All members are invited to register for our next SAUG Utilities Industry SIG meeting. This is one of our biggest communities, with members from Utilities, Energy, Power, Water, Public Sector and many more, all over Australia, coming together to discuss a wide range of issues relating to utilities including SAP solutions, new technologies, Regulations, Industry trends and much more. We have a great agenda including SAP Updates, customer insights, discussions and more, all with an AI flavour. Along with the learning, knowledge sharing and networking, the agenda is:
- SAP AI Strategy for the Utilities Industry - presented by Jonathan Fogarty, Industry Advisor for Utilities, SAP. SAP Business AI is moving rapidly and we wanted to know what is specifically means for Utilities Customers. Our SAP liaison, Jonathan, will gives us the lowdown on SAP's AI for Utilities strategy. He will also look at some of the new capabilities and how AI could move you towards operational excellence, a better customer experience and more.
- Customer Insights: Exploring opportunities in leveraging AI for Enhanced Customer Services at SAPN. SAPN have been doing some innovative and interesting work with AI to improve operations and processes in the customer services area. Our presenter will share insights into some of their use cases, the successes, challenges as well as lessons learned so far. - Q&A, Discussion - lead by our Utilities SIG Lead, Troy Goldner from Hydro Tasmania.
