge, Principal Organisational Capability Advisor, CS Energy Laura is the Principal Organisational Capability Advisor for CS Energy and has over 20 years’ experience in the HR industry. During her career she has been involved in four major SuccessFactors implementations and is here today to share how CS Energy are utilising SuccessFactors to support a number of strategic people projects
	Lindsay Morgan, Regional Manager, Government Security and Critical Infrastructure, SAP Government Security and Secrecy (GS2) Lindsay has recently been appointed as Regional Manager, Government security and secrecy (GS2) for Australia and New Zealand. Lindsay is a direct report to Mr David Siemering, Manager, SAP global SAP Government security and Critical Infrastructure. Lindsay has recently held several positions within the Department of Defence, ICT Security Branch as Assistant Secretary, ICT Security – Defence CISO, Director, Cyber Security Operations, Director Certification, Risk and Vulnerability Management, Assistant Director Certification Systems Evaluation, all of which saw Lindsay responsible for the delivery of security of Defence ICT Systems, compliance with Government and Defence Security policy and controls and management of residual risk.
	Marc Thier, Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Customer Experience and Solutions, SAP SE Marc joined SAP in 1993. He held various positions in customer support and led the regional technology COE in EMEA before taking a global role as SVP for SAP Solution Manager. Marc co-leads CXS solutions for Application Lifecycle Management (SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, SAP Cloud ALM) and service and support delivery infrastructure. Marc received his degree in business education and computer science in 1993 at the university of Mannheim
	Nicola Dorling, Executive General Manager for Public Services, SAP Australia Nicola joins SAP with a wealth of experience in Public Sector sales and business development. Previously a Partner in the Deloitte SAP practice working collaboratively with both Federal and State Government, as well as delivering large business transformations through the implementation of S/4HANA. Most recently implementing S/4HANA for Google’s APAC finance transformation, S/4HANA for Santos and SAP ECC 6.0 for Sydney Trains.
	Nicole Petschel, Asia Pacific Japan HR Solution Architect, SAP SuccessFactors Nicole is excited by new technology in all aspects of life – from how it can help us work smarter not harder, and on a personal level, how technology can support health and well-being by motivating us to move. With 25 years’ experience working with SAP HR solutions across a range of industries, from support and implementation roles to solution advisory, Nicole is passionate about helping customers find the best solution to solve their HR challenges, and changing work for good.
	Sally Kingston, Industry Business Architect, SAP Australia Sally is a technology evangelist and for the past 20 years, has been helping customers drive business outcomes with SAP technology. Sally is part of the SAP Customer Advisory team as a Business Architect, driving the adoption of SAP’s next generation intelligent and sustainable solutions.
	Sian Senior, General Manager SAP Canberra, SAP Australia As the General Manager of SAP Canberra, I am passionate about driving and fostering trusted relationships with our customers. I am dedicated to creating a strong team culture with a key focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. In particular, I am committed to increasing the representation of women in IT and ensuring they are valued and promoted accordingly. 00BI first joined SAP in 2012 as Senior Legal Counsel and have since enjoyed the challenges that multiple customer-focused roles have afforded me, including being part of the SAP Global Strategic Initiatives team for the past 4.5 years. I have worked on some of the most complex and strategic customer engagements across SAP, collaborating with our customers as they embark on large scale business transformations.
	Stuart Clark, Expert Consultant with Business Transformation Services, SAP Australia As a highly experienced consulting practitioner in both SAP and non-IT projects, Stuart has over 19 years consulting experience on top of 13 years business experience. In addition to this, as an officer in the armed forces, and at times in parallel to his civilian career, he has had 15 years’ experience in various leadership roles in the armed forces.
	Venkat Rao Bhamidipathi, Data Architect – ANZ00B, SAP Australia Venkat is a Data Architect, responsible for creating data strategies, articulating the vision and building the roadmap needed to derive maximum value from the data. He also helps and advises organizations on how best to leverage data as a critical enabler to achieve strategic business outcomes and build a data-centric environment. Venkat is a certified data scientist and a SAP Business Technology Platform Data2Value expert.
