Description:

All SAUG members are invited to register for the re-launch meeting of the Customer Experience (CX) SIG. There have been  many exciting changes in the SAP CX space and CX features even more strongly in SAP's solution portfolio and strategy. The aim of this SIG is to provide a forum for members to share knowledge, network, learn and discuss all things CX, Commerce, Customer Data, Sales & Marketing and more.  Now is the time to upskill and boost your SAP CX knowledge.

 This SIG meeting will focus on SAPs CX strategy and CX trends and will feature:  

  • SAP Executive Update: Accelerate and enrich your digital customer experience, presented by our guest presenters; Scott Treller, Executive General Manager, SAP Customer Experience ANZ & Scott Hirst, Vice President, SAP Customer Experience APJ. This session will give you a deep-dive look at SAP Customer Experience’s product, strategy and trends from SAP CX leaders. Discussion will focus on both the characteristics of meaningful customer experiences as well as the importance of agility and time to value. You will discover how your organisation can better understand your audience, engage with your customers and deliver on brand promises. You will have many opportunities to provide feedback and ask questions throughout this session.
