Richard Checketts is the Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at SNP Group, a global leader in enterprise data transformation.02F With over two decades of global experience delivering complex SAP projects, Richard brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise, strategic insight and ability to foster long term partnerships that enables businesses to transform with confidence. Having held leadership roles at NTT Data, Zag and PwC Technology Consulting, Richard has led large-scale transformation programs across the energy, government, and commercial sectors. Michael is a highly accomplished and results-oriented Data and Analytics leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering strategic SAP-enabled business transformation across complex organisations. His expertise spans ERP strategy and implementation, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, business process optimisation, governance, and technology leadership.  

A recipient of the 2019 SAP Innovation Award for analytics process optimisation, Michael has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence through the effective application of data-driven solutions. He is a regular speaker at Australian and international Data and Analytics forums, where he shares insights on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise data strategy.

Colonel Adam Dobney has 27 years’ experience in the Australian Army with significant experience in digital capability delivery.  

Adam has worked in Defence’s SAP ERP Program since 2018, notably leading Data and governance activities in support of go-live, including the development of the Defence ERP data system.  

Adam spends his spare time watching Formula 1 and Australian Rules Football. He is an avid cyclist, and enjoys board games with his family.

Stuart has been working within large ASX corporate organisations in various leadership roles for finance function for the last 25 years. He has been a passionate advocate for finance and broader business transformation which has led to driving many enterprise projects such as cost out programs, operating model reviews, centralization, outsourcing arrangements and system implementations. 

Stuart has spent the last 4 years as Group Financial Controller at Service Stream and more recently workstream lead for their SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation project replacing their existing enterprise Finance, Payroll and Human Capital Management Systems.

With a background spanning clinical medicine, medical research, and public health, Dr Milagros Fernández Barrio has contributed to vaccination initiatives, including supply chain coordination to ensure the availability of medical supplies across clinical sites, and national campaigns focused on cancer and diabetes awareness in Mexico. Currently pursuing a Master in Business at Monash Business School, she is expanding her expertise in business and supply chain management. Milagros brings a multidisciplinary and international perspective, combining her medical experience with a strong commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.

Falko Gruenke is Global Head of Adoption Insights & Services at SAP, where he helps organizations turn SAP investments into measurable business value. With more than 20 years in the SAP ecosystem, he works at the intersection of cloud transformation, cost governance, and adoption — connecting data to decisions that matter. 

Software Asset Management runs deep in his DNA — and he sees it at a turning point. Paul has worked on country-specific SAP implementations across the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. A prolific public speaker, he has presented at SAUG and SAP events worldwide, including SAP TechEd in Las Vegas.

Jason Huang, CPA, is a Finance Transformation professional at Cummins who transitioned from a traditional accounting career into SAP solution design and enterprise transformation. Throughout multiple SAP implementation and transformation projects, he has led finance solution design and worked closely with business and technology teams to deliver integrated finance solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial transparency, and business decision-making. 

Ibrahim works as an SAP Planning Systems and Process Specialist, specialising in SAP IBP solutions to improve supply chain planning processes. He bridges the gap between business teams and IT, driving system enhancements, process improvements, and better forecasting, availability, and inventory outcomes. 

Lam leads the Global Oracle-SAP presales team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle Database, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technology.   

He has extensive experiences with many of the largest SAP implementations and had started working on SAP R/3 release 1 since 1992.  In the 90’s he was part of the SAP Asia’s Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded “Best BASIS Consultant (Regional)” in 1997.  One area of specialization of his was in the area of Unicode and Multi-National Languages support in SAP systems. 

Lam joined the Sun Microsystems’ Global Sun-SAP Competency Center from end 1997 till 2010 when Sun became part of the Oracle Corporation’s family.  

Scott is an SAP enterprise architect with extensive experience in designing and supporting mission-critical SAP environments. After five years as a UNIX systems administrator and Oracle DBA, including consulting on large-scale database deployments and migrations, he began working with SAP in 1995, focusing on Basis and business continuity. 

After Oracle acquired Sun in 2010, Scott supported SAP customers in North America through Oracle Advanced Customer Services, then moved into presales as an SAP enterprise architect. 

He has provided architecture, deployment, and implementation support to hundreds of SAP-on-Oracle customers, including those using Oracle’s SAP-certified engineered systems and public clouds. Many deployments were among the world’s largest workloads on their platforms and carried stringent performance and business continuity requirements. 

Monique Nankervis is Senior Regional Manager of Adoption Insights & Services at SAP, covering ANZ, India, Japan, and Korea. With more than 20 years in the SAP ecosystem, she is a trusted voice on commercial governance, cloud adoption outcomes, and the evolving role of Software Asset Management across diverse markets. 

Her focus is both strategic and hands-on: helping organizations translate modern SAP investments into measurable business value. That means working closely with customers to build transparent frameworks around how subscription and consumption models within RISE with SAP are priced, monitored, and optimized. In her view, SAM done well is not about control, it is about giving organizations the clarity to grow their SAP investment with confidence.

Antony Spradbery is Pre-Sales Lead at SNP Australia and an experienced SAP professional with more than two decades of experience spanning finance, SAP consulting, solution architecture and enterprise transformation.
