  • Chris O'Brien

    Head of Customer Success ANZ

    Chris is the Head of Customer Success at SAP ANZ having joined in late 2018 to help the local leadership build a customer first organisation. He was previously a SAP customer and active member of SAUG, including as a SIG Lead and as a SAUG Committee member. Chris’ background in finance has resulted in a steadfast interest throughout his career in getting value from any technology investment. His new role enables him to operationalise this and support SAP ANZ’s drive to deliver successful outcomes for customers.

    Chris is a SAP Mentor and career technologist with over 14 years' experience working with SAP products. He has worked with a number of major organisations including retailers, manufacturing and government departments. He has an eye on emerging technologies and specialises in delivering Fiori design, architecture and development to large organisations. @chris_rae01 
  • Brad Tallon

    EGM IT, Technical and Engineering

    Brad is EGM IT, Technical and Engineering for Holcim Australia and New Zealand, part of the global construction materials supplier Lafarge Holcim. Brad has over 20 years experience with the use of SAP having been involved from the start of CSR Ltd's initial implementation in the USA in 1995, subsequently heading up CSR's SAP Global Design Team. He is a former chair of the SAUG, and also served on the Finance Committes for ASUG, SAUG's USA equivalent. He headed up Shared Services Rinker (subsequently Cemex, then Holcim) for 10 years from 2003 and has recently resumed responsibility for Holcim's IT Team along with other business portfolios. He is also a member of the SAUG Executive Council.

    Jon is responsible for the go to market strategy for Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing for SAP in Australia and New Zealand. SAP Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing encompasses digital business processes for Integrated Business Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Track & Trace, Asset Management, Portfolio & Project Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing and Environment Health and Safety.In this role, Jon engages with customers to identify industry trends and challenges, address strategic opportunities, and promote new solutions. He is responsible for working with the broader SAP community to define relevant programs and marketing initiatives, to increase awareness and adoption of these solutions.Jon is passionate about leveraging technology to enable transformational change, whether at the individual, business process, organisational or network level. He is committed to SAP’s vision to help the world run better and improve people’s lives, and has been working with SAP solutions for more than 20 years.

    Tim is a a delivery lead for D’alRae Solutions with over 10 years experience in the SAP ecosystem. He has worked across a variety of industries during this time with a predominant focus on SAP Retail. Tim has a keen interest in emerging technologies with a focus on user experience and delivering solutions by leveraging Fiori and SAP UI5 technologies.

  • Carlo Terribile

    Director, Financial Business Systems

    Carlo has been with the Queensland Government since April 1985 and has held many senior ICT positions across a number of departments, including Queensland Health, CorpTech and the Department of Housing & Public Works. He first became involved with SAP through the implementation and then management of the SAP solution at Queensland Health which supported approximately 4750 users. He later moved to the State Government’s Shared Services Provider, CorpTech, where he held a number of strategic positions, including Director of the SAP Technology and Infrastructure Team. During this time Carlo was a committee member of the SAP Australian User Group, which included a two year period as Chairperson, a position which he thoroughly enjoyed. He now manages a team of 30 people who look after an SAP Solution which was migrated back into the department from the State Government’s shared Services provider at the end of 2013.
  • Clint Vosloo

    Clint has almost 20 years of SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology experience. Since being actively involved in the first SAP IQ installation in South Africa back in 1997, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience using SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP Data Services and the SAP BusinessObjects suite of products. He has been involved in many large-scale SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology implementations and is a globally-known and renowned keynote speaker who regularly presents at many of the major SAP conferences and local user group events and has sat on various panel discussions. In 2012, Clint was selected as Africa's first ever SAP Mentor. He is currently based in Australia and is the Managing Partner for APJ for EV Technologies, an SAP Partner and Authorised Education Partner in the SAP Ecosystem.
  • Chris Peck

    Chris is the Executive General Manager, Public Services, based in Brisbane. He joined SAP Australia in 2004 and has over 22 years’ experience in the SAP ecosystem. Chris has been an influential thought leader, providing many Corporations and Government agencies with sound strategic advice around maximising benefits from their business systems, with a focus on supporting the Australian Government’s policy initiatives and improving agency operational efficiency. Chris has vast experience from various roles in SAP including the Head of SAP Custom Development, to leading major transformation projects with customers while running the SAP Services Organisation across Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, Chris is focused on working with agencies on large business transformation projects, providing strategic advice as well as leveraging global expertise to ensure agencies have the right tools and resources to undertake large transformation projects. Prior to working for SAP, Chris was a key member of the SAP team within Deloitte, managing and running their SAP technical practice around Australia.

    Senior Director Workforce Management Solutions and Operations

    Jane has spent 29 years in the Public Service primarily focused on the HR service and systems delivery environment leading multi-disciplinary IT Service Management teams in Shared Services and Queensland Health. Jane has led both the delivery of significant multi-million dollar IT system programs and projects and also established IT organisation business support models that have ensured the effective transition of services from project to service operations. Jane’s most significant achievements revolve around the Queensland Health payroll repair agenda where she has led the stabilisation of the Queensland Health payroll solution and delivered a number of payroll improvement projects. Jane is an ITIL and Prince 2 practitioner and considered to be extremely effective leader focussed on developing high performing teams that deliver outcomes and value to the business. She is currently an Executive within Queensland Health performing the role of Senior Director, Workforce Management Solutions and Operations within Health Support Queensland. Jane is accountable for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Queensland Health rostering and payroll solutions along with leading the delivery of a significant program of work to continue the ongoing improvement of Queensland Health’s solutions and increasing the value proposition for the business in accordance with the Queensland Health vision and digital strategy.

    Brendan has spent over 20 years in the Public Service primarily focussed on the HR service and systems implementation and delivery environment. Brendan has been a part of multiple system implementations within QLD Government. He is currently performing the role of Director Solution, Strategy and Design, Workforce Management Solutions and Operations within Health Support Queensland where he leads a multidiscipline team focussed on delivering solutions that enable optimised payroll and workforce management outcomes within a complex health environment. Brendan loves a challenge and working in QLD Health certainly provides that. His team is responsible for navigating through HR, payroll and rostering strategy, business requirements and solution design. Brendan has a passion for continual improvement of IT systems that deliver quality and business value.

    Jeff is a seasoned SAP commercial and contract expert whose career has spanned 26 years of SAP experience across Europe, the Middle East and Australia & New Zealand. Jeff spent eight years with Accenture developing a very successful SAP consulting practice before building an advisory business consulting to large European customers with their own SAP transformations. In 2004, Jeff joined SAP with a remit to lead large deals facilitating negotiations across customers, consulting companies and software vendors and more recently lead SAP's Ariba cloud business across AN&Z. Since leaving SAP, Jeff now manages a boutique advisory business, Libertas Partners, with a number of other ex-SAP executives utilizing their diverse SAP background to support customers to better understand and manage their SAP risk profile and software compliance exposure, minimizing unnecessary licensing costs and ensuring future licensing security and flexibility.

    Simon is a Deputy Commissioner in the Office of State Revenue, a division of Queensland Treasury, and member of the Senior Executive Team. Simon’s particular responsibilities are to lead the enabling divisions of OSR, including policy and legislation, objections and litigation, debt management, information technology services, risk and analytics functions, and relevantly OSR’s Transformation Program. Simon has over 20 years’ experience across all revenue lines and functions in State revenue offices, and Treasury functions including policy and portfolio reviews.
