Carlo has been with the Queensland Government since April 1985 and has held many senior ICT positions across a number of departments, including Queensland Health, CorpTech and the Department of Housing & Public Works. He first became involved with SAP through the implementation and then management of the SAP solution at Queensland Health which supported approximately 4750 users. He later moved to the State Government’s Shared Services Provider, CorpTech, where he held a number of strategic positions, including Director of the SAP Technology and Infrastructure Team. During this time Carlo was a committee member of the SAP Australian User Group, which included a two year period as Chairperson, a position which he thoroughly enjoyed.
