In Australia, Rheem is widely recognized, with manufacturing facilities in Rydalmere and Moorabbin. Jason Anthony, Head of SAP Capability, SA Power Networks Jason is a highly experienced senior IT leader who has over 20 years’ experience in software development, project delivery, portfolio management, senior leadership positions and is a member of the SAUG Executive Council. He has worked internationally including Europe and Asia focused within the utility sector. As Head of SAP Capability, he is responsible for the design, governance and delivery of SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance business operations. This role has full end to end management of IT operational SAP functions with accountability for the IT SAP service and support offerings which also include the Application Management Support (AMS) contract. |

Brett Archer, Capability Development Lead, SBS
Brett has been the SBS Leadership & Capability Development Lead for over 7 years having previously supported Learning and Development at CBRE and for online marketplace platform LivingSocial. Brett brings with him sixteen years of experience in learning design and development, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, and implementing online learning solutions. He has helped SBS gain recognition with an award for Best Leadership Development Program at the Australian HR Awards in 2017 and again a further excellence award for Best Leadership Development Program at the 2022 Australian HR Awards. Brett is passionate about the innovative use of technology, virtual training and webinars, and e-learning solutions as part of a broader learning strategy, winning a LearnX gold awards in 2022 for induction/onboarding and compliance training courses. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Performance. He is also an accredited DISC and Strengths Profile practitioner and an expert facilitator.

Jocelyn Dart, User Experience Strategist, SAP ANZ
Jocelyn is a leading international voice on SAP Fiori for SAP S/4HANA. She is well-known to many as a presenter at SAP events and as an openSAP course instructor. She is a member of the Regional Implementation Group for SAP S/4HANA in APJ and Greater China and leads the Community of Practice for SAP Fiori and UX within that team. Jocelyn joined SAP in 1994. She has worked with more than 100 customers across many industries as a SAP Cloud Services consultant.

Paul Hardy, Senior ABAP Developer, Heidelberg Cement Paul joined Heidelberg Cement in the UK in 1990. For the first seven years, he worked as an accountant. In 1997, a global SAP rollout came along and he jumped on board as an ABAP programmer and has never looked back. He has worked on country-specific SAP implementations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. Paul is an SAP Mentor and the author of six books on ABAP programming notably the “ABAP to the Future” series. Colleen Hebbert, APJ Regional Cybersecurity Hub Lead, SAP ANZ Colleen is an Cybersecurity Advisor and the APJ Cybersecurity Hub Lead. She works with SAP Customers to provide cybersecurity and compliance information to them to help them risk assess the cloud services as part of their due diligence process. In her role as a hub lead, she helps build communities and share knowledge to improve the cybersecurity conversation within the SAP ecosystem. Colleen has been a member of the wider SAP Community with a specialisation in SAP application security and access control for almost 20 years. During this time she has worked her way through production support, projects and implementations, architectural guidance, quality assessment, and de-escalation of customer reported issues. She’s always happy to catchup with community members and share insights as well as learn from others. |

Gerhard Kuppler, VP – Global SAP Alliance, Oracle Corporation Gerhard has been in Oracle Corporation for over 30 years and has been responsible for the relationship between Oracle and SAP since 1999. He is based in Germany and frequents the SAP’s Global HQ for “SAP on Oracle” partnership discussions. He oversees the entire Oracle global operations in the Oracle-SAP Competence Centre which have direct connection to the Oracle development team (DB/OS/HW), which is located right next to SAP developers, and Oracle’s specialized Customer Success Services team for SAP customers. To him, the term “SAP on Oracle” is a special relationship based on a long-shared history, a rich heritage of joint developments, and a stable solid future – for the benefit of mutual customers. Gerhard has also been the main person involved in ALL the contractual agreements between Oracle and SAP for the past 24 years. |

Lam leads the Global Oracle-SAP presales team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle Cloud and Infrastructure Technology. He has extensive experiences with many of the largest SAP implementations and had started working on SAP R/3 release 1 since 1992. In the 90’s he was part of the SAP Asia’s Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded “Best BASIS Consultant (Regional)” in 1997. He joined the Sun Microsystems’ Global Sun-SAP Competency Center from end 1997 till 2010 when Sun Microsystems became part of the Oracle family. He strongly believes that running SAP on Oracle Cloud and Infrastructure Technology provides the best combination to tackle the complex business challenges of deploying large scale ERP, and at the same time ensuring Robust Reliability, Extreme Performance, Flexible Scalability, and total Ease of Systems Maintenance.

In this role he leads an integrated Line of Business organisation combining RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and Customer Experience (CX) businesses, driving high-value engagements to support customers across industries in their transformation strategies. Peter joined SAP nearly 10 years ago and has served in multiple roles, delivering significant contributions to the company and the ecosystem. As Regional VP of BTP APJ, responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of the BTP portfolio comprising SAP Cloud Platform, Database Management, Analytics, Integration Suite, Rapid Application Development, Business Process Intelligence, and other microservices, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and customer focus, resulting in BTP APJ winning runner-up global Region of the Year in 2022. |

Dr Nicholas Nicoloudis, Head of SAP Innovation, PwC
Nicholas is a passionate technologists who has been architecting and developing market leading software applications for the past 22 years. During his career, he has been a founder of several start-up companies, worked with several multinational organisations and held numerous roles in development, research and management. Nicholas’s research has led to numerous publications, patents and awards in exposing web services from business applications to data mining and processing on mobile devices. Nicholas regularly presents at universities and conferences on digital transformation and disruptive technologies. Nicholas is on the TinyML Strategic Partner Board to grow the adoption of EndPoint AI in Industry 5.0 scenarios. Nicholas has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Monash University.

Mark O’Brien, GM – Digital Technology & Innovation, CITIC Pacific Mining
Mark currently serves as the General Manager for Digital Technology & Innovation (CIO) at CITIC Pacific Mining, Australia's largest magnetite mining and processing operation. He has an involvement in mining technology that stretches over 30 years.
Mark is also Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Global Mining Guidelines (GMG), the Inaugural Chair of the GMG AI in Mining Working Group, as well as a regular contributor to national and international collaborations around mining technology. Alongside his board work, he also provides advisory services on leadership, technology, AI and cybersecurity.
His educational background has ranged from Mathematics and Computer Science to AI, Philosophy and Ethics, and he is currently undertaking PhD research studying the problem of ethics and Artificial Moral Agents.

A frequent presenter at SAP conferences and a prolific contributor to SAP forums (both public and behind the scenes partner discussions), Chris loves to share his thoughts on working better and smarter with SAP technologies.
