  • Damien Bueno

    President and Managing Director

    As President and Managing Director for SAP Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Damien Bueno is responsible for all customer operations across the market. He joined SAP in 2007 and has worked with some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest organisations, across multiple industries, driving strategic and meaningful outcomes at SAP and in regional leadership roles prior. Most recently as Vice President for Strategic Industries and Markets, SAP ANZ, where he pioneered a co-investment model with the Australian Government, to better support it with its digital engagement with citizens.

  • Simon Dale

    SAP Asia Pacific Japan
    Head of Innovation Sales, SAP Asia Pacific Japan

    Simon Dale leads a new business area for SAP in APJ focused on our latest innovations. Simon has the responsibility to establish and scale the business for several new strategic solutions and cloud services for SAP in the region, building on the success of the HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC). His portfolio encompasses HEC, S4HANA, the HANA Cloud Platform (HCP), and other emerging cloud solutions. Simon has worked extensively across Asia Pacific for the last thirteen years, introducing new products and services to market. For the past 18 months Simon launched and led the HEC business in APJ, building a dedicated sales and presales team. In 2014, the HEC business contributed 15% of the total cloud business to SAP APJ, with nearly 40 customers using the service in 7 countries. Simon had worked at several companies and start-ups in Europe for twelve years prior to being part of an acquisition by SAP in 2001. A veteran of 25 years in the IT industry, Simon holds a BSc in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, UK, and is currently studying his Masters in Sales Management and Sales Transformation from the University of Middlesex, UK. Simon resides in Singapore, sits on the advisory boards of both the Singapore Management University School of Information Systems as well as the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT, and is an active mentor and occasional angel investor in several startup accelerator programmes.

  • Craig Farrell

    First Assistant Secretary & Chief HR Officer

    Craig Farrell is the Chief HR Officer, People Strategy and Services Division, Department of Immigration and Citizenship. His background includes managerial, employment brokerage, consultancy, contract management and corporate services, though for the past 17 years he has been in the HR arena. Craig is a keen golfer, squash and tennis player, married with three children, and is an enthusiastic pilot, having run a successful commercial ballooning operation for 6 years.
  • Gary Hooker

    SAP Alumni & SAP System Administrator

    Gary is a career public servant and former systems accountant who is passionate about SAP technologies and Business Intelligence. He is currently a SAP System Administrator of a large federal government department and has more than 20 years SAP experience performing different job roles including: systems accountant, business analyst, FICO configuration, HR/payroll integration , SAP Basis Administrator, BW/BOBJ Team Lead, SAP Application Architect, SAP Technical Manager and SAP Director.
  • Matthew Perks

    Co-Director & Founder

    Matt has over 17 years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and is the co-director and founder of Silfen, an SAP Services Partner specialising in HCM and Technical consulting. He believes strongly in presenting an independent view of SAP technologies and feels that good function and common sense will ultimately win the day. In the 80’s Matt liked water sports and raging but now enjoys a good chat and a cup of tea.
  • Andrew Ritchie

    Manager – IT Services, Officeworks, and Chairperson, SAUG

    Andrew is a senior IT executive, change agent and leader who is passionate about achieving strategic outcomes. He is the IT Program Manager at Officeworks and leads the IT Engagement Team including Project Management; Business Analysis; Solution Architecture; Training; Help Desk and IT Provisioning. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across Information Technology within the retail sector. Prior to Officeworks, he has held roles with Coles, Millers Retail, Big W and Toys R Us. Andrew is currently the Chairperson of SAUG.
  • Graham Robinson

    Graham is an independent consultant who specialises in delivering practical, innovative and cost-effective solutions to his clients to help them maximise returns on their IT investments. Graham has led technical teams in the Finance, Public and IT Sectors. Graham’s expertise, influence and contributions to the SAP ecosystem has been recognised with his nomination and subsequent appointment as an SAP Mentor. @grahamrobbo

  • Nadi Saisell

    Assistant Director Financial Systems

    Nadi has worked on SAP solutions at the Department of Immigration since the original implementation of SAP R/3 in the late Nineties. She has been the business person responsible for SAP Risk and Compliance for over eight years and was instrumental in the original implementation of GRC.Nadi is currently the operational business owner of GRC for the department and is also a day to day user of GRC Access Control and Process Control.

  • Fiona Spora

    Director of ERP (Connect) Business Solutions

    Fiona has worked in the public sector for the last 15 years. She has extensive experience in supporting and implementing SAP platforms across various federal government departments; CSA, ATO, DEST and DEEWR. Fiona is also an experienced IT project manager.

  • Matthew Sleaford

    Regional Solution Manager

    As the Education Software Sales Manager, Matthew helps businesses truly understand the relevance of SAP Adoption. Matthew is a product expert who is passionate about driving User Adoption across the Enterprise and is responsible for setting up best practices across ANZ. With deep knowledge of businesses and IT across the EMEA and APJ region, Matthew is a frequent and popular speaker at many SAP Events.
  • Jocelyn Dart

    SAP Technology Ambassador, Product Expert & UX Strategist

    Jocelyn is a SAP Technology Ambassador, and a User Experience Strategist within the SAP S/4HANA Regional Implementation Group - Asia-Pacific Japan and leads the Community of Practice for Fiori and UX. She has been an advocate and promoter for SAP Fiori and great UX over the last 5 years as a blogger on SAP Community, and at local and international conferences. She is passionate about Software Accessibility, i.e. making sure software works for everyone including those overcoming diversity and inclusion challenges. Her current focus is delivering on the promise of SAP Fiori in SAP S/4HANA customers locally, regionally and internationally.
  • Michelle Clyde

    Managing Principal Industry Value Engineering HR, APJ

    Michelle joined the SuccessFactors team in the Asia Pacific Region in July 2013. The HR Value Engineering Team is working with senior leadership within both current and prospective customers to help identify and provide full business execution solutions that address gaps for realizing strategic business results. Michelle joined SAP from Transfield Services (TSE) where she held the position of Global HRIS Program Director and led the Global HR Payroll SAP and SuccessFactors Cloud based implementation as part of their HR and technology transformation. TSE also won the 2013 SuccessFactors New Customer award for the best “Cloud Vision” for its hybrid model vision; along with the speed in which TSE moved in getting the product up and live. In addition to her success at TSE, Michelle spent over seven years with Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) and concluded her career at CCA as the Solutions Delivery Manager for HRM.

  • Adam Doszpot

    Principal Consultant GRC and Security

    Adam has over 17 years consulting experience in SAP and SAP Business Processes, specializing in Security, Managing Risk, and Internal Control. Adam worked with Immigration on and off for the past six years and most recently was the solution architect for the GRC Process Control Enablement project. Prior to joining SAP, Adam developed a solution line for a national SAP System Integrator, which focused on the delivery of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance Services across Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. He led the delivery and solution architecture of all GRC services.

  • Andrew Closey

    Andrew is currently a senior leader with the ATO. For more than 20 years Andrew worked with ANZ banking group, Coles Myer Ltd, AGL and United Energy in technology development and support roles. Andrew has proven experience in leading successful incremental and transformational change in both the private and public sectors that builds an engaged and aligned workforce. In addition to business experience in ICT and Service Delivery Andrew is an Australian Lawyer with practice experience in criminal, family and civil litigation. As part of his ATO role Andrew manages the business ownership of SAP. He has a Masters of Laws and Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
  • Clint Vosloo

    Clint has almost 20 years of SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology experience. Since being actively involved in the first SAP IQ installation in South Africa back in 1997, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience using SAP HANA, SAP IQ, SAP Data Services and the SAP BusinessObjects suite of products. He has been involved in many large-scale SAP Analytics and SAP Database & Technology implementations and is a globally-known and renowned keynote speaker who regularly presents at many of the major SAP conferences and local user group events and has sat on various panel discussions. In 2012, Clint was selected as Africa's first ever SAP Mentor. He is currently based in Australia and is the Managing Partner for APJ for EV Technologies, an SAP Partner and Authorised Education Partner in the SAP Ecosystem.
  • Peter Alexander

    Chief Information Officer

    Peter is the Chief Information Officer of the Treasury a role he has had since June 2011. He is focused on improved productivity, collaboration, mobility, business intelligence and better knowledge transfer through the delivery of high quality information management and technology solutions. Prior to moving to The Treasury, Peter was the Assistant Secretary responsible for the Online Services Branch within the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO), a business group within the Department of Finance and Deregulation. During his time at AGIMO, Peter was responsible for whole-of-government initiatives such as web policy management, the Government 2.0 Taskforce, delivery of the Australian Government Online Service Point (AGOSP) program to upgrade and government online collaboration. Peter has experience in Australian Government ICT delivering websites, web policy, online services, government collaboration, financial management, system accounting, grant systems, procurement and security solutions. He holds a Masters of Business Informatics (IT), Graduate Diploma in Information Systems, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a CPA.

  • Peter Arambatzis

    Group Chief Financial Officer

    Peter Arambatzis was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of ANSTO on 3 May 2010. He brings to ANSTO over twenty five years of operational, commercial, and financial experience within the healthcare and financial service sectors gained domestically and internationally across Asia, Europe and North America, and has a detailed understanding of manufacturing systems & processes, consulting service, healthcare financial services and products. Prior to joining ANSTO, he was the North America CFO for a multibillion dollar GE Healthcare Financial Services operation.

  • Martyn Mason

    Solution Architect and Risk Partner

    Martyn Mason is the Chief Solution Architect for BackOffice Asia and Australia with over 10 years of SAP Data Migration and Governance experience. Martyn’s role in BackOffice is to support organisations and project teams in the implementation of data management solutions. He also works closely with the BackOffice product development teams to create and deliver data solutions for large organisations.


    Lawrence Hosking

    Attorney-General's Dept
    Director, Financial Reporting & Grants Policy

    Appointed Director for the Attorney-General's Department in November 2010, Lawrence re-joined the public sector from PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Lawrence is the Department's Chief Accountant responsible for preparation of annual financial statements, taxation matters and other financial projects. Furthermore Lawrence also has responsibility for the management of the department’s property portfolio. Lawrence has extensive experience in government accounting having been involved in a numerous projects including the implementation of accrual accounting at the South Australian Attorney-General’s Department, an award winning chart of accounts project at Defence and more recently the implementation of SAP Disclosure Management at the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department. Lawrence is responsible for providing leadership and management of automation of the Department's Financial Reporting Teams business needs. This includes looking at ways where efficiencies can be implemented by use of technology.

  • Lorraine Longato

    Value Engineering Director - Procurement & Business Networks ANZ

    Lorraine joined the Ariba team in 2014 which became part of SAP and she leads the Value Engineering (VE) function for the ANZ region. Lorraine has nearly 20 years industry experience across a range of sectors covering FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Heavy Freight & Logistics, ITC Management Platforms, Energy and Sustainability, with the past seven years focused on Strategic Procurement and Change Management Initiatives. Most recently, as Procurement Strategic Specialist, she led a major whole of Government Utilities strategy, as part of the procurement transformation division of the Queensland Government. Lorraine has strong industry networks, having held roles representing industry on the Queensland Chamber of Commerce and two Parmalat JV (Joint Venture) boards. She is an active contributor to procurement associations, including the Faculty Round Table, CIPSA and Procurious (Foundation Member).

  • Phil Gervais

    SAP Business Transformation Services

    Phil Gervais is a SAP Business Transformation Principal based in Canberra dedicated to the Public Sector and Defence client base. Phil has been involved in SAP transformation projects for the last 17 years helping clients simplify and transform their business processes across the enterprise. Phil has used the power of SAP solutions to support these transformations as well as helping clients get the full benefit of their investments
