SAUG National Summit 2023 | Terms and Conditions 

  1. Invoices 
    Invoices will be raised in Australian dollars only and must be paid in full within 14 days from date of invoice, and/or prior to Monday 7th  August 2023. From Monday 7th August 2023, payment must be made immediately upon registration via credit card.  
  2. Payment 
    Payment in the form of credit card or direct deposit is required prior to the start of the Summit. 
  3. Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellation 
    If you or any of your registered delegates are unable to attend the Summit for any reason: 
    You may, before the Summit at no extra charge, nominate as a substitute delegate one person in respect of each registered delegate who is unable to attend, provided that: 
    You notify SAUG in writing of any change in registered delegates by 18th August. 
    The substitute delegate is from the same organisation that paid for the registration 

    All registration cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges will apply to the registration fee (depending on payment method). No monetary refunds will be made for: 
    Cancellations made on or after Monday 7th August 2023, or 
    For non-attendance/no-shows without notice of cancellation made prior or 
    Non-attendance

    SAUG is not responsible for airline or hotel penalties related to the cancellation of your Summit registration. Please be aware of the airline restrictions regarding non-refundable airline tickets when purchasing.
  4. Content Policy 
    SAUG reserves the right to alter the content of the Summit without prior notice. In rare cases, it may not be possible to cover all Summit topics due to unforeseen circumstances. The organisers will advise delegates if this is the case and may offer alternatives. 
    SAUG reminds delegates that there is to be no video or audio recording of any sessions without prior consent from SAUG and the presenter. SAUG will record keynote sessions to be distributed post event.  
  5. Condition of Entry 
    Anyone attending the SAUG Summit who is not an official sponsor must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting or soliciting of attendees at the SAUG Summit. 

    SAUG reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from the Summit whom SAUG considers to be displaying objectionable behaviour, or who is involved in demonstrations or any other activity which may disrupt the SAUG National Summit 2023 or who are otherwise in breach of, or is likely to breach, this policy. 

    SAUG reserves the right to refuse admission to any person at their complete discretion. 
  6.  Group Bookings 
    4 for 3 Group Bookings - From July 22:  
    Register four two-day delegate passes in one transaction and only pay for three! This promotion only applies when registering all four two-day passes in one transaction for delegates from the same organisation.  When proceeding to the checkout, you will only be required to pay for three passes i.e. you receive the 4th two-day pass free. At the time of registering you will not be required to supply the full names of all four delegates.  The final list of attendee names must be supplied to SAUG (events@saug.com.au) by Monday 14th August 2023.
