    Shakeel works as a Functional Consultant in the CRM team at DuluxGroup. A strong consulting background in Functional, Technical and Customer Relations Management places Shakeel in the role of conduit between SAP, Duluxgroup IT and the Business with a focus on building Business confidence in C4C. His work range covers project work to implementation to daily support and he especially likes the difficult challenge of unknown issues while assisting SAP bed down the C4C product. Despite the years of experience in various aspects of SAP ERP software, he still likes the fact that every day is an opportunity to learn something new.

She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across Information Technology within the retail sector. Prior to Officeworks, he has held roles with Coles, Millers Retail, Big W and Toys R Us. Andrew is currently the Chairperson of SAUG.

As a highly respected innovator, Nicholas has published on developing mobile web services, automating the exposure of components as web services which was referenced later within patents filed by Microsoft and more recently published papers and journal articles on adaptive mobile data mining and visualisation.

Maddy's role is to implement & support CRM technology for streamlining & optimising processes for each business units in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing areas. Replacing legacy CRM systems. Maddy has been with Dulux over 1 and half years, and during this time has been involved in implementing eCommerce B2B-B2C WCEM project, Loyalty Management, Campaign Management, Segmentation in CRM on-prem, & Cloud for Customer. He is currently working on formulating the SAP C4C solution as an enterprise-wide solution.

    Paul Marriott is Senior Vice President of Digital Core at SAP Asia Pacific Japan. In this role he leads all regional sales teams for ERP (i.e., SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Business One, SAP Business byDesign), SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, and Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing. An established IT and business leader with more than 20 years of experience, he most recently served as the region’s Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he led a successful cloud transformation program, established focus on the region’s strategic partners, incorporated social impact activities, sponsored an Early Talent program, as well as supported the development of the Asia Soaring strategy which he operationalized through the COO go-to-market process. Paul also provided executive sponsorship to many customers across the region, building a strong customer base and supporting SAP’s strategy to put customer’s first. Prior to this, Paul successfully served as the Senior Vice President of Database & Analytics solutions for the region where he was instrumental in driving the business strategy and sales execution to meet the Database & Analytics license and revenue goals, including the successful adoption of the SAP HANA platform. Before joining SAP, Paul spent more than 10 years at Oracle Corporation driving database and middleware strategy and customer adoption across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Europe. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in both Applied Physics & Computer Science from Staffordshire University as well as a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex. Outside of work, Paul has a keen interest in youth rugby and coaches the U10 squad at the Tanglin Rugby Club in Singapore.
