Paul joined SNP Australia as Managing Director in January 2020. Prior to joining SNP, he worked at SAP for 22 years. In early 2016, he took on the lead role for guiding and advising customers in Australia and New Zealand on their journeys to S/4HANA. Paul also lead the “Centre of Excellence” business development team at SAP which covered S/4HANA, Platform and Technology and SAP’s broader solution set.
Paul was also the SAP Liaison for the SAUG S/4HANA SIG and he was instrumental in helping to set up and ensure the ongoing successful operation of this SIG.

Manik Narayan Saha is the CIO for SAP Asia Pacific and Japan. Based in Singapore, Saha leads a global multinational and multicultural IT organisation. He is responsible for SAP’s internal IT Services to 25,000+ staff in the region.
Saha works closely with the SAP leadership team in APJ to execute on enabling SAP as a Digital Enterprise. With 18 years of experience, he is committed to successful digital transformation. He is also actively engaged in the start-up community in Singapore, regularly organising events and meetings with startups, incubators and investors.
Saha is a member of the Insead Alumni Network and the Insead International Directors Network for Singapore, where he works closely with the Singapore Institute of Directors to further the cause of digitalisation and corporate governance in the region.

Carlo has been with the Queensland Government since April 1985 and has held many senior ICT positions across a number of departments, including Queensland Health, CorpTech and the Department of Housing & Public Works. He first became involved with SAP through the implementation and then management of the SAP solution at Queensland Health which supported approximately 4750 users. He later moved to the State Government’s Shared Services Provider, CorpTech, where he held a number of strategic positions, including Director of the SAP Technology and Infrastructure Team. During this time Carlo was a committee member of the SAP Australian User Group, which included a two year period as Chairperson, a position which he thoroughly enjoyed. He now manages a team of 30 people who look after an SAP Solution which was migrated back into the department from the State Government’s shared Services provider at the end of 2013.

Clint has almost 20 years of SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology experience. Since being actively involved in the first SAP IQ installation in South Africa back in 1997, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience using SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP Data Services and the SAP BusinessObjects suite of products. He has been involved in many large-scale SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology implementations and is a globally-known and renowned keynote speaker who regularly presents at many of the major SAP conferences and local user group events and has sat on various panel discussions. Steven joined PanAust Information Systems team in 2012. He has a broad range of experience across the metals and mining industries over the last 10 years. He first became involved in SAP through the implementation of SAP Environmental Compliance module for one of Australia’s largest steel manufacturers, BlueScope Steel. Since joining PanAust Steven has worked on the development of the business case, project implementation and now management of one of region's most contemporary SAP solutions, being amongst the first to implement Business Suite on HANA and FIORI.

David’s current position is Executive Director of the SAP University Competence Centre (Asia Pacific Japan) which is located at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. The UCC is one of 6 located at various locations globally with the sole purpose of providing SAP solutions using Private cloud services to Universities for teaching and research purposes. The University customers are members of the SAP University Alliance Program which has in excess of 2,500 members globally.

Kylie is an accredited Change Management Master with the Change Management Institute and qualified Sociologist (Masters) and Trainer, (Diploma). She has over 25 years experience in leading business transformations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. She currently manages an ERP Refresh change program for South 32 across South Africa and Australia, a Success Factors Change Management Implementation for Thai Bev in Thailand and was recently an Advisor to the Systems Integrator on best practice change management for the Department of Defence S4 HANA Finance implementation. She has over 20 years’ experience with the group and has been using SAP since the 90’s. AWI is the research, development and marketing organisation for Australian wool and the owner of the Woolmark brand. AWI and TWC have offices around the world, working with all stages of the supply chain from farm to fashion.

Indrasen is Supply Chain Director at Roy Hill, a 55 mtpa iron ore producer in Western Australia that recently commenced operations where his focus is on building the Supply System capability to support Asset Management.
His career over the last 25 years has spanned Rail Transportation, Port Operations, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Financial Services industries across business functions of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations Management. He has completed several major transformation projects in previous roles and is currently Program Owner for the Roy Hill migration to S4 HANA and development of the Digital Supply Chain.

Michael has over 17 years’ experience in the domains of data mining and predictive analytics, working in key roles for organisations such as BHP, Telstra, Coles, ANZ Bank and Airbus. SAP modules have been foundational for most of the data products that he has developed. His current focus is on building cost-effective, state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, leveraging an enterprise’s existing technology assets by marrying the old with the new. Michael has completed the Data Science specialization program at the Johns Hopkins University.
