    As Director and General Manager for DXC Oxygen, Stuart leads the DXC SAP team across Australia and New Zealand. Stuart was appointed CEO at Oxygen in 2012, after fulfilling the role of General Manager - Consulting and Solutions in Australia, for four years. He has undertaken several key executive roles for Oxygen since the company’s inception in 2001, based on one of the first ever SAP implementations in New Zealand at Carter Holt Harvey. Over the years, Stuart has helped craft Oxygen’s strategy, business model and many complex, operational, market-based projects for the company, bringing a clear focus on delivery and a deep understanding of the SAP marketplace to the role. Stuart has worked and consulted on brand strategy, communications and organisational and technical change programs in organisations such as Sky City, The Farmers Trading Company, Carter Holt Harvey, Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron and Telecom New Zealand.

    Paul Hardy joined Heidelberg Cement in the UK in 1990. In 1997 a global SAP rollout came along; he jumped on board and has never looked back since, working on country-specific SAP implementations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, and Australia. After starting off as a business analyst configuring the good old IMG, Paul swiftly moved on to the wonderful world of ABAP programming. After the initial run of data conversion programs, ALV reports, interactive DYNPRO screens, and (urrggh) SAPscript forms, he yearned for something more and since then has been eagerly investigating each new technology as it comes out, which culminated in him writing the SAP Press book “ABAP To The Future”. Paul become an SAP mentor in March 2017 and can regularly be found blogging away on the SCN site and has written a whole series of blogs comparing the merits of Object Orientated vs Procedural Programming. Paul invites you to come and have a drink with him at the networking event in the evening (or at any other event you see him) and ask him the most difficult questions you can think of, preferably about SAP.

Chris’ background in finance has resulted in a steadfast interest throughout his career in getting value from any technology investment. His new role enables him to operationalise this and support SAP ANZ’s drive to deliver successful outcomes for customers.

Nirusha currently heads the SAP Testing practice at AGL and is accountable for all SAP Testing at AGL Energy at a strategic level. With his hands-on experience in SAP space he is now transforming the way Testing is done in SAP projects and across BAU SAP changes. He has been instrumental is setting up the “Extreme SAP” program at AGL which charts out a 3-year transformation journey for SAP at AGL, transforming SAP delivery from Waterfall to an Agile delivery pipeline.

    Kylie is an accredited Change Management Master with the Change Management Institute and qualified Sociologist (Masters) and Trainer, (Diploma). She has over 25 years experience in leading business transformations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. She currently manages an ERP Refresh change program for South 32 across South Africa and Australia, a Success Factors Change Management Implementation for Thai Bev in Thailand and was recently an Advisor to the Systems Integrator on best practice change management for the Department of Defence S4 HANA Finance implementation. In the last year she’s worked with Samsung, Hyundai, LG and Amore Pacific on business model innovation; as well as Honda, Ausgrid, SA Power Networks, and the Australian Departments of Defence and Human Services on change projects, roadmap designs and implementations. Alongside her ‘day job’ Kylie worked as senior lecturer for 10 years and still works closely with the innovation hubs and as a guest lecturer at the College of Business and Economics at the Australian National University. She writes and presents discussion and academic research papers in the areas of change management, smart cities, digital nudge and predictive analytics.
