Synergy, WA's largest energy retailer and generator, has been running a project over the last 12 months to reduce its SAP Data Base size and to archive or delete Customers' personally identifiable information (PII). Devang from Synergy will share insights into the project's successes including reducing the DB size by 7.5 TB and deleting 8.6 billion records (117 million of them were PII records). He will also discuss the approach and tools used, including SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), as well as benefits & future plans.
