Transformation Skills SIG Launch Meeting

SAUG is delighted to invite you to participate in the launch of an exciting new SIG, the Transformation Skills SIG. Coming off the back of many member requests and a successful stream at the SAUG National Summit, this SIG will be a forum for all members to discuss some of the most important questions in the fastest growing topic area in the SAP ecosystem. This SIG will explore Organisational Change, Organisational Culture, Dealing with Disruption, Building Resilience, Learning, Developing Transformational skills and mindset. It will focus on both what organisations have to do to ensure their SAP projects' success and what you as an individual must do to remain relevant and up to date in this world of unprecedented change and uncertainty. The agenda of this first meeting will include:

  • Introductions, what are the aims of this SIG, what are the key topic areas
  • Presentation by Dr Susan Foster, Senior Lecturer, Monash University (and SIG Lead of previous SAUG Org Change & Training SIG) on dealing with disruption and building resilience in these challenging times
  • Roundtable Discussion– what are the challenges others are dealing with particularly with the COVID-19 situation, how are people adapting, what topics do members want to explore in the future

Don’t miss out. Register now for this important SIG meeting and have your say in what future topics you would like to see discussed.
