    Peggy Renders is Senior Vice President of the Digital Transformation Office for SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). She is responsible for the demand generation, development and execution of solution support across all industries and solution portfolios in the region. She has a focus on inspiring digital transformation throughout sales engagements, spearheading regional and market unit innovation efforts and delivering the ultimate customer experience. With close to 22 years of experience in the software industry, Peggy has held several leadership roles managing high performing organizations and teams in enterprise sales, presales and professional services functions. Peggy has been involved with many customers guiding them through transformations of their system landscapes and business processes to achieve optimal value from their investments. She began her career with the IT Audit and Business Consulting practice at Arthur Andersen, and then spent 19 years at SAP in a variety of roles always focusing on people and customer success. Before her regional SVP role, she was heading up the Presales organisation for SAP APJ and before then was the branch leader Southern Region for Australia and the Exec Sponsor for Gender Diversity in Australia & New Zealand.
