Glenn Dawson, Government Lead - eInvoicing Adoption, Australian Taxation Office Glenn's current role is with the Australian Taxation Office, where he is the Government Adoption Lead in the eInvoicing Adoption Team. Prior to joining the ATO, Glenn had over 40 years experience working for the South Australian Government where he was involved with the implementation of several electronic procurement systems. In his last role, he worked on the deployment of the state’s whole of Government Electronic Procurement system and led the deployment of an eInvoice solution for the SA Government. In February 2023, Glenn joined the ATO to continue working on eInvoice adoption in the Federal Government sphere. |

Mark Frear, CEO, Chrome Consulting Mark's professional journey commenced at Deloitte, where he successfully qualified as an Accountant. In 1997, he transitioned to SAP UK as a security consultant. In 2003, Mark moved to SAP ANZ, developing the NetWeaver business and the broader technology business line, moving through sales and solution management, culminating in leading the APJ Enterprise Architect hub. In 2018, he joined Chrome Consulting, a strategic consulting firm specialising in document-enabling business processes within and beyond an SAP and Microsoft landscape. In 2019, he became the CEO, steering the company to success and helping deliver outcomes for customers such as Orica, CBA, Defence, AGSVA, Services Australia, the Department of Home Affairs, and the Service Delivery Office. |

Major General Sue Graham, CSC Head Business Transformation Major General Sue Graham enlisted in the Australian Army in 1990, initially within Army Reserve, before transferring to the full time force after completing her officer training at Sydney University Regiment. Her initial appointments were within her specialisation in water transport before moving into logistics planning roles at formation and strategic headquarters. Major General Graham's command appointments include the Ship's Army Detachment on the amphibious transport ship, HMAS KANIMBLA (2004), culminating with her being the Commanding Officer at Joint Logistics Unit South Queensland (2014), for which she received the Conspicuous Service Cross. Other career appointments of note are serving as Colonel Logistics (G4) at Headquarters Forces Command, Army Advisor, United Kingdom and Defence Attache Ireland, and Director General Logistics - Army, responsible for supporting both current and future logistics, technical regulation and estate requirements for Army. She commenced as Head Business Transformation in July 2022, following her promotion to Major General, responsible to drive the adoption of standardised and integrated ways of working across Defence, enabled by the delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning program. Her operational service consists of peace-enforcing, peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance deployments. She deployed to East Timor in 1999/2000, initially in a liaison role before transitioning to facilitate logistic supply to the south west sector of the country, receiving a Commander Australian Theatre commendation for this period of service. She later deployed to Indonesia as part of the ADF disaster relief contribution following the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami/2005 Aceh Earthquake; and was seconded to the Queensland Government as a recovery planner during the response to the 2011 Brisbane floods and Cyclone Yasi. Major General Graham is an alumni of the Defence Strategic Studies Course (Australian War College) 2020, holds Master of Arts in both International Relations and Strategy and Management, and a Master of Business Administration. Major General Graham is a graduate of the Australian Company Directors Course, the Advanced Leadership Program delivered by Women & Leadership Australia and the McKinsey Executive Leadership Program. |

Commodore Leigh Kisnorbo, RAN Leigh Kisnorbo was born in Condobolin, NSW, attending school in Tullibigeal, Nelson Bay, Bathurst, Armidale, and graduating from Fairholme Girls College, Toowoomba, in 1989. She joined the Royal Australian Navy through the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1990, graduating with a BSc in 1992. Following completion of the Supply Officer Application Course her postings as a junior officer included Fleet Headquarters (FHQ), and HMA Ships Waterhen and Platypus. In 1996 she was appointed as Flag Lieutenant to the Flag Officer Naval Support Command, during which she was involved in moving the Command from Sydney to Melbourne, and its amalgamation into Support Command Australia, the predecessor to Joint Logistics Command (JLC). CDRE Kisnorbo completed her Deputy Supply Officer time in HMAS Newcastle, which included an operational deployment to Timor Leste in (Interfet), and attaining her Supply Charge Qualification. She undertook follow-on postings to FHQ in Plans, Logistics, and Financial Coordination, as well as positions in the Defence Material Organisation in the FFG Upgrade Project, and Logistics Management Group. In 2009-10 CDRE Kisnorbo undertook her Head of Department (HOD) time in Newcastle bringing her out of FFG Upgrade, and following this she was appointed as the Officer in Charge of the Supply School, at HMAS Cerberus until end 2010. She was selected as the RAN Liaison Officer to US Pacific Fleet, Hawaii, from 2011-2013, with responsibilities for logistic planning and participation in international exercises and humanitarian missions, as well as support to visiting RAN Ships. In 2014 she returned to Australia to complete the Australian Command and Staff Course. From 2015-16 CDRE Kisnorbo was posted to Strategic Logistics, JLC, responsible for preparedness, and future logistics planning, and during this time was appointed as a Trustee on the RAN Relief Trust Fund Board, until 2017. In late 2016 she moved to Western Australia and undertook her second HOD appointment in HMAS Perth, moving to HMAS Stuart in 2017 as part of the FFH Upgrade. Throughout 2019 she was posted as the Logistics and Platform Sustainment Manager in the Collins Submarine Maintenance Program (CSMP). She returned to Canberra in Dec 2019 to take up the position of Director Navy Logistics Support, responsible for Navy Uniforms, Navy Fuels, Navy Logistics Information Systems, and leading the Navy team coordinating input into the Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In Feb 2021 she moved to the Defence ERP Program as the Assistant Program Director, with an Enterprise Program focus for the delivery of the ERP solution to Defence. CDRE Kisnorbo was promoted to Commodore in December 2023 and appointed as Deputy Program Director - Defence ERP Program, and appointment as Chairperson for the SAP Defence Interest Group (DEIG) for the duration of 2024, which has international Defence membership from across 18 nations, including NATO. CAPT Kisnorbo has a Masters in Military and Defence Studies (ANU), a Masters in Business (UNSW), and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is married to Terry, and they have three children aged 20, 18 and 18. |

Nik Kwiatkowski, Industry Business Architect, SAP Nickolas Kwiatkowski is an Open Group Certified Distinguished Chief IT Architect. His loves working with customers and developing inventive solutions; as well as technical management and leadership of projects. He has led large commercial bids and proposals, and with equal resourcefulness led dedicated teams of specialists responding to client Critical Situations. His career has spanned IT strategy, design and technical management of complex system integration projects in the industrial, utilities, public sector and telecommunications industries. He has been working in the Defence industry for the last nine years. |

Cathy McGurk, Head of Solution Engineering - Business Technology Platform, SAP Cathy has been working in the technology space for over 25 years – starting out as a technician in the aerospace industry. Working in presales, consulting, and training she has supported customers in multiple industries. Now as a team leader, Cathy believes in paying it forward and in investing in young talent to give them the opportunities that were once given to her as a young women in tech. |

Phil McLoughlin, Enterprise Data & Analytics Office Team Leader, Powerlink Queensland Phil McLoughlin is passionate data and analytics professional with a range of experience in strategy, project and operational roles in the utilities, banking and retail industries. Currently Phil is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Data & Analytics Office at Powerlink Queensland. Powerlink is a high voltage electricity transmission network operator central to the Queensland Energy & Jobs Plan that is establishing a new Super Grid as part of a pathway to a clean, reliable and affordable energy system to provide power for generations. In his role at Powerlink, Phil has led the Strategic Data Program an enterprise multi-year project to centralise data & analytics environments into a single cloud & data analytics platform which includes an Azure hosted Cloud Warehouse and Data Lake. This program also established new organisational data governance and an operating model that has led to a significant improvement in Enterprise Business Intelligence with mature domain specific analytics capabilities across the organisation. |

Robert Wolf, SAP Team Leader, Powerlink Queensland Robert Wolf is a senior technical leader with extensive experience in specialist roles focusing on SAP, environment & system integration as well as roles designing and building enterprise systems in the utilities and energy industry. Currently Robert is responsible for overseeing SAP services at Powerlink Queensland a Government Owned Corporation that owns, develops, operates and maintains the high voltage electricity transmission network in Queensland. At Powerlink Robert and his team have led and implemented major SAP modernisation and transformation as part of the organisation’s highly success multi-year SAP program or work. Since moving to S/4, Robert and his team have been leveraging the opportunities of their new environment to implement enterprise-wide critical financial operating model improvements and new end-user efficiencies through deployments of Fiori, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud including SAC planning and the SAP Sustainability Control Tower platform. |

Karen Zwissler, CEO, SAP Australian User Group
Karen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with technology, industry, governments, security, and defence organisations. She is passionate about helping organisations embrace and thrive with their technology experiences by delivering seamless and consistent results.
After 25 years of working with SAP globally, Karen took on the CEO role for SAP Australian User Group in 2022, leveraging her expertise in business development to lead customers and governments through their digital transformations and bringing global technology and business capabilities.
In 2020 Karen was appointed to the board of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce. In this function Karen plays a key role in facilitating and nurturing dialogue between government bodies, policy makers and industry in both countries. She takes pride in promoting sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, and creating powerful collaboration models to drive positive outcomes for all. In addition, Karen has been recognized for her outstanding commitment to mentor young talent and the development of upcoming female leaders.
Karen holds a Master’s Degree in International History and English Literature from Ruperto Carola University in Heidelberg, Germany, and has a bachelor’s degree in publishing.
