She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

  • Greg Hill

    Throughout his career, Greg has held many IT based roles across a wide range of industries. Some of these industries include FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail and more recently Higher Education, and has mostly worked for businesses that have adopted SAP as their core ERP solution. With his working experience in the industry, and his background in earlier Finance roles, Greg has often worked alongside Business Executives to help them deliver their strategies, through the use of appropriate Business Applications and Architecture. Recently, Greg has started up his own consulting firm, and is working with companies to help them realise the benefits and challenges that lie ahead transforming to cloud based platforms. Greg can often be found presenting at user groups and conferences around the country, or delivering industry based lectures to students, presenting the lessons he learned whilst working in businesses that were on the leading edge of cloud technologies, and is passionate not only about the technology’s available, but also the ‘human’ side of these expansive transformational programmes, along with the ever increasing challenge of improving the overall user experience.

    Andrew is responsible for the go-to-market with partner organizations and overseeing strategic customer engagements. In this role, he leads the engagement to deliver against global programs and growth plans for Virtustream Cloud Services with key Strategic partnerships for the APJ Region with a key focus on modernizing SAP environments. Virtustream is the Cloud business unit of Dell Technologies, a unique family of businesses encompassing Dell, Dell EMC, Pivotal, RSA, SecureWorks, VMWare, Boomi and Virtustream. Andrew joined EMC in 2003 and in more recent years he has operated as a Sales Leader focused on cross verticals and all elements of the relationship. EMC’s Managed Services business was established in APJ on the back of a flagship Financial Services win led by Andrew, for which he oversaw the deployment and delivery phases of the engagement. He continued to manage the relationship over an extended period overseeing delivery and growth into multiple new strategic areas. Andrew also went on to lead and manage the largest Telco relationship for EMC before moving across to Virtustream in June 2017. Andrew has 25 years of information technology experience, having held various Business Development roles with IBM, Oracle, Siebel, IBM and EMC primarily focused on Enterprise Application deployments, core Data Center technologies and Cloud.

    Pranay is the CFO at the Bureau of Meteorology, commencing in Jan 2018. He is an experienced executive and leader of people who has held senior roles in large and complex organisations facing significant challenges and led large scale transformations. Over the last 4 years Pranay has led The Tadishi Group where he has been called upon to advise organisations in Australia and overseas on various strategic issues. As part of this Pranay was recently engaged by The University of Western Australia as their Interim Chief Operating Officer to reshape the University’s approach to strategic financial management, long-term infrastructure and digital and Information strategy and establishing a service culture within the University. He is also a CPA and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has held various senior positions within the University sector, including as Vice- President Finance/ CFO at La Trobe University. He has also held senior roles at The University of Melbourne and Victoria University. Prior to this, Pranay worked in the Health and Local Government sector in New Zealand. He is a past recipient of the Association of Tertiary Education Managers (ATEM) Higher Education Award for Excellence in Financial Management in 2013 and has been sought to speak at conferences and leadership programmes within Australia and overseas. Pranay has held various board positions and is currently on the Finance Committee of the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre and the Finance & Audit Committee of Parks Victoria.

    Martin is the head of SAP’s global customer success organization called Customer First. The team is focused on transforming the way SAP engages and cares for our customers throughout the entire lifecycle. Martin’s new organization brings together several cloud and on premise customer teams under one umbrella including Analytics and Innovation, SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform, S/4 HANA Customer Engagement, Digital Supply Chain. In his previous role as chief innovation officer, Martin Mrugal was responsible for SAP’s innovation agenda in North America including the Chief Customer Office, Solution Engineering, Industry and Value Advisory practices, and the Customer Center of Excellence (CoE) organizations. He was also the executive sponsor for SAP S/4HANA, leading the launch, customer adoption and success of SAP’s next generation computing platform in North America. Since joining SAP in 1998, Martin has held a number of diverse management and executive leadership roles. Prior to his current assignment, he was chief operating officer (COO) for cloud procurement and business networking at SAP Ariba. He has served as COO for global industry solutions, as global head of manufacturing industries and solutions business, and spent time on assignment for the SAP Executive Board working on a software development change management program. Prior to his Board assignment, Martin was national vice president and general manager, responsible for solutions and products for midsize companies. In this role, he directed the North America strategy, launch, and sales of SAP’s first SAAS solution. He also successfully led industry, presales, and product management teams in past roles.

    Dr. Johannes Wasserfall is a vice president within the SAP Design Unit. He is responsible for the SAP Cloud Platform & UX Strategy Roll-Out of this unit. Johannes held various positions in the development organization within the last 24 years at SAP. These include project management responsibilities for several strategic development projects in Public Sector, SRM and the Business Suite Foundation area. Since 2011 he shares the latest User Experience and SAP Cloud Platform features with customers and partners and transferred their needs back into the development organization. The sharing of SAP Fiori 3 and the configuration of the Intelligent Enterprise are key focus area for him in 2019. Before joining SAP Johannes Wasserfall studied Physics at the Technical University of Berlin and earned his PhD in 1994.
  • Mike Taylor

    Mike is the General Manager of Business Application Services. In this role, Mike is accountable for all internal SAP, Dynamics, and Integration platforms. This includes overseeing all production assets, as well as working with the various businesses to manage all change onto these platforms. In this role, Mike and his team also partner with sales groups to help drive Microsoft’s go to market efforts with SAP. This includes helping align roadmaps/features, testing beta software at Microsoft, sharing experiences with many external customers, and speaking at conferences around the world. Mike has been at Microsoft for 25 years where he has held numerous IT positions and worked for a short time in the Windows product team. Mike holds a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from the University of Washington. He has also worked at the Boeing Company as a Design Engineer and at Accenture (Anderson Consulting) as a consultant.
