    Peggy Renders is Senior Vice President of the Digital Transformation Office for SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). She is responsible for the demand generation, development and execution of solution support across all industries and solution portfolios in the region. She has a focus on inspiring digital transformation throughout sales engagements, spearheading regional and market unit innovation efforts and delivering the ultimate customer experience. With close to 22 years of experience in the software industry, Peggy has held several leadership roles managing high performing organizations and teams in enterprise sales, presales and professional services functions. Peggy has been involved with many customers guiding them through transformations of their system landscapes and business processes to achieve optimal value from their investments. She began her career with the IT Audit and Business Consulting practice at Arthur Andersen, and then spent 19 years at SAP in a variety of roles always focusing on people and customer success. Before her regional SVP role, she was heading up the Presales organisation for SAP APJ and before then was the branch leader Southern Region for Australia and the Exec Sponsor for Gender Diversity in Australia & New Zealand.

    Dr Maria Prokofieva is a senior lecturer at Victoria University, Melbourne. She is also an active member of the Data Analytics Group, R-Ladies Community, Melbourne and Women in Data Science (WiDS). Her research area is in data analytics and business intelligence. Her particular expertise relates to the area of social media analytics. She has published numerous papers in top ranked academic journals, as well as presented at leading data analytic conferences.

In his current role as a Cloud Architect, he is focused on helping customers to adopt and use cloud technologies to solve some of their key business challenges. He is passionate about cloud and helps his customers to realise and re-imagine their business processes with emerging technology.

    Lam is part of Oracle's Global SAP team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle technology and infrastructure. He has extensive experiences with large SAP implementations, starting on SAP R/3 release 1 in 1992. During the 90's he was part of the SAP Asia's Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded Best BASIS Consultant (Regional by Les Hayman (former CEO/President, SAP Asia) in 1997. From 1997 Lam was with the Global Sun-SAP Competency Centre until 2010 when Sun Microsystems became part of the Oracle family.

    Jonathan leads the IT Operations function at DuluxGroup. Over the past 2 years, he has overseen the development of the business case, then design and implementation of DuluxGroup’s move to Microsoft Azure. Prior to his current role, Jonathan has held a variety of roles across government and private industry covering security, architecture and project delivery. He is passionate about technology, sport and enjoys the creativity that can be expressed through brewing beer. Never one to knock back a challenge, he is also half way through an MBA.

    Gerhard has been in the Oracle Corporation for over 27 years and has been responsible for the relationship between Oracle and SAP since 1999. He is based out of the Partners Port in Walldorf (located next to SAP’s Global HQ). He oversees the entire Oracle operations in the Oracle-SAP Competence Centre which also host the Oracle development team (DB/OS/HW) (located next to SAP developers), and Oracle’s specialised Advanced Customer Support team for SAP customers.

    Sam has nearly 15 years of experience with SAP, primarily in the EHS area. The experience includes various industries such as Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Mining and Logistics in Australia, as well as the USA. Sam has been working at AGL for 2.5 years on S4/HANA Transformation. As a HSE IT Lead, he is responsible for delivering HSE solutions based on group operations and HSE requirements. During PT3 implementation, Sam was involved as a Solution Architect in designing and deploying the end-to-end Solutions for HSE Event Management, Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA) and Environment and compliance management.

    Justin started in SAP Basis in the mid-90s, and after 10 years of working weekends he transitioned into SAP technical architecture, assisting Telstra, BHP, Monash Uni and Victorian State Government with transformation projects. Justin has been with Australia Post since 2012 working with their immense landscape of 100 systems across 15 SAP products. SAP HANA has been a major focus and challenge at Australia Post since its implementation 5 years ago, and Justin has investigated various tactical and strategic approaches to improve stability and manageability of the platform.

Jeff spent eight years with Accenture developing a very successful SAP consulting practice before building an advisory business consulting to large European customers with their own SAP transformations. In 2004, Jeff joined SAP with a remit to lead large deals facilitating negotiations across customers, consulting companies and software vendors and more recently lead SAP's Ariba cloud business across AN&Z. Since leaving SAP, Jeff now manages a boutique advisory business, Libertas Partners, with a number of other ex-SAP executives utilizing their diverse SAP background to support customers to better understand and manage their SAP risk profile and software compliance exposure, minimizing unnecessary licensing costs and ensuring future licensing security and flexibility.

    Pranay is the CFO at the Bureau of Meteorology and commenced on 15 January 2018. He is an experienced executive and leader of people who has held senior roles in large and complex organisations facing significant challenges and led large scale transformations. Pranay has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland and a Masters of Business Administration from Massey University (New Zealand). He is also a CPA and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has held various senior positions within the University sector, including as Vice- President Finance/ CFO at La Trobe University. He has also held senior roles at The University of Melbourne and Victoria University. Prior to this, Pranay worked in the Health and Local Government sector in New Zealand.

    Matthew Goss is a management executive with extensive experience in establishing and managing operations for cloud-based technology companies. Matthew Goss has been Managing Director ANZ at Concur since 2013. He has been with the company for more than 14 years. Matthew has held several senior management positions including Country Manager - Concur Philippines, and Vice President Client Services Asia Pacific. Before joining Concur in 2002, Matthew was technical manager for Captura Software for two years and prior to that he worked as a senior IT consultant for Acumen Alliance (now known as Oakton Consulting technology). Matthew has been a board member of the Global Business Travel Association since 2011.

Since then, Paul has implemented ICM for a wide variety of areas including workplace relations, employee conduct, recruit welfare and management, psychological education, operational policing and equine management.
