	Mian Ahmad, Digital Transformation Manager, Rheem Mian is a Digital Transformation Manager at Rheem Australia, where he leads a team of technical experts who help the company achieve its goals, innovate, and grow. Rheem is a well-known manufacturer of heating, cooling, and water heating brands with a global presence. In Australia, Rheem is widely recognized, with manufacturing facilities in Rydalmere and Moorabbin. With over 20 years of experience in technology-driven business transformation, Mian has worked in the US, Asia, and Australia, collaborating with global customers in various industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, contracting, and services. Throughout his career, Mian has successfully led several major transformation projects and established partnerships with leading enterprise software vendors. Mian specializes in Enterprise systems, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. He also has a keen interest in Agile Techniques, Software Engineering, and Emerging technologies.
	Jason Anthony, Head of SAP Capability, SA Power Networks Jason is a highly experienced senior IT leader who has over 20 years’ experience in software development, project delivery, portfolio management, senior leadership positions and is a member of the SAUG Executive Council. He has worked internationally including Europe and Asia focused within the utility sector. As Head of SAP Capability, he is responsible for the design, governance and delivery of SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance business operations. This role has full end to end management of IT operational SAP functions with accountability for the IT SAP service and support offerings which also include the Application Management Support (AMS) contract.
	Brett Archer, Capability Development Lead, SBS Brett has been the SBS Leadership & Capability Development Lead for over 7 years having previously supported Learning and Development at CBRE and for online marketplace platform LivingSocial. Brett brings with him sixteen years of experience in learning design and development, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and implementing online learning solutions. He has helped SBS gain recognition with an award for Best Leadership Development Program at the Australian HR Awards in 2017 and again a further excellence award for Best Leadership Development Program at the 2022 Australian HR Awards. Brett is passionate about the innovative use of technology, virtual training and webinars, and e-learning solutions as part of a broader learning strategy, winning a LearnX gold awards in 2022 for induction/onboarding and compliance training courses. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Performance. He is also an accredited DISC and Strengths Profile practitioner and an expert facilitator.
	Mark Barry, ANZ Head of Customer Advisory – Finance Operations & CX, SAP ANZ Mark has been in the ERP industry for over 25 years with last 18yrs with SAP. Leading a the core ERP Presales team over the last 7 yearshe has the unique position of not only talking to customers directly, but also hearing about what his team are experiencing with customers. His passion is to help customers get the most out of their investments and also help break down the SAP messaging and debunk the myths.
	Mustafa Bensan, Enterprise Architect, Intentum Mustafa is an SAP Champion and active member of the SAP Community. As an IT professional with over 30 years international experience both in the private and public sectors, mainly working on global SAP implementations in Australia, South Korea, the US and Spain, he brings an enterprise lens to achieving outcomes by combining broad business expertise and technical knowledge. He is a regular speaker at conferences and enjoys sharing his experiences. Mustafa is the founder of Intentum, a dynamic new company focused on helping customers maximise outcomes and value from the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform and complementary hyperscaler clouds, including laying the foundational strategy and architecture for success. He is also passionate about building SAP BTP SaaS solutions combining enterprise grade architecture with consumer grade user experience.
	Shaun Bradridge, CEO/Founder, Beta Digital Pty Ltd Shaun is an accomplished technology leader who has achieved numerous accolades for his groundbreaking SAP innovations on a global scale. He has excelled in diverse roles, encompassing design, architecture, integration, and development of enterprise and customer-centric solutions. Passionate about Human-centered design, Shaun consistently advocates for putting people at the forefront of technological advancements. His enthusiasm for emerging technologies further fuels his drive to push the boundaries of innovation.
	Jackie Clargo, Senior Client Director for Professional Services, OpenText Jackie is the Senior Client Director for Professional Services at OpenText, based in Sydney. She has extensive experience in the services divisions of global software vendors including OpenText, Oracle and SAP. In her past and present roles, Jackie has always been committed to helping customers maximise the value from their software investments, minimising the risk and reducing the time-to-value of their implementations. Some of the largest clients she has worked with include National Australia Bank and Telstra. Her current focus is on public sector clients in Australia and New Zealand. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys running with a club, walks by the Sydney Harbour, and is also a registered marriage celebrant.
	Phil Cooley, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Bourne Digital (part of Accenture) Phil has 25+ years of SAP ERP experience and 7+ years architecting solutions on SAP’s Business Technology Platform and is passionate about building solutions to complex business problems for customers while improving the user experience. Phil is a leader of highly experienced technical specialists and supports them to grow and lead as well as improving quality along the way
	Jocelyn Dart, User Experience Strategist, SAP ANZ Jocelyn is a leading international voice on SAP Fiori for SAP S/4HANA. She is well-known to many as a presenter at SAP events and as an openSAP course instructor. She is a member of the Regional Implementation Group for SAP S/4HANA in APJ and Greater China and leads the Community of Practice for SAP Fiori and UX within that team. Jocelyn joined SAP in 1994. 	Simon Dechent, Global Go-To-Market SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP SE Simon is a senior product expert and leads the global go-to-market for SAP Sales Cloud, with 15 years of experience in the domain Customer Experience Management. Customer Success and Strategic Customer Engagements are part of his daily work. Simon had various strategic roles including business development, product management and solution management for SAP Customer Experience products with a focus on Sales Force Automation, Service, Retail Execution and Mobility.
	Nicola Dorling, Executive Sponsor SAP Sovereign Cloud ANZ, SAP ANZ Nicola joins SAP with a wealth of experience in Public Sector sales and business development. Nicola is known to successfully work collaboratively with both Federal and State Governments, as well as delivering large business transformations through the implementation of S/4HANA.
	Mike Doyle, Developer, McGrathNicol Mike is a developer & consultant based in Sydney. He loves using the latest technologies to help customers solve their problems. He has given talks at SAP Tech Ed in the US and Spain, Mastering SAP and at SAP Inside Track events around Australia.
	Rajeev Gollapudi, Chief Product Manager SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Labs India Rajeev is working as a Chief Product Manager in the SAP BTP Product Management team responsible for the awareness and adoption of SAP BTP strategy in the APJ region. He has been working with SAP for the past 16 years and has been helping customers in the ANZ region in the adoption of various SAP products. Before joining SAP, Rajeev worked at Oracle in India and IBM in the US.
	Amol Gosavi, Head Of Customer Engagement SAP S/4HANA Cloud APJ, SAP ANZ Amol is an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Engagement Principal with a wealth of experience in driving successful customer relationships and delivering strategic SAP solutions. With a career spanning over 22 years (17 years in SAP) Amol has become a trusted advisor to numerous organizations, helping them maximize the value of their SAP investments. Amol possesses an in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices and SAP Activate Methodology, and he leverages this expertise to help customers adopt the right business solution and enhance their SAP implementation experiences. He is dedicated to building strong relationships with S/4HANA Public Cloud Customers and ensuring their business objectives are met through effective implementation and support.
	Uwe Grigoleit, Senior Vice President, SAP Customer Evolution, SAP Customer Evolution Uwe is an experienced SAP executive leading the global SAP Customer Evolution, Center of Excellence team. His focus is assisting SAP customers in transitioning to the cloud, adopting new business models, and managing change effectively. Uwe aims to improve efficiency and reduce costs for customers throughout their transformation journey. With a background in Sales and Development, he played a crucial role in launching SAP S/4HANA in 2015 and led the Cloud ERP Marketing and Solution Management team for 11 years. Uwe holds a PhD in Chemistry and Commercial Information Technology from the University of Goettingen, Germany. He is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and enjoys mountain sports and good food. Overall, Dr. Uwe Grigoleit is an SAP professional who helps customers with their digital transformation and delivers value to their businesses.
	Matt Grove, APJ Center of Excellence Lead, Business Network, SAP ANZ Matt is responsible for the Asia Pacific Japan Centre of Excellence for Business Networks at SAP. Matt has been working with SAP customers to get the most out of their procurement and business network solutions for 12 years.
	Galvin Gunawan, Senior Solution Architect – Analytics & Insight, SAP ANZ Galvin has over 16 years of experience in successfully leading and implementing SAP Data Analytics solutions for a wide range of major engagements across diverse industries. With an in-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud technologies, Galvin has performed various key roles, from consulting, architecting to leading project delivery teams across various technology platforms, including SAP Datapshere, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud. *Presenting Workshop #2 on Sunday August 20th
	Matt Harding, Independent SAP Solution, UX & Development Architect plus Developer, Independent Independent SAP Consultant (& SAP Mentor) based in Tasmania who attempts to keep the core clean, but when required, loves to focus on designing and building well integrated custom solutions for the Enterprise with a focus on architecting with the right tools & products, getting a good UX and having a resultant happy customer and end-users.
	Paul Hardy, Senior ABAP Developer, Heidelberg Cement Paul joined Heidelberg Cement in the UK in 1990. For the first seven years, he worked as an accountant. In 1997, a global SAP rollout came along and he jumped on board as an ABAP programmer and has never looked back. He has worked on country-specific SAP implementations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. Paul is an SAP Mentor and the author of six books on ABAP programming notably the “ABAP to the Future” series. He is also a prolific public speaker and has spoken at SAP events all round the world including SAP TechEd in Las Vegas.
	Dave Hartwich, Service Delivery Manager, Data & AI Platforms, AGL Dave is an IT Professional who has worked in both Public and Private enterprises over the last 5 decades. Whilst a technologist at heart, his passion is clearly focussed on people and transformative growth. As a confirmed PhD candidate, Dave balances his family and work life with his voluntary work as a coach and mentor across higher education and NFP sectors.
	Colleen Hebbert, APJ Regional Cybersecurity Hub Lead, SAP ANZ Colleen is an Cybersecurity Advisor and the APJ Cybersecurity Hub Lead. She works with SAP Customers to provide cybersecurity and compliance information to them to help them risk assess the cloud services as part of their due diligence process. In her role as a hub lead, she helps build communities and share knowledge to improve the cybersecurity conversation within the SAP ecosystem. Colleen has been a member of the wider SAP Community with a specialisation in SAP application security and access control for almost 20 years. During this time she has worked her way through production support, projects and implementations, architectural guidance, quality assessment, and de-escalation of customer reported issues. She’s always happy to catchup with community members and share insights as well as learn from others.
	Elliot Heitman, Process Portfolio Lead, An Australian Retail Bank Elliot has worked in process improvement, organisational design, and governance. He’s worked across several industries within private and public organisations. His focus has been on providing decision-makers with an understanding of how an organisation is structured and how it operates.
	Greg Hill, Managing Director / Lead Advisor, TransformUp Consulting With close to 25 years’ experience within the IT sector, Greg has held various positions across a wide range of industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail and Higher Education, working for companies that have adopted SAP as their core ERP solution. Recently, Greg has started up his own consulting firm, and is working with companies to help them realise the benefits and opportunities that lie ahead transforming to cloud based platforms. Greg is also a Sessional Academic lecturing and educating at a number of Universities delivering topics related to Entrepreneurship and Professional Development, and provides industry-based lectures on the lessons he learned whilst working in businesses that were on the leading edge of cloud technologies.
	Vicki Hlinovsky, Business Process Lead (EAM), Sunwater Vicki is an experienced Systems Analyst and Business Process Lead for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) at Sunwater. She has demonstrated expertise working in Asset Management systems in the utilities industry for nearly 20 years. With a background in master data maintenance and system enhancements, she now oversees continuous improvement of all SAP EAM systems and processes.
	Derrick Hodges. Director, Solution Engineering, Australia & New Zealand, Solace Corporation Derrick is the Director of Solution Engineering, ANZ of Solace. He has been helping clients across Australia and New Zealand better understand how event-driven architecture, and Solace’s products in particular, can improve their responsiveness and agility by enabling a real-time flow of information across their enterprise. Prior to Solace, Derrick served in a variety of consulting roles with IBM, Progress Software, and most recently Oracle.
	Alex Honki, Data Modelling & Management Expert, SAP ANZ Alex has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including implementing SAP analytics, data modelling and data management solutions for large-scale engagements across various industry sectors. He has demonstrated success in guiding customers to a data-driven organisation. 	Tarik Husain, Director of Sales – ANZ, SNP Australia Pty Ltd Tarik is leading the ANZ business for SNP Group based in Australia. Originally from the United Kingdom, Mr. Husain has lived and worked for several years in the USA, Australia and recently Singapore. Bringing over 25 years’ experience in the information technology sector. Prior to SNP, he has held various senior positions in Oracle, SAP, Hewlett Packard, and banks such as the Bank of England, Lasalle Banks, OCBC Bank and ACI Worldwide
	Yun Hwang, Neurologist, MBBS, FRACP, University of Sydney Yun is a neurologist engaged in clinical practice on Central Coast of Australia. He has a special interest in neurodegenerative disorders including dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. He has a special interest in improving the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders using the latest technological innovations and improve each patients’ quality of life.
	Toni Jackson, Head of SAP Fieldglass APAC, SAP Fieldglass Toni is a seasoned leader and expert in the field of external workforce management solutions. As the Head of SAP Fieldglass APAC, she brings over 13 years of experience in driving operational excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results. With a deep understanding of the APAC market, Toni has successfully guided organisations across various industries in optimising their external workforce programs. Her extensive knowledge of the region's unique challenges and opportunities enables her to provide tailored solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance for clients. 	Nigel James, Independent Consultant, Square Cloud Nigel has been developing software for businesses for over 25 years. He has travelled the globe working for clients like Shell, Transport for London, Services Australia, Super Retail Group, and North Island Food Services. He is a big fan of the new Cloud Application Programming Model, Business Application Studio and Business Technology Platform.
	Graham Johnston, Work Management/EAM Consultant, AGL Energy Graham is the Work Management/EAM Consultant at AGL Energy Australia. He is responsible for the system improvements and projects mainly in the EAM/Plant Maintenance module. Graham comes from a maintenance background with over 20 years’ experience with SAP mainly in the PM and MM modules. He is currently part of the ERP Team working on continuous improvement of the AGL S/4 HANA and FIORI system in the EAM space. Graham is very passionate about using SAP correctly and is always looking for ways to make it more user friendly.
	Tiina Kontkanen, Director, Product Technology Corporate IT, Transport for NSW Tiina is a senior IT leader and technologist with over 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries, including Government, Mining, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Transport, Utilities, FMCG and Health Sciences. She has a passion for people and enabling business through technology. Her personal interests include awesome parenting, live music and great books.
	Vidyadhar Kothekar, Principal Architect, Solace Corporation Vidyadhar is the principal architect at Solace. He has over 20 years of combined experience working with product engineering teams at leading software vendors for messaging-oriented middleware and application integration, followed by implementation of these products and concepts at investment, ietail and private banks. 00BAs a technical leader, Vidyadhar has successfully led and delivered large-scale IT solutions across front, middle and back office within both Buy- and Sell-side firms. Currently, he is advising and providing guidance on data movement strategies to Solace customers in the ANZ region, enabling them to eliminate impediments to real-time data movement and achieve unprecedented throughput, latency and availability for messaging backbone.
	Gerhard Kuppler, VP – Global SAP Alliance, Oracle Corporation Gerhard has been in Oracle Corporation for over 30 years and has been responsible for the relationship between Oracle and SAP since 1999. He is based in Germany and frequents the SAP’s Global HQ for “SAP on Oracle” partnership discussions. He oversees the entire Oracle global operations in the Oracle-SAP Competence Centre which have direct connection to the Oracle development team (DB/OS/HW), which is located right next to SAP developers, and Oracle’s specialized Customer Success Services team for SAP customers. To him, the term “SAP on Oracle” is a special relationship based on a long-shared history, a rich heritage of joint developments, and a stable solid future – for the benefit of mutual customers. Gerhard has also been the main person involved in ALL the contractual agreements between Oracle and SAP for the past 24 years.
	Kuen-Sang Lam, Director – SAP on Oracle Cloud and Technology, Oracle Corporation Lam leads the Global Oracle-SAP presales team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle Cloud and Infrastructure Technology. He has extensive experiences with many of the largest SAP implementations and had started working on SAP R/3 release 1 since 1992. In the 90’s he was part of the SAP Asia’s Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded “Best BASIS Consultant (Regional)” in 1997. He joined the Sun Microsystems’ Global Sun-SAP Competency Center from end 1997 till 2010 when Sun Microsystems became part of the Oracle family. He strongly believes that running SAP on Oracle Cloud and Infrastructure Technology provides the best combination to tackle the complex business challenges of deploying large scale ERP, and at the same time ensuring Robust Reliability, Extreme Performance, Flexible Scalability, and total Ease of Systems Maintenance.
	Simon Lewis, Data governance and reporting manager, Endeavour Energy Simon is passionate about using data and analytics to drive value for the whole organisation. This has manifested itself in leading significant digital transformation projects at Endeavour Energy over the past 6 years to leverage this value with a focus on capability. As an Electrical Engineer by trade he has used process mindsets to ensure engagement is translated to real outcomes. Outside of work Simon loves all things sport (especially cricket) and his family (sometimes in that order!).
	Hendrik Luetjohann, Product Expert – SAP S/4HANA On-Premise & Cloud, SAP ANZ Hendrik is a Principal Business Consultant and part of SAP’s Business Transformation Services team. He supports customers improving and digitalising their procurement processes. His current focus is supporting customers moving to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private or Public Edition, as member of the SAP S/4HANA Regional Implementation Group. 	Jeff Marcos, Sales & Logistics Application Lead, Winc Australia Pty Ltd Jeff is a highly skilled Sales & Logistics Lead, currently employed at WINC Australia, with an impressive career in development, support, and integration spanning over 32 years. His expertise includes a remarkable 15-year track record of proficiently leveraging SAP and various third-party applications to optimize operations within the domains of Supply Chain, Logistics, mobile platform, SAP BTP and other Integration applications.
	John Martinez, Manager Resourcing Operations – Digital Division, Energy Queensland John is a dedicated professional serving as the Manager of Resourcing Operations within the Digital Division at Energy Queensland. In this role, he oversees and manages recruitment, allocation and utilisation of all professional services contractors within his division. With his extensive experience and expertise, John plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the right time to support the Digital Division capital program of work and operational support objectives. Through his strong leadership and effective management, he contributes to the smooth functioning and success of the Digital Division's resourcing operations.
	Angela Massey, Global Senior Vice President, Cloud Advisory Team - RISE with SAP, SAP Angela is a Global Leader in SAP’s RISE with SAP business. She is focused on the Customer experience as they journey to the cloud. Angela has worked in the SAP world for more than 25 years, guiding and advising organisations implementing transformative projects from agile Lighthouse ‘bleeding edge’ projects through to complex global programmes spanning the entire corporation. In working with dozens of thought leading organisations, she’s been increasingly focused on fine-tuning the differences between a good customer experience and a great one, and motivating teams to step-up, lean-in, and deliver fantastic customer experiences! As more and more businesses move to the Cloud, these organisations have high expectations from SAP as a critical business partner – the pace is faster, the business change is continuous, and the way in which organisations interact, guide, step-up and partner with their customers is critical. Today she leads a global team focused on Customer Adoption and Success for our RISE with SAP Customers. 	Simon Miller, EAM Solution Architect – Asset Intensive Centre of Excellence, SAP ANZ Simon has been with SAP for the last 15 years, starting in consulting and then moving over to presales, supporting the SAP portfolio of Enterprise Asset Management solutions. Prior to joining SAP, Simon spent 10 years working in various engineering, reliability and maintenance management roles in the metal processing and pulp and paper industries.
	Peter Moore, Senior Vice President & Head of Enterprise Cloud, SAP Asia Pte Ltd Peter is the Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Cloud at SAP, responsible for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. In this role he leads an integrated Line of Business organisation combining RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Customer Experience (CX) businesses, driving high-value engagements to support customers across industries in their transformation strategies. Peter joined SAP nearly 10 years ago and has served in multiple roles, delivering significant contributions to the company and the ecosystem. As Regional VP of BTP APJ, responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of the BTP portfolio comprising SAP Cloud Platform, Database Management, Analytics, Integration Suite, Rapid Application Development, Business Process Intelligence, and other microservices, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and customer focus, resulting in BTP APJ winning runner-up global Region of the Year in 2022.
	Scott Munro, Head of Business Applications, Winc Australia Pty Ltd Scott is the Head of Business Applications currently working at Winc Australia. He has over 27 years of experience in the development, support and integration of complex solutions using SAP and 3rd party applications across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Engineering.
	Dr Nicholas Nicoloudis, Head of SAP Innovation, PwC Nicholas is a passionate technologists who has been architecting and developing market leading software applications for the past 22 years. During his career, he has been a founder of several start-up companies, worked with several multinational organisations and held numerous roles in development, research and management. Nicholas’s research has led to numerous publications, patents and awards in exposing web services from business applications to data mining and processing on mobile devices. Nicholas regularly presents at universities and conferences on digital transformation and disruptive technologies. Nicholas is on the TinyML Strategic Partner Board to grow the adoption of EndPoint AI in Industry 5.0 scenarios. Nicholas has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Monash University.
	Mark O’Brien, GM – Digital Technology & Innovation, CITIC Pacific Mining Mark currently serves as the General Manager for Digital Technology & Innovation (CIO) at CITIC Pacific Mining, Australia's largest magnetite mining and processing operation. He has an involvement in mining technology that stretches over 30 years. Mark is also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Global Mining Guidelines (GMG), the Inaugural Chair of the GMG AI in Mining Working Group, as well as a regular contributor to national and international collaborations around mining technology. Alongside his board work, he also provides advisory services on leadership, technology, AI and cybersecurity. His educational background has ranged from Mathematics and Computer Science to AI, Philosophy and Ethics, and he is currently undertaking PhD research studying the problem of ethics and Artificial Moral Agents.
	James O’Donnell, Head of Industries - Cloud Success Services, SAP ANZ James heads up the SAP CSS Industry team and has over 20 years’ experience in managing SAP solutions and implementations. As part of the SAP Cloud Success Services organisation, James’ team is focused on helping customers gain the most value out of their SAP technology. Since the announcement of SAP becoming a cloud company, James has invested significant time to understand what this means when adopting the SAP technology and how the approach to implementing SAP has transformed through this period.
	Imari Okamoto, Senior Global Director - S/4HANA Solution Management & GTM, Global Business and Market Development, SAP Japan Imari is Senior Global Director of SAP S/4HANA Solution Management & GTM, Representative for APJ Region, working on all new S/4HANA Solution’s market deployment and business development in the past 7 years since the start of S/4HANA. 	Dr Kim Oosthuizen, Innovation Principal: Customer Transformation Advisor, SAP ANZ As a Customer Transformation Advisor, Kim supports customer and partner enablement with Artificial Intelligent innovation opportunities across process and usability to enable an intelligent enterprise. Kim has over 20 years of experience spanning South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and Australia; she held various operations, Centre of Excellence, and technology roles during her career, helping her develop a well-rounded understanding of the end-to-end business processes. Kim is an expert in the application of AI in business. She holds both MBA and PhD degrees from Stellenbosch Business School. Her research has led to multiple academic publications exploring the integration of AI into business. Kim founded and is leading the SAP AI Council in Australia. The council focuses on the responsible adoption, operation, and scaling of AI across Australian industries.
	Chris Paine, Executive Board Member for Technology and Innovation, Discovery Consulting Chris, an SAP Mentor, SAP HANA Distinguished Engineer, SAP SuccessFactors Confidante and general outspoken HR Technologist has been implementing SAP HR solutions on-premise and in the cloud for over 20 years. He takes great interest in all new SAP technical innovations and has in particular been involved in pushing the envelope of SAP SuccessFactors enhancement solutions built on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Whilst these days Chris is often putting together PowerPoint slides on system architecture and integration strategies, he also does get hands on with the actual technical implementations of solutions. 	Gaj Pasupathy, Director, Pre-Sales, Syniti Gaj began his career wanting to travel and gain exposure to a range of industries and business processes. This quest kicked off his work in technology and management consulting leading to 20 years of data, project management, pre-sales, and application development experience with businesses ranging from small to Fortune 500. He is currently Director of Pre-sales at Syniti and is involved in numerous migration and governance projects, giving him extensive knowledge on how data can transform any business.
	Jonas Paz, Senior Commercial Management Officer, Independent Jonas is an IT Commercial expert, assisting organisations in optimising their investments and spending on technologies. He previously taught Business Analytics at Victoria University, where he also earned his Master of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) qualification. Having dedicated over a decade to developing his career in the telecom sector, Jonas has worked for prominent companies such as Accenture, Telefonica, and America Movil. He has over 20 years of supply chain experience covering both operational and technology roles across Integrated Business Planning and Logistics including warehouse, transportation management and track & trace. In this role, Adam engages with customers to identify industry trends and challenges, address strategic opportunities, and promote new capabilities. 	Chris Prior, Manager Finance GPDO, Orica Chris has diverse Finance experience across Manufacturing Accounting, Product Costing, Planning & Forecasting, Performance Reporting & Commercial Analysis. He has been at Orica for over 20 years with the last 10 or so years being spent working on various SAP projects. He was involved from a business readiness perspective when Orica implemented SAP S/4HANA in 2020. In his current role as Finance GPDO (Global Process & Data Owner) he is responsible for the end-to-end Business Plan to Reporting Process.
	Alex Proskurnya, Finance Systems Reporting Lead, Orica Alex has spent around 20 years advising multinational organizations in Europe and Australia on improving their core finance processes and technologies in the SAP domain on all stages of financial and accounting lifecycle, starting from planning, budgeting, forecasting to accounting, group consolidation, management reporting and external disclosure. Originally from the UK, Kevin joined SAP in 1994 as an R/2 Basis / Technology Support Consultant. After spending 12 years in Business Technology consulting, he moved to Presales in 2007 as a technology and innovation expert and Enterprise Architect. 	Michael Rosemann, Director, Centre for Future Enterprise & Professor for Innovation Systems, QUT Dr Michael Rosemann is the Director of QUT’s Centre for Future Enterprise and a Professor for Information Systems at Queensland University of Technology. His areas of interest are innovation systems, process and trust management. Dr Rosemann is the author/editor of nine books available in five languages, more than 350 refereed papers, Editorial Board member of ten international journals and co-inventor of US patents. His recent book ‘The New Learning Economy’ (with Martin Betts) proposes six innovative pathways for providers of future learning services. Michael is a frequent, global keynote speaker and provides advice to senior executives across all industries with a focus on creating a sense of ambition and a higher opportunity appetite. His research projects received funding from industry partners such as Accenture, Australia Post, Cisco, Infosys, PwC, Rio Tinto, SAP, Suncorp and Woolworths. 	Sandra Rowe, SAP Procurement & Finance Lead, Infrabuild Sandra started her career with SAP in 1994 and has 29 years of experience across public and private organisations. She has a degree in accounting and has primarily worked in the FICO and IMPS areas of SAP including full integration with all modules of SAP. She has always strived to remain hands on with the SAP products over the years, as well being able to lead teams and manage various roles across projects. She started her initial SAP journey in Qld Treasury (SAP Graduate Program – the first one), then moved into a large consulting firm. She then became an SAP contractor for 18 years, and worked for many large firms including SAP Australia. Her career has seen her working across Mining, Utilities, Agriculture, Manufacturing, State and Federal Governments sectors. This included many roles e.g. Global Solution Architect, Data Migration, as well as small and large Project Management positions. She has worked in her full-time current role with Infrabuild for the past 5 years.
	Lars Rueter, Product Manager, SAP ANZ Lars drives Co-Innovation with customers and partners for SAP S/4HANA and leads the Regional Implementation Group for SAP S/4HANA in APJ and Greater China. Lars joined SAP in 1999. 	Su Soe, Senior Partner Success Executive, SAP ANZ Su started her career in SAP as a Presales Consultant for ERP and Digital Supply Chain. She later joined the customer success organisation as a Senior Customer Success Partner to help SAP customers with their journey in cloud ERP. She is now working as a Senior Partner Success Executive in the partner-led customer segment to support the business in delivering customer life-time value, building a sustainable customer success practice that will drive customer adoption, renewals, and the expansion of SAP’s footprint. 	Brendan Tanner, Head of Finance / CFO, McGrathNicol Brendan began his career in external audit at KPMG, working with a range of clients across consumer, industrial, transport and education. After almost 10 years in audit, he pursued an internal opportunity and became Divisional CFO at KPMG’s Tax & Legal division, managing a business with ~$200m turnover and over 700 staff. He then moved to McGrathNicol as Head of Finance, where he is responsible for all commercial and compliance aspects of Finance. This included the project management & governance for their SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and Concur implementation projects over 3 years ago.

	Pierre Van Rooyen, Solution Advisor – SAP Business Technology Platform COE, SAP ANZ Pierre is a Senior Solution Advisor in the SAP Business Technology Platform, Centre of Excellence. With more than 17 years’ experience in data management and business intelligence, Pierre stated his SAP journey at SAP EMEA with the launch of SAP HANA in 2011. 	Kylie Watson, Partner, Cybersecurity and Digital Trust, PwC Kylie is a Cyber Sociologist who specialises in both the human and technical aspects of cyber security (Human Centred Security Design). How humans think and engage across the areas of technology, people and process is critical in helping to strengthen an organisation’s cyber resilience. Kylie breaks down cyber threats, targets and actions to help teams build a mental fortress in tandem with the technology. Her skills in ICT architecture and hybrid cloud (along with her experience in helping to assess the latest threat intelligence and response, modernising firewalls, improving identity and access management, vulnerability management activities, and providing advice on AI, homo-morphic encryption, and quantum), blend with her sociological skills to give insights across the spectrum of advise, build, move and manage. 	Michael Watson, SAP Basis and Security Administrator, InfraBuild Michael has carried a passion for computing through his entire life, and is always looking to build upon, and improve things, as technology progresses. With a degree in Computer Science, he started with web development in the beginnings of the modern Internet, has been developing and maintaining Java applications for over 20 years, and picked up Android development as smartphones took off. Michael’s SAP career is reaching the 20-year milestone, beginning as an ABAP developer, before moving into Basis and Securities where he lives today. As times have changed, he’s been involved in a whole range of SAP product implementations in InfraBuild, from ECC, BW, and SCM, to Enterprise Portals, Process Orchestration, and more recently into BTP and cloud-based applications like IBP. For the past 5 years, he has been the lead Basis and Technical resource on InfraBuild’s S4HANA implementation and migration, including an upgrade from 1809 to 2021.
	Andrew Wibawa, Manager FP&A, Fire & Rescue NSW Andrew is currently head of FP&A at FRNSW and has been with the organisation for about 7 years. He has led FRNSW through a full transformation process across both strategic budgeting and reporting and is passionate about business partnering and constant innovation. 	Karen Zwissler, Chief Executive Officer, SAP Australian User Group Karen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with technology, industry, governments, security, and defence organisations. She is passionate about helping organisations embrace and thrive with their technology experiences by delivering seamless and consistent results. After 25 years of working with SAP globally, Karen took on the CEO role for SAP Australian User Group in 2022, leveraging her expertise in business development to lead customers and governments through their digital transformations and bringing global technology and business capabilities. In 2020 Karen was appointed to the board of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce.
