  • Andy Derrick

    Orora Australasia
Head of IT Change & Compliance

Having developed a career through the traditional IT route in various IT Director and General Manager positions across both infrastructure and applications and within numerous vertical environments worldwide, Andy realised that change is not just a given and change frameworks are only part of the picture. Currently Head of IT Change and Compliance at Orora, his goal is to drive cultural awareness and ability to change across the organisation from hire to retire such that when change strikes, as it inevitably does, individuals are already painlessly riding the wave of change, swiftly moving across a shallow valley of despair whilst singing the tune of successful change to all.
