Launch of the new SAP Support Portal on 31 March 17

On 31 March 2017, SAP are introducing a new and improved SAP Support Portal that’s simpler, easier to navigate, and mobile-enabled. Start using it today and go to:

SAP are targeting 26 April to retire the previous support website. At that time, the new support portal will permanently move to Both the new SAP Support Portal and the older version of the site will run in parallel for nearly a month. Either can be accessed until 26 April.

SAP will continue to monitor customer feedback through the transition period. To report issues with the new SAP Support Portal, use the Contact Us function which is located on every page of the SAP Support Portal.

With the new SAP Support Portal, SAP have streamlined the UI so it’s similar to the look and feel of, SAP Community, and other SAP digital properties. SAP have redesigned and restructured content pages and navigation, so everything that you need is right at your fingertips. For the homepage, we continue to focus on what’s important to our customers: quick access to search and critical tasks like viewing incidents, downloading software, managing users, and more.  

The newly renovated SAP Support Portal is also mobile-enabled – allowing customers to access it from anywhere, at any time with their desktop, smart phone, and tablet. SAP continues to focus on giving customers a great desktop experience, and now they’ll have improved mobile access when the need arises.

The SAP ONE Support Launchpad will NOT change as part of the SAP Support Portal redesign. The SAP ONE Support Launchpad will look, feel, and function exactly the same – and customers can still access it through the SAP Support Portal.
