SAUG invites our Executive Council Members to attend our special SAUG Executive Council Luncheon, on Wed 22 November 2023. As well as the great food and networking there will be short soapbox style presentations on key issues and opportunities for discussions and questions. The agenda is as follows:

- 12.45pm-12.50pm: Opening & Introductions - Karen Zwissler, Chief Executive Officer, SAUG & Gavin Wood, Chair of the SAUG Executive Council Steering Committee.
- 12.50pm 1.20pm: Dining & Networking
- 1.20pm - 1.40pm: Soapbox Presentation & Discussions - SAP Strategic updates and follow up on action items, questions and key topics from last meeting – facilitated by Chris Peck, Head of Cloud Success Services, SAP
- 1.40pm-2.10pm: Dining & Networking
- 2.10pm - 2.30pm: Soapbox Case Study Presentation & Discussions - S/4HANA & Cloud upgrades - what questions must you ask your integrator or partner - hosted by Gavin Wood, Chief Information Officer, Newcrest Mining & Allan Coulter, Global CTO for SAP Services, IBM
- 2:30pm: Wrap up & key questions for next meeting
