Hear how to create psychological saftey in the workplace
One of the effects of the COVID situation and some people coming out of lengthy lockdowns, has been a heightened sense of grief and loss which manifests itself in the workplace (whether physical or remote) as well. Some times this is connected to tangible events but often it is unexplained.
At the upcoming Transformation Skills Special Interest Group meeting, to be held on Thursday 12 November, the main topic will be a discussion of how to create psychological safety in the workplace – led by Dr Susan Foster, Senior Lecturer, Monash University.
There will also be a general discussion on workplace change, resilience, remote working, IT project success and much more led by the SIG Leads, Dr Susan Foster and Dave Hartwich from AGL (and Certified Resilience Coach).
This is your opportunity to bring any questions and learn from the fascinating insights that have come from other members in past discussions.
Registrations close at 9:00AM on the day of the event. We hope you can join us.
