  • Stuart Dickinson

    As Director and General Manager for DXC Oxygen, Stuart leads the DXC SAP team across Australia and New Zealand. Stuart was appointed CEO at Oxygen in 2012, after fulfilling the role of General Manager - Consulting and Solutions in Australia, for four years. He has undertaken several key executive roles for Oxygen since the company’s inception in 2001, based on one of the first ever SAP implementations in New Zealand at Carter Holt Harvey. Over the years, Stuart has helped craft Oxygen’s strategy, business model and many complex, operational, market-based projects for the company, bringing a clear focus on delivery and a deep understanding of the SAP marketplace to the role. Stuart has worked and consulted on brand strategy, communications and organisational and technical change programs in organisations such as Sky City, The Farmers Trading Company, Carter Holt Harvey, Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron and Telecom New Zealand.

    Noel is the Visy Corporate - Business Applications Manager for VISY Industries. He has over 16 years experience in the management of SAP environments and as a techno-functional SME. He currently looks after the entire SAP landscape for VISY Industries and has been instrumental in the migration of the entire SAP environment into the AWS Cloud. Noel is involved in a number of project activities, BAU-support and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives at Visy.

    Dr Susan Foster holds higher degree qualifications in a variety of discipline areas such as Psychology and information systems and has a number of SAP solution consultant certificates. Over the past 10 years Dr Foster has been heavily involved in developing SAP related curriculum and consulting across a number of countries. She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

In May 2015 Vance joined Hydro Tasmania as SAP Solution Architect in the Information, Process and Systems Group within a newly formed Corporate Solutions Team aimed at enabling the business to work smarter and more efficiently by simplifying corporate systems, automating repetitive business processes and supporting complex decision making. Vance is currently Corporate Solutions Manager and manages the internal SAP support team and has been managing the S/4HANA Business Case development.

    Andrew is responsible for the go-to-market with partner organizations and overseeing strategic customer engagements. In this role, he leads the engagement to deliver against global programs and growth plans for Virtustream Cloud Services with key Strategic partnerships for the APJ Region with a key focus on modernizing SAP environments. Virtustream is the Cloud business unit of Dell Technologies, a unique family of businesses encompassing Dell, Dell EMC, Pivotal, RSA, SecureWorks, VMWare, Boomi and Virtustream. Andrew joined EMC in 2003 and in more recent years he has operated as a Sales Leader focused on cross verticals and all elements of the relationship. EMC’s Managed Services business was established in APJ on the back of a flagship Financial Services win led by Andrew, for which he oversaw the deployment and delivery phases of the engagement. He continued to manage the relationship over an extended period overseeing delivery and growth into multiple new strategic areas. Andrew also went on to lead and manage the largest Telco relationship for EMC before moving across to Virtustream in June 2017. Andrew has 25 years of information technology experience, having held various Business Development roles with IBM, Oracle, Siebel, IBM and EMC primarily focused on Enterprise Application deployments, core Data Center technologies and Cloud.

    Pranay is the CFO at the Bureau of Meteorology and commenced on 15 January 2018. He is an experienced executive and leader of people who has held senior roles in large and complex organisations facing significant challenges and led large scale transformations. Pranay has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland and a Masters of Business Administration from Massey University (New Zealand). He is also a CPA and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has held various senior positions within the University sector, including as Vice- President Finance/ CFO at La Trobe University. He has also held senior roles at The University of Melbourne and Victoria University. Prior to this, Pranay worked in the Health and Local Government sector in New Zealand.

He also served as EVP of the HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business and product management at Ceridian. Earlier in his career, Keith was Director of BPO solutions at PwC.
