His background includes managerial, employment brokerage, consultancy, contract management and corporate services, though for the past 17 years he has been in the HR arena. Craig is a keen golfer, squash and tennis player, married with three children, and is an enthusiastic pilot, having run a successful commercial ballooning operation for 6 years.

    Stephen Foley is currently CIO of Rheem Australia Pty Ltd, Australia’s largest supplier of water heating products. Stephen’s career has been in Finance, IT and Supply Chain roles in manufacturing enterprises. Rheem has used SAP’s ERP solutions for 20 years and more recently has begun to adopt SAP CEC solutions to enhance interaction with consumers.

    Dr Susan Foster holds higher degree qualifications in a variety of discipline areas such as Psychology and information systems and has a number of SAP solution consultant certificates. Over the past 10 years Dr Foster has been heavily involved in developing SAP related curriculum and consulting across a number of countries. She is the SAP SIG lead for the Organizational Change and Training group.

After starting his career as a Hercules pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force, he has spent the last 10 years working across a wide range of change projects, both large and small, in the government and corporate sectors. He is currently working with one of Australia’s largest retailers leading the change stream for their implementation of the SuccessFactors suite, including SAP Payroll in the cloud.

Adam worked with Immigration on and off for the past six years and most recently was the solution architect for the GRC Process Control Enablement project. Prior to joining SAP, Adam developed a solution line for a national SAP System Integrator, which focused on the delivery of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance Services across Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. He led the delivery and solution architecture of all GRC services.

Mike has over 20 years in the IT industry and has gained a wide variety of experience in all elements of the systems lifecycle from IT strategy through to implementation and operations across multiple geographies and industries including telecommunications, utilities, FMCG, insurance and management consulting. He was voted NZ CIO of the year in 2010.

Katrin has been with SAP’s Customer Connection team, firstly in the German headquarters for 4 years and since March 2014, she has been based in Melbourne, Australia. Before joining SAP, Katrin worked as a management consultant with a focus on HR Management, Organization Design and Organizational Change Management in Europe and the US.

    Lorraine joined the Ariba team in 2014 which became part of SAP and she leads the Value Engineering (VE) function for the ANZ region. Lorraine has nearly 20 years industry experience across a range of sectors covering FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Heavy Freight & Logistics, ITC Management Platforms, Energy and Sustainability, with the past seven years focused on Strategic Procurement and Change Management Initiatives. Most recently, as Procurement Strategic Specialist, she led a major whole of Government Utilities strategy, as part of the procurement transformation division of the Queensland Government. Lorraine has strong industry networks, having held roles representing industry on the Queensland Chamber of Commerce and two Parmalat JV (Joint Venture) boards. She is an active contributor to procurement associations, including the Faculty Round Table, CIPSA and Procurious (Foundation Member).

David has also worked actively on 4 Global implementations involving the entire range of SAP products. David has been working in the IT industry since 1985.

    Holger Mueller is Vice President and Principal Analyst for Constellation Research for the fundamental enablers of cloud, IaaS, PaaS and next generation Applications, with forays up the tech stack into BigData and Analytics, HR Tech, and SaaS. As a world renowned advisor and commentator, Holger provides strategy and counsel to key clients, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Product Officers, Chief HR Officers, investment analysts, venture capitalists, sell side firms and technology buyers. Holger was Chief Application Architect with SAP, working on strategic projects and next generation product capabilities and worked in the Office of the Chairman, Hasso Plattner. He was also VP of Products for FICO, creating the foundation for the current Enterprise Decision Management Suite. Holger has also worked for Oracle in various management functions both on the application development (CRM, Fusion) and business development side. Holger started his career with Kiefer & Veittinger, which he helped grow from a startup to Europe’s largest CRM vendor from 1995 onwards. There he helped spearhead offshore development in Bangalore, India, where the previous K&V Lab is now SAP Labs Bangalore.     Rohan is a CPA with 35 years in the public service and is currently the Group Finance Manager, Service Delivery Operations in the Commonwealth Department of Human Services. In that role he has responsibility for all things financial in the DHS Network as well as business analytics for network operations. Rohan joined DHS to take on the financial coordination and benefits management of the Service Delivery Reform Program – a major change initiative integrating several government agencies and changing our approach to service delivery to the community, followed by a stint as the National Manager, Internal Budgets and Reporting. Prior to joining DHS in SDR, Rohan had 11 years with the now Department of Infrastructure in a variety of finance roles. Rohan recently played a major role in the development of the DHS Group Finance Manager function and associated Service Offer.

    David Johnson is a seasoned professional in the User Adoption space having spent around 25 years advising and assisting customers implementing and running SAP in their businesses. As Head of User Adoption for SAP in Asia Pacific and Japan, David is responsible for crafting services and solutions to help customers succeed in realising and extending the value of their SAP investment. Prior to SAP, David has worked in the SAP Ecosystem specialising in IT education, organisational change management, and user adoption.  Most recently, David was chief executive of the Cubic Group (including Cubic Consulting and Cubic Resources) and prior to this was with Accenture and DA Consulting Group.

    Grant has over 25 years experience in commercial IT negotiations, strategic account management, sales leadership, project management, IT service delivery, stakeholder and executive management. With a strong grasp of global business trends and a deep understanding of macro and micro economics, business models and business operations Grant has a strong history of delivering tangible business value from simplified IT solutions aligned to clients business models.

  • Richard McLean

    Regional Chief Financial Officer Asia Pacific Japan

    Richard McLean joined SAP in 2008 as the CFO for ANZ and was appointed as Regional CFO, Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) from 1 January 2015. In this position, Richard oversees all key field and regional HQ finance & administration functions, with responsibility for all countries in APJ, supporting annual revenue of over €2 billion with more than 16,000 employees. Richard is a member of the SAP Global Finance Leadership Team and Senior Executive Team, APJ. Richard has over twenty years of experience in senior finance roles with leading global companies across a range of industries including Financial Services, Investment Banking, Automotive and IT. Richard is also recognised as a transformation agent and leader of change within the Finance function. At Microsoft, he led the local transition of transactional Finance processes to 3rd party off-shore BPO operations in India and China. At SAP he has been a leader of the global finance transformation project execution within the APJ region over the past 2 years.

    Rod leads the Strategic Programs team at AusNet Services. His most recent role included business leadership of AusNet Services’ SAP implementation project (WorkOut). Rod was responsible for driving the enterprise transformation objectives by delivering efficient, streamlined business processes supported by an SAP-based solution. Rod has over 17 years of experience in the energy industry in a variety of roles, including asset management, operations and maintenance, project delivery, regulatory submissions and business improvement.

  • Hongbo Ma

    Customer Engagement & Commerce Product Development Manager

    Hongbo is an expert in the APJ region for hybris and Customer Engagement. He is the Product Owner for Customer Engagement & Commerce Development China, and has been working in the Service/Customer Engagement/Social CRM area for over 4 years. Prior to this he was working in the Business ByDesign development team for about 6 years, as development architect and product owner.

    Michael Patron is the General Manager, Total Reward, leading the remuneration, benefits, performance management, shared services and HR Information Systems functions within Human Resources at Tabcorp. Prior to Tabcorp, Michael played a similar role at both Coles and Foster’s. Michael has extensive experience both as a management consultant (over 10 years) and within senior roles in corporate organisations (over 8 years) providing advice on, and managing, all facets of Human Resources. Originally from South Africa, Michael immigrated to Australia in 2007 with his family in pursuit of greater global opportunities.

    Conor is the AWS Enterprise Strategy Lead for APAC where he works with enterprise customers as they embark on their journey to the Cloud. Conor’s areas of focus include helping customers understand the economic benefits of moving to AWS; and, in conjunction with AWS partners, helping customers develop and execute an adoption journey that supports their business objectives. Prior to joining AWS Conor spent two years working in an operational capacity on behalf of an Australian Private Equity fund where he led a number of technology enabled business turnarounds. Prior to this he spent seven years at PwC where he led a number of IT strategy engagements across both the Public and Private sector.

    Financial Accounting Manager

    Theva Surendra has over 10 years’ experience in the finance industry as a chartered accountant. Prior to joining Graincorp Theva worked for Deloitte in a management role in the Assurance and Advisory Division. Since 2014, Theva has been the Finance Manager within Graincorp and is involved in lease and real estate management. He had a leading role in the development and implementation of SAP Real Estate into Graincorp as their Real Estate Management system.

    Jamie is an accomplished and experienced IT executive, strategist and cloud evangelist. Jamie has worked in the IT industry for 15 years and as an ex-CIO, has the real-life experience of the challenges clients face with driving change in their business and the paradigm-shift clients face with the challenges of adopting new technologies, like cloud. Jamie has executed many technology strategy projects for clients, including assessments, detailed business cases, TCO modelling, strategic directives, workload mapping, governance frameworks, target operating models and cloud transition maps and brings a true technology business advisory perspective to each client and project.

  • Darryl Warren

    Darryl joined Arrium Limited in January 2014 and prior to that was the CIO at Lion (following the merger of Lion Nathan and National Foods). A kiwi he moved to Sydney from Auckland in 2001. He has always been considered a thought leader in the adoption of technology designed to deliver significantly improved business outcomes. Darryl has broad experience across all Manufacturing, Logistics, and Wholesaling and Retail aspects of the supply chain and has developed IT strategies and delivered solutions targeting a diverse range of business opportunities during his career.

  • Dr. Kerstin Geiger

    Senior Vice President Industry Value Engineering

    Dr.Kerstin Geiger was appointed Head of Industry Value Engineering for SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) in July 2014. In her role she has a strong focus on customer value and industry solutions. Dr. Geiger brings years of international leadership experience, a deep understanding of customer needs and an impressive network across SAP’s organization from a global and departmental perspective to her latest role. After working in Japan for a German car manufacturing company, Dr. Geiger started at SAP SE in May 1997 as a product manager in the Industry Business Unit (IBU) Automotive. In 2001, she moved to the United States and soon became the vice president of the IBU Automotive; under Dr. Geiger’s leadership SAP’s worldwide automotive revenue grew by 80%. In January 2006 Dr. Geiger assumed responsibility of Sector Head for the Manufacturing Industries and in 2009, she became the global lead for the Value Architect Team. This team is responsible for building scalable programs to support customer engagements on a global basis. From 2010 to 2013 Dr. Geiger was SVP and global head of Industry Business Solutions. In this leadership role, she was responsible for driving SAP’s global industry solutions management and go-to-market strategy. As such she had intense contact with the top customers from all manufacturing industries and she was and is acting as executive sponsor for customers like Samsung, Nissan, Hyundai/Kia Motors, Mitsui, NOL and Posco.

    Murray Warner is the Business Development Director of Concur Technologies Asia Pacific. Murray joined Concur in 1999 in the UK and shortly after joined the initial startup Concur Australia team. He has gained over 15 years experience across the Travel, Financial and Technology industries and responsible for Concur’s partnership channel operations across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Joumana El Hassan

    Director Engineered Solution (Converged Infrastructure)

    In her current role, Joumana set up a section within the Dept of Human Service that manages the delivery and integration of new ICT infrastructure in the form of Converged Infrastructure and oversees delivery of the new capability. Joumana has almost 15 years experience in a range of varied senior management roles including project management, strategic planning, marketing, business transformation, IDM and security. She has wide ranging and recognised skills in risk, change and stakeholder management, business analysis, communications and negotiations, as well as international experience with UN human rights training programs.
