He joined SAP in 2007 and has worked with some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest organisations, across multiple industries, driving strategic and meaningful outcomes at SAP and in regional leadership roles prior. Most recently as Vice President for Strategic Industries and Markets, SAP ANZ, where he pioneered a co-investment model with the Australian Government, to better support it with its digital engagement with citizens.

    Dr Susan Foster holds higher degree qualifications in a variety of discipline areas such as Psychology and information systems and has a number of SAP solution consultant certificates. Over the past 10 years Dr Foster has been heavily involved in developing SAP related curriculum and consulting across a number of countries. She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.
  • Sehida Frawley

    As Head of DBS for Australia and New Zealand, Sehida’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership across the Services organisation and work with the broader SAP organisation towards building a strong relationship with customers and partners. Sehida has over 21 years of experience in SAP delivery and sales roles, working for a number of multinational and Australian-owned organisations. She first joined SAP in 1997 as a consulting manager, before moving to an SAP partner organisation. Sehida joined SAP for a second time in 2012 to lead SAP’s Services team at Department of Human Services (DHS) and more recently senior roles leading SAP’s Services teams for Public Services and Financial Services and Insurance. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with significant experience in developing and carrying out strategies to support the operations and transformation of her customers, she has also applied these skills to grow successful Delivery Practices at SAP and in the SAP ecosystem in Australia and the United States. Additionally, Sehida is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. She serves as Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Champion for SAP DBS APJ, working with local D&I Champions in each Market Unit on various initiatives, with a focus on Gender Intelligence and Cross-Generational Intelligence. She has been a leader in SAP Australia’s Autism program and establishing SAP’s Business Women’s Network in Canberra. She continues to drive new initiatives in incubation in this area. In 2017, she was presented the Women in ICT (WIC) “WICked Woman of the Year” award for her support to local women in IT and communications.

He is considered as one of the leading commentators on ERP systems and Business Intelligence and specifically SAP solutions. He has presented at the premier SAP conferences around the world and was the first academic to become a SAP Mentor.

    Paul made a transition from manufacturing line management 20 years ago to join a rapidly growing ERP software company called SAP and he’s been on the SAP journey ever since. That journey includes many of the early years in leadership roles working with customers on end-to-end SAP Business Suite Implementations. Along the way, Paul applied his supply chain and logistics expertise with customers in Europe and Asia. Paul has been on the sales side of SAP as a Presales Manager for several years with a team of senior Customer Solution Managers. From 2016, he is now focussed on guiding customers on the S/4HANA pathway.

    Matt is a Localisation Product Manager for Australia, part of the Globalisation Services team in SAP. He has been responsible for the Australian Payroll product for the past 8 years. Previously, he had 12 years SAP Payroll/Time Management consulting experience and was part of the initial team that developed both the Australian and New Zealand payroll solutions way back in the 90s. Matt has been on the Single Touch Payroll (STP) journey for over 4 years working with the ATO and was Co-Chair of the STP Advisory Group for 18 months.

Some of these industries include FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail and more recently Higher Education, and has mostly worked for businesses that have adopted SAP as their core ERP solution. With his working experience in the industry, and his background in earlier Finance roles, Greg has often worked alongside Business Executives to help them deliver their strategies, through the use of appropriate Business Applications and Architecture. Recently, Greg has started up his own consulting firm, and is working with companies to help them realise the benefits and challenges that lie ahead transforming to cloud based platforms. Greg can often be found presenting at user groups and conferences around the country, or delivering industry based lectures to students, presenting the lessons he learned whilst working in businesses that were on the leading edge of cloud technologies, and is passionate not only about the technology’s available, but also the ‘human’ side of these expansive transformational programmes, along with the ever increasing challenge of improving the overall user experience.

Nicholas has also presented various mobile and user experience topics at Cambridge University and other institutions around the world. As a highly respected innovator, Nicholas has published on developing mobile web services, automating the exposure of components as web services which was referenced later within patents filed by Microsoft and more recently published papers and journal articles on adaptive mobile data mining and visualisation.

He is currently Senior Journalist and Presenter for TEN, frequently presenting TEN Eyewitness News, The Project and Studio 10 and contributing to TEN Daily and other print and online outlets. Hugh also presents “Sunday Extra” – a radio current affairs show heard every week on ABC RN. Hugh’s journalism honours include a Logie, two Walkley Awards, awards from the Australian Human Rights Commission and the UN Media Peace Award among others. He is also the recipient of a prestigious US citation, The DuPont-Columbia Award, for his coverage of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. His 2017 memoir “Minefields: A Life In The News Game” was a bestseller. He has been an in-demand speaker and MC at many major events in Australia and Internationally. Hugh is a foundation director of Soldier On, a charity helping contemporary veterans, and the John Mac Foundation, which provides university scholarships for students with refugee backgrounds.
