    I am a well-rounded IT professional with over twenty years’ experience in the SAP space as a manager, business analyst, test lead and practitioner across various information technology platforms. I have worked on a number of SAP HCM implementations over the years at NAB and Coles Group prior to joining Victoria Police. I was a key player in the move from our mainframe HRMS solution to SAP in 2010. I have been working at Victoria Police for the last 12+ years and I am responsible, with my team for ensuring the currency of our SAP solution (HR Assist) . We are in the process of moving to Successfactors for Performance and Goals over the next six months. I have a happy family with three adult boys who chose to not follow their mother’s path and are in the trade industry and two adorable border collies.

    Lam is part of Oracle's Global SAP team focusing on promoting and helping SAP customers to optimize their SAP deployments with Oracle technology and infrastructure. He has extensive experiences with large SAP implementations, starting on SAP R/3 release 1 in 1992. During the 90's he was part of the SAP Asia's Regional Basis Consulting team and was also awarded Best BASIS Consultant (Regional by Les Hayman (former CEO/President, SAP Asia) in 1997. From 1997 Lam was with the Global Sun-SAP Competency Centre until 2010 when Sun Microsystems became part of the Oracle family.

Michael was the SIG Lead for the SAUG BI SIG in Melbourne, as well as the founder of the HANA Melbourne SIG. He has worked in a variety of industries including Transportation, Telecommunication, Energy & Utilities, as well as Media and Entertainment.

    Mr. Kuppler has been in Oracle Corporation for over 27 years and also has been responsible for the relationship between Oracle and SAP since 1999. He is base out of the Partners Port in Walldorf – Germany, right next to SAP’s Global HQ. He oversees the entire Oracle operations in the Oracle-SAP Competence Centre which also host the Oracle development team (DB/OS/HW), which are located right next to SAP developers, and Oracle’s specialized Advanced Customer Support team for SAP customers.

    Justin started in SAP Basis in the mid-90s, and after 10 years of working weekends he transitioned into SAP technical architecture, assisting Telstra, BHP, Monash Uni and Victorian State Government with transformation projects. Justin has been with Australia Post since 2012 working with their immense landscape of 100 systems across 15 SAP products. SAP HANA has been a major focus and challenge at Australia Post since its implementation 5 years ago, and Justin has investigated various tactical and strategic approaches to improve stability and manageability of the platform.

    Pranay is the CFO at the Bureau of Meteorology, commencing in Jan 2018. He is an experienced executive and leader of people who has held senior roles in large and complex organisations facing significant challenges and led large scale transformations. Over the last 4 years Pranay has led The Tadishi Group where he has been called upon to advise organisations in Australia and overseas on various strategic issues. As part of this Pranay was recently engaged by The University of Western Australia as their Interim Chief Operating Officer to reshape the University’s approach to strategic financial management, long-term infrastructure and digital and Information strategy and establishing a service culture within the University. He is also a CPA and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has held various senior positions within the University sector, including as Vice- President Finance/ CFO at La Trobe University. He has also held senior roles at The University of Melbourne and Victoria University. Prior to this, Pranay worked in the Health and Local Government sector in New Zealand. He is a past recipient of the Association of Tertiary Education Managers (ATEM) Higher Education Award for Excellence in Financial Management in 2013 and has been sought to speak at conferences and leadership programmes within Australia and overseas. Pranay has held various board positions and is currently on the Finance Committee of the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre and the Finance & Audit Committee of Parks Victoria.

    I am have been working in Victoria Police using SAP in a wide variety of roles for 8 years. I have been the principal business analyst working on the implementation of SAP ICM at Victoria Police. Although initially rolling out the Case Management System to Welfare Services area it was quickly determined that due the flexibility of the system it could be implemented for a wide variety of business processes. Since then I have implemented ICM for a wide variety of areas including workplace relations, employee conduct, recruit welfare and management, psychological education, operational policing and equine management.
