Description:

After the success of the launch meeting of the Digital Supply Chain SIG in Jul this year, SAUG are proud to invite you to this next virtual SIG meeting with discussion based around your feedback.

Agenda for this meeting will focus on:

  • Optimising Your Investment in Inventory
Inventory is a critical cog in your organisations ability to respond to demand in a timely manner. Striking the right balance of inventory holdings and efficiently flowing inventory through the entire supply chain will minimise costs, reduce risks in failing to meet obligations and ensuring happy customer outcomes. In this session we will look at how organisations can maximise the flow of inventory across the organisation including how you can optimise your inventory holdings, gain complete visibility of inventory, order inventory via MRP Live and track receipts and inventory storage. Adam Peanna – Centre of Excellence, SAP Digital Supply Chain & Steven Chittenden – Solution Specialist, SAP Digital Supply Chain
  • S/4HANA 2020 – What’s New for Digital Supply Chain?
With the release of S/4HANA 2020, there are a number of new capabilities available across the areas of Research & Development / Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Asset Management. In this session we will highlight some of the key updates, including Synchronised Production Planning (between IBP and PP/DS), Extended Service Parts Planning, and enhancements to Work Order Processing and Resource Scheduling.
