  • Andrew Ritchie

    Manager – IT Services, Officeworks, and Chairperson, SAUG

    Andrew is a senior IT executive, change agent and leader who is passionate about achieving strategic outcomes. He is the IT Program Manager at Officeworks and leads the IT Engagement Team including Project Management; Business Analysis; Solution Architecture; Training; Help Desk and IT Provisioning. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across Information Technology within the retail sector. Prior to Officeworks, he has held roles with Coles, Millers Retail, Big W and Toys R Us. Andrew is currently the Chairperson of SAUG.

    Chief Information Officer

    Peter is currently the CIO for MMG. Previously he spent a number of years at BHP Billiton, in a variety of global positions including Group Manager IT Strategy, CIO Marketing and CIO Petroleum.
  • Tim Reid

    Solution Architect Supply Chain Management

    Tim is the SCM Solution Architect at Lion, is curious about all things business and technology, and passionate about delivering value through workplace and marketplace innovation. In addition to this, he leads a pilot group of innovation champions that are exploring how traditional IT can remain relevant through techniques such as design thinking and agile, and technologies such as digital platforms, mobility and IoT.

    R "Ray" Wang is a highly sought after thought leader and speaker. With viewership in the millions of page views a year, his blog provides insight into how disruptive technologies and new business models impact the enterprise.

    Bruce is currently the interim Head of Digital Business Services Asia Pacific Japan (APJ), in addition to his current position as the Head of Digital Business Services for SAP Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). He leads SAP Service delivery and support for the APJ market, providing services including Consulting, Premium Engagements, Custom Development and Enterprise Support. He is responsible for providing leadership across the Digital Business Services APJ organisation, to SAP’s customers and to the external SAP ecosystem of partners and analysts.

    Head of SAP Application Technology

    Laurence is the Head of SAP Application Technology at Woolworths, leading the teams that are responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of the SAP applications and landscapes. His prior roles have included application management roles across ERP and BI, business transformation programme management, as well as system implementation and consulting experience.
  • Paul Marriott

    SAP Asia Pacific Japan
    Chief Operations Officer

    Paul Marriott is the Chief Operating Officer at SAP Asia Pacific Japan. In his role, Paul leads and directs the company’s business operations, drives growth strategies, including Digital Transformation, and provides customer and partner sponsorships across the region. An established business leader, Paul brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and specializes in accelerating new innovations to the market. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Database & Analytics solutions at SAP Asia Pacific Japan. In this role, Paul was instrumental in driving the business strategy and sales execution to meet the Database & Analytics licence revenue goals of the Asia Pacific Japan region, including the successful adoption of the SAP HANA platform. Prior to SAP Asia Pacific Japan, Paul spent more than 10 years at Oracle Corporation driving database and middleware strategy and customer adoption across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Europe. Outside of work, Paul has a keen interest in youth rugby. A qualified rugby coach, Paul is currently coaching the U10 squad at Tanglin Rugby Club, Singapore. Paul is based in Singapore.

    As Senior Vice President of SAP Portfolio and Commercialisation Strategy, Hala advises the SAP Executive Board on all investment decisions in SAP’s product portfolio and related business models. Her role spans from strategy and investments in product development, go-to-market, service and cloud delivery, to commercialisation strategy and pricing for all SAP Products. Hala serves as a member of the leadership teams of SAP’s executive board areas for Product & Innovation and Global Customer Operations.
  • Peter Harkin

    SAP Asia Pacific Japan
    Head of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud & Managed Services

    With more than 33 years of experience in the IT industry, Peter is responsible for SAP’s go-to-market strategy for HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) across the APJ Region. He has overseen the successful launch, development and proliferation of SAP’s Managed Private Cloud offering, to the extent where HEC is the fastest growing Cloud line of business within SAP. Helping customers adopt HANA faster with less risk, all while having the platform managed by the organisation that knows SAP best – SAP. Peter has held a number of roles in SAP. He previously led the sales and delivery teams for HANA Services across the region, prior to that he was Head of Business Analytics Services, where he was responsible for driving accelerated growth in the APJ Consulting business for SAP’s suite of Business Analytics software.
  • Gerlinde Zibulski

    Head of SAP Security Product Management & SAP Fellow

    Gerlinde has worked for SAP since 1999, starting as an International HR Consultant implementing the SAP HCM modules at customers. Gerlinde then moved into Technology Product Management specialising in Security for more than 13 years now. She has run the SAP Security Product Management organisation since 2009, being responsible for SAP’s security products in the area of Identity Management, Authentication, Single Sign-On, Cloud Identity Management, Threat Detection, Security Vulnerability Code Scan and SAP HCP platform security. She has multi-cultural experience from her three & a half year stint as a Security Product Manager for SAP Labs, Palo Alto, and a half-year as an SAP Fellow at SAP CIS, Moscow. Gerlinde holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Private University Witten/Herdecke.
  • David Payne

    Amazon Web Services
    Head of Major ISVs, APAC

    David is based in Singapore and leads the business that enables customers and partners to successfully deploy SAP and other enterprise software in the AWS Cloud. He joined AWS in 2015, after more than ten years with SAP, where he held leadership roles in strategic business development, solution management and the field. His experience spans North America and Asia Pacific and expertise includes analytics, applications and platforms.
  • Paul Migliorini

    Managing Director ANZ

    Paul leads the Amazon Web Services business (AWS) across the ANZ region. For 10 years, Amazon Web Services has been the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 70 fully featured services for computer, storage, databases, analytics, mobile, IoT and enterprise applications. Prior to joining AWS, Paul held leadership roles in Asia and Australia with BT, Motorola, Regus and Ernst & Young. Most recently, as the CEO for Regus ANZ and Regional Managing Director for South Asia (ASEAN & ANZ) at BT. Paul is deeply passionate about the role technology plays in helping customers to innovate and transform.
