    As Director and General Manager for DXC Oxygen, Stuart leads the DXC SAP team across Australia and New Zealand. Stuart was appointed CEO at Oxygen in 2012, after fulfilling the role of General Manager - Consulting and Solutions in Australia, for four years. He has undertaken several key executive roles for Oxygen since the company’s inception in 2001, based on one of the first ever SAP implementations in New Zealand at Carter Holt Harvey. Over the years, Stuart has helped craft Oxygen’s strategy, business model and many complex, operational, market-based projects for the company, bringing a clear focus on delivery and a deep understanding of the SAP marketplace to the role.     Dr Susan Foster holds higher degree qualifications in a variety of discipline areas such as Psychology and information systems and has a number of SAP solution consultant certificates. Over the past 10 years Dr Foster has been heavily involved in developing SAP related curriculum and consulting across a number of countries. She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

    Paul Hardy joined Heidelberg Cement in the UK in 1990. In 1997 a global SAP rollout came along; he jumped on board and has never looked back since, working on country-specific SAP implementations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. After starting off as a business analyst configuring the good old IMG, Paul swiftly moved on to the wonderful world of ABAP programming. After the initial run of data conversion programs, ALV reports, interactive DYNPRO screens, and (urrggh) SAPscript forms, he yearned for something more and since then has been eagerly investigating each new technology as it comes out, which culminated in him writing the SAP Press book “ABAP To The Future”. Paul become an SAP mentor in March 2017 and can regularly be found blogging away on the SCN site and has written a whole series of blogs comparing the merits of Object Orientated vs Procedural Programming. Paul invites you to come and have a drink with him at the networking event in the evening (or at any other event you see him) and ask him the most difficult questions you can think of, preferably about SAP.

    David is currently the Manager of Workers Insurance at the NSW Police Force, responsible for ensuring the correct payment of compensation and income protection entitlements. Prior to this, he was head of the process improvement unit, and heavily involved in the development and enhancement of SAP and third party systems. He is a long term public servant, previously working in Corrective Services and the Department of Commerce, and is a specialist in payroll, shared services and process improvement. His career has overlapped into the IT world and he has been project manager on several major ERP implementations and enhancements, and has worked with SAP for over 10 years. He has been Chair of the Readsoft User Group and in the leadership group for the SAUG NSW Public Sector SIG.

His background includes program office management and implementing SAP GRC along with a supporting internal governance framework.
