Paul Hardy joined Heidelberg Cement in the UK in 1990. In 1997 a global SAP rollout came along; he jumped on board and has never looked back since, working on country-specific SAP implementations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. After starting off as a business analyst configuring the good old IMG, Paul swiftly moved on to the wonderful world of ABAP programming. Tomago Aluminium is a world scale Aluminium Smelter in the Hunter Valley employing over 950 people and generating revenue of around $1.5b per year. Steve is responsible for the financial management of the company, as well as Business Services functions such as Procurement and Information Technology. Prior to joining Tomago Aluminium, Steve held a number of executive positions in both Finance and General Management in the Building Materials sector spanning over 30 years.

Jamie is the SAP Technical Manager for UGL with over 15 years of professional experience. She manages the SAP Basis, Development, Business Intelligence, Security and Service Desk teams. Recently, she has led her team in the successful migration of SAP ERP from a traditional database to HANA and the delivery of a suite of Fiori and custom mobile applications. While Jamie manages different areas of the SAP technical space, she started her career and remains passionate and hands-on in the area of SAP Development. Gavin is the Director Workforce Management in Workforce Strategy & Design, in the Australian Taxation Office. Gavin has approximately 12 year’s government experience, 6 of which has been in Workforce Planning. Prior to this, Gavin had spent 15 years in the private sector with leading organisations in various roles. Gavin’s workforce planning experience ranges from workforce segmentation and job design principles, to broader integration of workforce planning in the context of a ‘one HR’ approach to systems, tools, approaches, to ensure an evidenced based approach for workforce directions and strategies.

Darren has been the Enterprise Systems Manager at Foodstuffs South Island for the past 7 years based in Christchurch. Prior to that, Darren was a SAP Basis Admin in the health sector.

Gerlinde has worked for SAP since 1999, starting as an International HR Consultant implementing the SAP HCM modules at customers. Gerlinde then moved into Technology Product Management specialising in Security for more than 13 years now. She has run the SAP Security Product Management organisation since 2009, being responsible for SAP’s security products in the area of Identity Management, Authentication, Single Sign-On, Cloud Identity Management, Threat Detection, Security Vulnerability Code Scan and SAP HCP platform security. She has multi-cultural experience from her three & a half year stint as a Security Product Manager for SAP Labs, Palo Alto, and a half-year as an SAP Fellow at SAP CIS, Moscow. Gerlinde holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Private University Witten/Herdecke.
Warehouse & Distribution Manager - Viridian New World Glass
Justin has 23 years’ experience in the glass industry. He has been involved in many large change management projects for Viridian Glass based at Dandenong in Melbourne, the most recent of which was the implementation of SAP WM supported by real time voice picking technology. Throughout his previous roles, he has experience in production, warehousing and despatch management and has been using SAP since approximately 1998. Justin is certified through APICS in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and likes to work closely with people who are committed to delivering results.

Andreas is Solution Manager for Analytics, BI and Predictive, for SAP ANZ. With a background in mathematics, he joined Business Objects in Europe in 2005 as Presales, looking after mainly Financial Services customers in Switzerland. Since 2008, Andreas has been living in Melbourne and working for SAP Australia, helping customers across ANZ understand and realise the value of BI and Predictive solutions. Having completed his MBA at the University of Melbourne, Andreas has recently joined the Centre of Excellence team at SAP Australia, looking after the BI and Predictive solution portfolio. Andreas has a passion for analysing numbers and big data, turning hidden patterns and trends into meaningful pictures that serve Science and Businesses run better and achieve better outcomes.
Senior Extended Supply Chain Solution Specialist
Adam has over 20 years of supply chain experience, covering both operational and technology roles across Integrated Business Planning and logistics execution, including warehouse and transportation management. He has a deep background in supply chain problem solving, including system and process implementations, team leadership and enterprise software. His current activities support the SAP extended supply chain strategy, leveraging the integrated SAP approach to supply chain and growing the successful network of SAP customers. Adam is also an active member with a number of supply chain community networks and completed studies to obtain a masters of supply chain management.

Jeff has 20+ years industry experience, ranging from BHP IT to some of SAP’s global customers in ANZ and Europe, with a particular focus on NSW Government customers. He joined SAP in 1995 and managed the development of the Australian and NZ Payroll solutions whilst based in Melbourne and Germany. Jeff’s career evolved from a development focus into business and solution consulting for SAP in the late 90's. Jeff grew and led SAP Australia's Payroll Consulting Practice for ANZ and then took on a business development role managing SAP's NSW Government services business, along with various other private sector customers.

In her role as GT Deployment Director, which she has held since May 2014, Jane is accountable for portfolio management of the Global Template (GT) deployment roadmap. Her responsibilities include the global program management including program planning, regional requirements analysis, data migration end-to-end, regional Tier 2 application deployment, change management, training, cut-over, early life support and stockholder management throughout the program. Jane has over 23 years’ experience across a wide range of roles in the Services Industry across multiple market verticals, extending from Service / Project / Programme Management to negotiations of service level agreements for multiple towers of service on large outsource deals. Prior to her role as GT Deployment Director, she was a General Manager (GM) for the Dimension Data Cross Functional Services (CFS) Business Unit across Middle East & Africa territories, managing a staff complement of over 300 people across a portfolio of services, most notably, asset management, configuration management, BI reporting across service fulfilment and infrastructure monitoring services, ISO certification programs, PMO and Global Service Centre management.

Michael has over 17 years’ experience in the domains of data mining and predictive analytics, working in key roles for organisations such as BHP, Telstra, Coles, ANZ Bank and Airbus. SAP modules have been foundational for most of the data products that he has developed. His current focus is on building cost-effective, state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, leveraging an enterprise’s existing technology assets by marrying the old with the new. Michael has completed the Data Science specialization program at the Johns Hopkins University.

He was Project Manager for OSR’s ACS implementation in 2015, and was one of the Project Managers in OSR’s transition to PaaS in SAP HEC in March 2016. His background includes program office management and implementing SAP GRC along with a supporting internal governance framework.
